bro I just called the alumaco guy and I recorded the calls. He swore never to have said I told him that I intended to defraud him and make more profits

now this is exactly the reason I spoke with the alumaco guy. When I went to site, they were still building the carcass and no plastering has been done. I only asked him to help me with his measurements since he's the last person there to save me some time. In a sane world, it's not a big ask to make from a fellow artisan but I guess we live in a crazy world.

Please I need your advice on cost of plastering. I needed to dress the parapet of 4 bedroom duplex ahead of the roofing. I was handed a workmanship of 313,000 Naira.

When I probed further, I was told a partition is 7,000 Naira for "frame plastering". A total of 37 partition measured and it will take 9 days of work and two helpers for 4 masons.

The amount sounds outrageous to me.

Bosses in the house, kindly advice.

It’s possible the guy was given a job to do and the client changed his mind on the type of materials. Anything can make him sell cheaper.

I currently have some aluminum materials for 12 units of 1.2 x 1.2 windows. I can afford to make the windows at any price because I bought those extra materials several months ago.

That’s what I think is playing out here.

The only thing is I’ll let you know the actual cost and the huge savings you’re getting using my service.

I think this is kobokobo world so some projects will seem like impossible to many of us.
Come to skyscraper city and see how architects are talking about million dollar projects funded by banks.
