Do that water stand now!!! make that one commot for ground and buy the pumping machine keep. It will not get cheaper. By June, July and even August prices of building materials no go funny.

I have done 40ft water tower just few years back for 470k. Today it is over one million. So for me, anything that can be completely achieve with available funds, I achieve it straight away and get that off the spreadsheet.

I love my see through gate. I’ll personally never have another non see through gate again.

it's a very good design but put pan at the middle. Leaving the up and down open. I don't know if you understand what I mean

bearing in mind that this will be under rain and sun, it's my opinion that you use something else. Personally I use 1.5mm to do doors that are protected from the direct rain and sun.

use 3 by 1½" pipe if the goal is to replicate the exact design. The choice of quality depends on how much you're willing to spend. You can order up to 5mm from Onitsha

Someone here bought about 23 doors directly from *Turkey.* I remembered sharing the pics of the doors here before it was sent down to naija and the pictures when we went to carry them at a warehouse in Ajao estate, Airport road, Lagos state.

To cut the long story short, he couldn’t use any of the doors when he was ready to install doors in his project. They were all bad when he was ready to install.

The guys selling most of these craps knew us and how we fall for cheap stuffs from abroad... so they always come up with different types of crap.

This is the reason why you will never see such type of doors on any of the upscale projects in places like Banana Island, Atlantic City, Highbrow Ikoyi, Parkview...

Even the door sellers know their patrons.
