Now how do we know this is true...?

1 Everyone knows that God exist through conscience and nature.

2. Some say that those who don't know Jesus can be saved if they seek God. Just like the old testament saint: they did not know Jesus, but they knew God. Even Paul the apostle said the Gospel was preached unto Abraham who came before Christ(Gal3: ; and he was saved.

3 There are those who wouldn't have believe even if they existed in Jesus' time and heard Him.

And it could also be that God chose to place them in history at times which they would have knowledge of Him. And some would reject (just the way you're doing).

Choices in what sense? When God created you, he knew you would be an atheist, but then again, you chose to be an atheist out of your own free will. So in that aspect, God is just.

And as for the Designer question : God created man perfect(Gen :2:25), but man chose to willingly disobey God. And he did this out of his own free will. So man responsible for being a "sub standard " product because of his choice, not God's.

Bros, the concept here is on an already established premise. So we do not create a body since it is established that there are bodies which are in need of soap to function.
