It isn't exactly a bad thing that you had to stop working at this place. I am aware most people in Nigeria would do any job at all cost due to the massive unemployment figures there. However, you have to come to terms with the fact that the employers try to pick a best fit for their organisation, for example: a company in a hugely extroverted field(or industry) would require extrovert employees and vice versa.

Everyone is Unique, more especially as an introvert, you would have a heightened awareness of this fact and generate strength from it. Extroverts on the other hand, would try to blend in with other extroverts to appear stronger. If such is the case, then potential employees, irrespective of their characteristic disposition, should as well endeavour to pick the best organisations to work with/for that suit their personalities. In other words, If you don't find an organisation culture to be in line with your ideals or professional conduct, you shouldn't work there in the first place. Your skills are yours to keep and should only be deployed to a project you deem deserving of your contribution, and that would benefit from same.

In civilized society, organisation culture is usually dictated by the industry. Therefore young people would usually be advised to pursue specific career routes where their personalities would be most relevant. For most introverts, specific fields stand out, most of which would be creativity or proprietary related, this is due mostly to the complexity of their thought process. I wish I could tell you more but this whole page would not be enough.

Hey guys, does any of you run a youtube channel? how do you handle your money from adsense? considering the fact that tier4 students aren't allowed to be self-employed? My friend has a youtube account but didnt take it seriously at first, one of her videos went viral and she decided to monetise it. But she doesnt know how to get the money off youtube as her adsense account is in Uk and that means she has to file for self assessment tax which she may not be allowed to as Tier4. Can she change the adsense to a Nigerian one and still maintain her earnings from youtube? Thanks.

Alright, but I'll leave you with what a friend once told me. If you are bad and God lets you into heaven, you would make heaven uncomfortable for others dwelling there-in. Always remember, he made man spotless and blameless to live in the garden with other creatures, but man ate unto himself the fruit of knowledge of good and evil and that is why we are faced with this predicament. Asking the omniscience God to have taken away the fruit tree or the devil to avert what happened later is illogical because though he knew what would happen he always had another plan to bring us back to him, we humans only see what the past has led to the present. Only God sees what the past leads to the future and beyond, you cant be too wise if you can not see the future and why these things had to happen or what plan he had from the beginning that would manifest at a later date to make all things right as he wants it. Place your trust in Him (God) is all you need to do. Better safe than sorry.
