That’s exactly my concern Malory: |
My girlfriend of three years came to stay with me from Jos, as she wanted to try out new opportunities in Lagos being that Lagos is a land with numerous opportunities. She came to stay with me on the 13th of February this year, exactly one day to valentine. All has being going on fine between us expect that she demands for sex too often and equally too financially demanding. Initially I had assumed it was because she was jobless and always at home. Joblessness could sometimes create room for boredom, excessive appetite and konji. Well on my own part I had been trying my best and making sure that she doesn’t lack anything. So it started that on Thursday I came back from work all tired and weak as has been my pattern for some days now due to the numerous work I had to do at the office. These couple of days work was more hectic than usually due to managerial change in my office. On getting home I noticed my girlfriend was soo engrossed chatting on her phone, at first I wasnt worried and but I got worried when I asked her for my food and she reluctantly stood up to go to the kitchen. Within split seconds my head was wondering what I did wrong; ah! but we spoke well and had a good laugh before I left for office this morning. What must I have done wrong? I asked myself. Well, I just shrugged it off as part of women mood swing. Almost immediately a message dropped into her WhatsApp and I was tempted to read it. This is was unlike me, but this sudden change in her attitude made me peep unto the screen of her. The message read; “Hope you enjoyed it” What!!! My head was spinning and heart started beating fast. It was beating more than the speed of Usain Bolt!!! Enjoyed it!! What!!! Imagine someone I intend spending the rest of my life with!! Somebody I brought all the way from Jos to Lagos to look for a better life. Someone I was about proposing to and to spend our entire life together. Under my own roof. I had heard tales of how people change once they come into Lagos but I never envisaged it happening to me. All this while she was still in the kitchen trying to get my food. I picked up the phone and opened the message. There and then I saw the biggest shocker of my life. Jeez my girlfriend had shopped for intimacy gadget from The gadgets lounge and had sent them a messaged almost immediately appreciating the toy. I immediately looked up the gadgets lounge on Instagram to be sure I wasnt seeing something wrong or my mind mind playing tricks on me. But it was real Why does she need a intimacy gadget. But I have been trying my best naaaa! I was still engrossed in her phone that I didn’t even notice when she walked in. She quickly rushed and collected her phone from me. I was stunned and perplexed. Babe how? And why did you buy a intimacy gadget from the gadgets lounge. That was when she told me the bombshell that she wanted more sex than we were having and doesn’t want to stress me as she doesn’t want me too tired for work the next day as she noticed I was too exhausted from work these couple of days and doesn’t want to cheat on me. |
I hope so Franky70: |

You need to also ask yourself one very important question, what is the possible of she getting enough funds to still packout in 6 months or 1 year time. Judging that she no longer has money now. |
You could be very right bro. I have seen women and known what they are capable of doing..... Its better the guy just starts sorting out his own accommodation immediately he lives in with her. All this could just be she looking for who will pay rents for now that she is down. chaloskyx: |
Then if you must stay, there are certain things to do to keep your peace and sanity. 1. Always support financially in the running of the house. Give her money for food even if you are not going to eat the food that day. 2. Never stay at home or indoors for too long. Even in your free days and time, dont stay at home for too long, you could take a stroll or go watch football (Women will disrespect you too quickly when you are always in their faces). 3. Try and avoid confrontations or issues.. Remember she is not your girlfriend but your room mate. 4. Always have it at the back of our mind that it is her house and not your house or our house. But her house!!!!! 5. Never get angry when she comes back home late. Even if you must get angry dont overreact, cos nshe is your room mate and not your babe. 6. Make sure your support financially!!!!!!!!!!! 7. Make sure your support financially!!!!!!!!!!! 8. Make sure your support financially!!!!!!!!!!! Timekeeper: |
LOLZ!!! Guy, women dont operate like that oh!! She could make a drastic turn at you overnight and they are not as considerate as men. If you must stay then I suggest you make the full payment yourself. Timekeeper: |

The 26th of July, 2020 is a day Hamza Usman will never forget in a hurry. Hamza a graduate of Mass Communication, Nasarawa State University lost his left hand while trying to separate a fight in his Ugah Village of Lafia-East Local Government Area of Nasarawa State. While narrating to our D.U.Blog correspondent how the incident happened on the fateful day; Hamza in a teary mood wished he could turn back the hands of time. According to him: “My cousin brother, Ahmadu Mohammed had a scuffle with one of his friends at the football field while they were playing football Ahmadu injured the guy and his family members angrily came to our house in search of Ahmadu". He further explained that the assailants who came to the house with cutlass and sticks were looking for Ahmadu and were out on taking revenge on Ahmadu. "I was trying to pacify them and explain things to them, that since the scuffle happened at the football field and they are friends they shouldn't excalate the issue and it should be settled amicably. "Suddenly the one holding the cutlass used it on my hand. I was immediately rushed to the hospital while the assailants fled". He added He also revealed that the matter was reported to the police but no arrest has been made, despite the police knowing who the culprits are. http://divineloveudorji..com/2020/10/shocking-man-loses-hand-while-trying-to.html

Segun Adewale, a 2017 graduate of Mass Communication from the Lagos State University (LASU), has said operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) extorted him of N50,000. Speaking to Newsbreak at Mushalashi Bus-stop in Mushin, Lagos, he said the #EndSARS protests should also include a protest against unemployment. Adewale, who said he resorted to being a commercial motorcycle rider (okada) after being unable to get a job, said he was locked up for three days before he could pay the money for his bail. “For me I think Nigeria as a country needs totally reform. I am a graduate of Mass Communication from LASU but several years down the line no job,” he said. “I was arrested by some SARS officers and I was locked up for three days without my family and friends knowing where I was. I was further forced to pay 50,000 for my bail”. His friend Boyega corroborated Adewale’s story, adding that his family and friends didn’t know where he was and were searching for him until the third day when it was discovered he was in a SARS detention center. https://newsbreak.ng/how-sars-operatives-extorted-n50000-from-me-lasu-graduate-turned-okada-rider/

After over 5years in power there have been too many wrongs in this administration than rights. Yes! It is true that every government meets challenges but the responsibility of any responsive government is not to emphasize on those challenges but to foster and proffer ways bail out the country and salvage the country from those challenges. President Jonathan’s administration was marred by corruption and President Buhari joyful rode into power with the mantra of coming to figh corruption. Sadly, corruption is hitting the roof in his administration and it is worse than it was in Jonathan’s administration. We have brazenly witnessed the looting and re-looting of public funds by government officials, school feeding funds been embezzled, grass cutting scandals and lots too numerous to mention. This has evidently made Nigerians see the Jonathan’s administration as a more “saintly thief” than the Buhari’s administration. Buhari’s poor economic policies have made the obvious economic flaws of President Jonathan seem like magic touches. Today, many states are insolvent more than they were before 2014 because they went borrowing without much check by the Federal Government. The Federal government is not also spared from this borrowing spree, as this administration has borrowed more than any administration in the history of Nigeria with little or nothing to show for the borrowed sum. Recently it was further revealed that each Nigerian owes over N150,000 naira person. President Buhari’s lopsided appointment has further aggravated resentment towards his administration. Insecurity in the country is further on the high rise, as the Buharis administration is not just fighting Boko Haram but also armed herdsmen and kidnappers. His fight against corruption started on an applauding note, but has currently been marred by irregularities, favoritism, sectionalism and politically biased. Today, when comparisons are made the Jonathans administration seems to have performed better in many feats. The only defense the Buhari administration has is for it to be given the same 16years rule the PDP enjoined. |

Remember the lady that fed 5,000 orphaned and almajiri kids in Abuja, Kano, Aba and Owerri? https://www.nairaland.com/4253547/pretty-slay-queen-set-feed Well she is out to empower 100 Families in Abuja. The convener of Princely Kids Foundation a non-governmental organization, Mrs. Princess Nneka Jombo has revealed the group's readiness to feed another 100 families in Kujigbi Community in Abuja in it's next wave of outreach program. The convener made this know in a press release made available to journalists. Recall that few years ago the foundation had began it's massive outreach by feeding 5,000 orphaned and almajiri kids in Nasarawa State and Abuja. From where it proceeded to feed 10,000 more orphaned kids in Kano, Aba, and Imo states. The foundation has in great ways planted smiles in the faces of the less privilege, as it's philanthropy cuts across several states in Nigeria. It has remained focused on creating hope for the hopeless and unequivocally dogged in impacting humanity. Princess Nneka is unequivocally passionate in her extension of benevolence and care towards the underprivileged, downtrodden and vulnerable persons in communities across Nigeria. She is also focused on Education for the less privileged children and those with special needs, as a result of the difficulties they may encounter in trying to get good care and education without sponsors. ABOUT THE FOUNDATION: Princely Kids Foundation is a non-profit organization aimed at taking as much underprivileged children out of the street and providing them with skills that inherently make them important in an ever evolving society and creating a future that will be beneficial not just to that child but to the society at large. Marriage can be very fun, happy and rewarding but then could be complicated, and a lot of people would want to argue on religious basis that regardless of how complicated marriage can be, it is designed for everyone. Even though every religious book preaches about marriage and procreation, however in our religious books there are certain personalities who obviously did not get marriaged nor procreated for numerous reasons. Here are five (5) categories of people who are not designed for marriage. 1. THOSE WHO EXTREMELY CHERISH THEIR PERSONAL SPACE! It is normal to cherish your personal space once in a while. However, there are some set of people who 'extremely' cherish their personal space. If you find it very difficult to even share your personal space with someone or the opposite sex for more than a day that's an obvious sign you are not cut out for marriage. Because in marriage there are no permanent personal-spaces, there could be temporal spaces but what happens when you begin to have kids? 2. THOSE WITHOUT PATIENCE AND TOLERANCE! Marriage is a lifetime commitment therefore it requires a lot of patience and tolerance to scale through. Love and beauty is not all that is required in marriage but a high level of tolerance and patience. 3. THOSE WHO HATE TO GET TOO ATTACHED! Kind of similar to number 1 but different. Some people find it difficult been romantically attached to a person for too long. Yes they can share personal spaces, but this set of people get easily irritated and bored been in love for too long. To them love and relationship has an expiration date and they naturally get tired of a relationship after a while. I call them the 'Explorers'. 4. THOSE THAT HATE BABIES! Shocking as this my sound, there are people who hate babies and it's called Pedophobia. Marriage is a no go area for you if you hate babies, unless you want to get married and then decide never to have babies, which is likely impossible. 5. THE EXTREMELY VIOLENT!! Been exteremely violent for a start makes having a steady relationship difficult, exhausting and tiring for you which in turn reflects into marriage. Extremely violent people find it difficult staying married and you know why!! http://divineloveudorji..com/2020/08/not-everyone-is-designed-for-marriage.html |
Or you have not heard of people been stabbed while trying to separate fights??
