Hi Chupcake,
Preparing for IELTS exam. Very much interested in the materials you have available: jamicanladym@yahoo.com
Thanks dear.

chupcake:

Are you using it to gain admission into a UK university, If so you will need IELTS for UKVI and not the ordinary IELTS. So you don't waste your money. Also i can give you materials and tips that helped when i was preparing for mine. Drop your email and lets see what we can come up with.

Hello thababe, I have an offer from UEL (University of East London) for LL.M, but deferred to Sept 2016. I have two boys, 4 and 6. I would love to know how you processed your study visa with two children because of the restrictions/limitations outlined in the UK study visa rules.

Thank you for all your efforts here.
I was given a conditional offer at Hull City University for my MSc. My tuition fee is £14,700 which I do not have in full. The university representative have called several times to advise me on how I can pay in installment. But I am required to pay £2000 to make the offer unconditional so I can apply for my visa.

Now, my question is how much do you think I should have in my account that can guarantee my visa, because the £2000 is non-refundable.

That payment ought to be refundable just in case of visa refusal. Success all the way though grin

Hello guys, how can I book for the TB test? The clinic in charge doesn't seems to have a website.

The test is done by International Organisation for Migration (IOM), Abuja or Lagos. For Lagos, their office address is 5D Reverend Ogunbiyi Street (1st Gate), off Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA, Ikeja. To book for the test and make other inquiries, you have to call them on any of these numbers: 08072191112, 08022264059 or 09092156079. Hope this helps.

Yes u can as long as u had a successful interview and a US visa stamped in ur passport. All the best.

Shewen4God: This nt true my sis, I played it as single den b4 I gt married, wht I did was to send mail to KCC dt my status as changed nd they replied me to prove it to them, I even had a baby after. Jst let her contact them after her wedding bcs she will need to send them her marriage docm nd d change of name with d pubic notification I.e newspaper
stuff.

My dear I've read ur visa interview experience posted by ur hubby (Kunlexymoore), note dat ur case is quite different. U applied as single n got married BEFORE the DV result came out, which is otherwise in dis case. She applied as single and is yet to get married (in July) AFTER the DV result came out.
Note also that I used the phrase "it is better", which means d risk of denial is low and not dat her status cannot be changed. Change of status at this stage tends to make the issuance of visa a bit risky but not that it gaurantees denial of visa.
Also note dat change of status in a situation like hers has worked for some and it has failed others.

pls, i nid ur help. ur case is similar to mine..... i was selected, buh my spouse is not.
can i include his name to d person i wld like to accompany to USA?
pls, enlight on how u did urs. thanks. our wedding is coming up in july

Pls if u applied as single n didn't marry b4 d result came out, it is better u maintain ur status as single. You cannot include him cos that section of the form is meant for persons u included as beneficiaries in ur initial DV application.

virginofafrica: yah my uncle that just got to U.s yesterday. His interview was supposed to be january both due to some things he missed it. And he contacted them through call and email. And they sent him a refix the interview date to march. Which was successful. And now he is in U'S now. Am a 2014 winner too. My interview will be current at september

Hmmmmmm....my dear, its ur case number dat 'll be current and not ur interview. It is when ur case number becomes current dat u then anticipate the arrival of ur 2NL for ur interview.

I saw your mail in my spam and I replied accordingly; It all depends on what you fill in your form initially, if you entered as married there is no problem and you don't need to do any affidavit as far as is your consent plus your marriage certificate and pictures to back your wedding up.Your kid can join you later, just make sure you include their names on the list of the people you will like to join you later.

Hope the child was included at the initial DV application, otherwise he/she cannot be on the list of persons to join you later.

maasoap: They said toddler doesnt need international passport provided her mother includes him/her in her own when applying. How true is this information, house?

I dnt know for other countries, but here in Nigeria, since the inception of the e-passport, even a new born needs international passport. Inclusion of a child by the mother in her application was the old procedure for the former/old Nigerian passport.

dareh85: Pls house,I want to knw if they send any message to ur mail dat u have be selected or u check it thru their website because am nt able to check my own

You must indicate interest by first loging on to their website to know whether you were selected or not. Selectees are the only ones who will get email messages from KCC to check back on the website for 2nd Notification Letter, which states the date, time and venue for the interview.

sted303: house please help. I need a response.

My dear dis people dnt joke wit their data base...abi no bi d same embassy. I wuld want to believe dat dey wuld ve a dept dat cross chck these infos. As far as u have applied for a visa, whether granted or denied, most esp if denied, they are likely to cross check whether any info given now is true, has changed, or was fraudulently given or obtained. I wuld say his chances of a successful interview is slim but let's hope ur friend is favoured.
Bottom line, when d CO ask him if he has ever applied for a US visa before, he should tell d truth, d whole truth n nothing but d truth, cos non disclosure or outright lie has resulted to applicants being denied visa. HE SHOULD BE HONEST!

Kunlexymoore: I think my current passport still meet the basic requirement if only I travel in June or earlier which is possible though. Just that I'm thinking of staying a little longer in Naija. A colleague of mine on the other hand is telling me not to bother changing it since it's not possible to renew it now (legally speaking). That in July, I can get a new passport then and attach to the old one with visa. What do u think? Go with this option or go with cancelling the old one and getting the new one if it's legal?

Well, my answer was based on d fact u said u intend travelling in November. I think ur friend's suggestion is ok but u ve to consider d risk of too many people handling a passport dat has a valid US visa stamped in it, d visa could be tampered wit....hope not....however, cancellation of passport is LEGAL.
Have it at d back of ur mind dat d CO may ask u of ur intended date of entry into the US just to raise the issue of d validity of ur passport.
I stil advise dat u do d cancellation before ur interview, dat is if there is still enough time and becos of naija factor, it will definitely cost u some money.
Hoping everything works out.

Kunlexymoore: Thanks my Jamaican lady. I really appreciate. Good info but do they do stuffs like that at the immigration service (stamped "CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE?) and is it legal? The reason for asking is dat I have asked the guy that helps me secure passport to make enquiry and he said they can renew for me but for a price (addtnal 10k to make 27k, another one said 35k).Thanks for ur prompt response.

My dear a passport dat is yet to expire cannot be renewed but can be cancelled for one reason or the other. It is legal and becos of naija factor it will definitely cost u some naira.

[color=#000099]I never recognised the power God had given me until I read a book titled THE ANGELS, OUR GOD GIVEN COMPANIONS AND SERVANTS. I'll like you to key in the word SERVANT for now.....
Angels we all know reign with Him who is supreme and as such they have powers to do things that are supernatural....in this case, I won't write much, all I want every believing user to do now is: order your own appointed Angel to take charge over your dv app. and go to the DOS system and every other concerned system to divinely include your your confirmation number and details on the list of winners. Remember your angel is your servant and you can send him on errands. Moreover God delights so much in listening to ppls prayers, pray over this issue through tomorrow and you'll see the might of God Almighty.
Note: Always refer to you CN...THERE ARE PPL OUT THERE WHO ANSWER JUST THE SAME NAME AS YOU.
I'll be here by 12am tomorrow morning to share some prayers with you.
Stay blessed and BELIEVE
All is well. Amen

Pls can I ve d name of d author of this book n hw can I get it; am a new collector of books on Angels. Thanks.
