MissOyin:Thanks for this info, would find out if something similar is done in ma institution. BTW: Mind if I ask what school is yours? Kbs468: Kbs468:... and what makes you think am not one of those less privileged individuals? ![]() Better do something before I'll put on my boxing gloves!!! BTW: Thanks for your informative response. |
LogoDWhiz:So I looked up this site. One of the recommended tips on there was this.. 1. Make sure your school’s Senate/Academic board sent your name to the NYSC office This is important and short of typing in all caps, there’s no way to emphasise that your school MUST SEND YOUR NAME to the NYSC office. I have friends who are through with school since January yet still haven’t been called up because of this one reason. Now ma question is, how do I confirm that ma name was sent to the NYSC office by ma school's academic board for Batch A? |

Hi fam. It's BOXING DAY, who thinks he/she can spar with me? ![]() |
Nice job buddy. Keep it coming, following earnest!!! You've got a fitness enthusiastic here. |
Merry Xmas PRISTINEMUSCLES. PRISTINEMUSCLES:Can the fam get a recent picture of you looking diced as promised? |
Big butts = Big tommy (most of the time). A lady only impresses me, if she's got a moderate/big sized butt with a flat tommy to compliment it!!! |
COPY and PASTE!!! How about you add some Naija flavor to really bring it home? |
Adaure4ever:So rare and far between. Plus most dudes' ego wouldn't let them stay in the relationship, some few who might stay, may just be taking advantage of the lady... enduring the relationship and enjoying the goodies. Once they get high up in life, they discard her and go looking for some other hawwwwter chic. Khd95:Personally, I prefer this. Would want her to be financially independent enough to cater for her trivialities and yet not enough to be entirely independent from ma support. |
Nice article, top tips. Pretty much covers all we need to know about eating healthy. [quote author=betsy96 post=41257125]HEALTHY EATING: Easy Tips for Planning a Healthy Diet and Sticking to it Healthy eating tip 2: Moderation is key Key to any healthy diet is moderation. But what is moderation? In essence, it means eating only as much food as your body needs. You should feel satisfied at the end of a meal, but not stuffed. Think smaller portions. Take your time. Stop eating before you feel full. It actually takes a few minutes for your brain to tell your body that it has had enough food. I think this tip is pretty much what every average Nigerian needs to work on. Don't eat up that mountainous serving of swallow (eba, semo, amala etc), it's too dense a meal to eat so large a portion. |
Happy Belated Birthday DTOBS.
Greater YOU, I pray!!! |
justified19: justified19:Spoken as a true Devil!!! Mou might bring immediate success, however it'll be at the expense of growth and development. He's gonna ruin the club and when the going gets bad, make his great escape! I'll very much love it, if our management can get their hands on Pep, that dude can finish up, with acceptable results, the building for the future LVG and Giggs are trying to do at the moment. |

Hi everyone.
Got this today, wish to share...
|
Can y'all stop already? I'll cry!!!!! Reminiscences of those beautiful evenings and fun time on here, almost like a lifetime ago in a different world.. Wish we could recreate those moments.. |
Wow.. that's some great physique.
Can't wait to see pictures of you when it's Christmas. |
Yeah.. it's been like ages!! Am still following... and Am still hitting these muscles really hard, Am more strict with ma diet now, trying to sculpt out ma best body ever in a year's time. |
Here is a picture, from a recent photoshoot in LA, of ma favourite physique athlete .... RYAN TERRY
|
..... Am not trying to discredit the hard work they've put in to achieve such musculature. However, they aren't an inspiration to us because, most of us would never be that big, wouldn't want to get to that shape and wouldn't appreciate such extreme musculature because they aren't aesthetic. On the other hand, these men in the physique category are more pleasing to the eyes and their physique are much more realistically achievable. |

Hello Pristine.. Being a while. I followed the Olympia competition last weekend too.. However, in ma humble opinion, I don't find these 'hulks' inspirating. They look so unreal and pumped with steroids. I prefer the physique category, that is a category with much more aesthetic, realistic and symmetrical athletes. Jeremy Buendia won in that category, followed closely by Sadik Hadzovik, Jason Potson and Ryan Terry (ma favourite). |

A lil motivation... This is Arita, a 41 year old mother of 4.

specimen23:Just two (2) tips; Eat clean Train hard!!!! |
EfemenaXY:Hmmmm.. well-done Madame!!! ![]() Seems you're a pro in track and field events. Maybe someday, I'll challenge you to a contest and see how I'll fare behind you!!! ![]() |
Wow!!! Congratulations @Kimoni. Now, you've gotta give your all to maintain this weight. BTW: That's what have weighed for the past couple of months. Last Saturday, twas 65.5kg. |
EfemenaXY:Hi... have you tried sprinting, say for just 100meters? I find it more effective than just running (jogging) for a long period of time. The body tend to use up more energy and burn more calories when there's a sudden burst of speed (as in sprinting) than it does when one runs at a steady pace for a long period of time (as in jogging). Maybe you could give it a trial, challenge someone to a race, try to out-compete that person on the track, reaching the 100meter mark first, repeat the race one or two more times. The aftereffect is usually incredible! |
It's a beautiful and rainy morning here, just got some ABS workout in. Nothing beats training on a cold morning!! Who's done day18 this morning? NB: Love the consistency you ladies have been putting in.. looking forward to seeing a before and after pix on completion of your program. |
Kimoni:Am already on a program. Being on it for close to 2years now, though am always open to new ways to improve on it and get better results. |
Great work you ladies are putting in, am really 'miring your determination and consistency. Feels good to find masef in the company of fellow fitness freaks. **Following** |
PRISTINEMUSCLES:Boss, it's been a while. Yea.. am still going at it hard. In fact, I recently got to my squats personal best ; 120kg. Was so ecstatic!!! Planning on going higher progressively. Can't wait on what you've got for us. N.B: Great motivational pix you've got there, you really hitting 'em irons hard. |
PRISTINEMUSCLES:Thanks Boss... Am humbled by your compliments. I've been away for a week on an academic field trip, so I have not been able to train with weights, but I've been doing some pushups and sit-ups. Can't wait to resume training in earnest next week!!! |
