Do whatever that suits you.
Don't come later with any sob stories cos I won't give a flying fork.
There are so many ways to reward loyal babe without necessarily given her cash.
Since you chose to wire her 50k, make she enjoy .I would have said you did the right thing, but I won't say such cos you know why, that same girl can still vomit you did nothing to her when the relationship goes south. So either way, ....

hahahahaha, bad guy, every country has thier own different breed of women, most of my guys that have travelled out to South Africa and Kenya said thier women don't date you because of money, is it so in other African countries, but why Nigerian women put money as a first criteria bfor they date a guy
Let me answer this
We Nigerian men are the cause. No matter how you wanna spin it.
Tell a guy to go gym up, read books for knowledge, acquire necessary skills etc. The people will tell you to go and make money . why making money is Paramount no doubt . but overtime, we put so much emphasis on money making and the sing and praises is every where while disregarding other crucial life attributes that will make a dude stand out money or no money.
We built our society strictly on affluence and people don't strive anymore for other qualities once they have a enough money to throw around . so yes, don't blame the female folks, blame the men that thinks with money, everything is under their feet women included. Even some of these other African countries are emulating fast from us ,its left for the men over their to succumb or thrash the system out.

I don't want to derail the good thread for poster. Let him go on with his thread. I can only talk pn my own experience though I'm still new unlike poster who has been master of things here for years. I prefer to learn more from him.

Basically I never applied for work or been in workforce here. So I can't really say much.

Language is a very vital key here I can remember some friend I link up to sure me some business secret they will tell me to learn language first. And patient is a virtue. If you don't have patient you might not want to hold on. I have enrolled for evening classes for French language but the corona virus lockdown thwarted the whole lessons. Then business is good here mostly motor parts which I'm learning because most times you might know it in Nigeria but here you need to learn the names of spare parts in French language. Patient is the only thing that will make you survive here. Is not a come and get rich quick issue. On woman, that one is not my field for I came here for a focus business so I wouldn't say much on them though here is corrupt on that area. If you don't remain focus to what you came for, you might go back home without achieving anything.

Generally, here is okay so long you have a steady daily income. House and shop rent is on monthly basis. Where I'm learning parts a shop there goes for 100,000cfa monthly that's #65,000. Then house rent you will see a self room contain or called studio house here at 40,000cfa to 70,000cfa monthly. Tax is about 10,000cfa monthly on shop. But light is steady here you will enjoy it but is your money.
Wow
Respect bro.
Don't know why most people always think one can't combine mingling with women and still be focused. Anyways... Thanks for the feed back

Accommodation is very high in Abidjan. Shop rent too is high in Abidjan. But if you have a good steady income you will be fine.

The border closure is hell now in Abidjan. Currently is not rosy as I was told because I have been here for four months now and I have seen things for myself.
Its not easy or rosy anywhere currently.
Abidjan is not gonna be exception.
Plz share your thoughts and observations over there prior to this whole corona ish and how you holding up with life over their ,work , language and other things. And again, how gorgeous are their women from your own observation

EMEKUSBOY9:
Firstly, spare part is like oil business over there. Among my 3 friends 2 of them work in a spare part shop, and one of them told me their daily sales is 15 million naira after converted to naira. Am not saying this too make anyone despirate, but remember it must have took the owner hard work to build his buiness and the surprising things is that 99.9 percent of spare part shops are owned by Nigerians .. So is left for u to work hard and think like business man

* they mostly deal with same type of brand of cars will have here. So is left for u go in there find out more as business man

For the flight i believe anything from 100k but u can make ur research on this is easy to do.

Yes i know Ivory coast is a French speaking country but communicating will be easy for u if u are good in communicating with sign, but if u want to come across Nigerians or any english speaking country then u find them at "adjame" market
Thanks boss.
I appreciate it.
I guess while learning the trade I will also learn French along before starting up my own.
Thanks for the input.
Plz is there any added advantage in dating their women?

Awesome thread.
My nysc is what is still holding me down from moving to abdijan.
Plz bro, how lucrative is spare parts business over there and which brand of cars does ivorians majorly deal on and again, like how much would a flight from Nigeria to Abidjan cost especially if one does not want to take the road route.
How often can I run into people speaking English knowing fully well its a French speaking country, and having heard some amazing things about there ladies, won't be bad to settle down with one.
God plz take away this stupid corona from the world. Let me go explore Abidjan

[b]She added that the law (FoI Act) forbids making public the names of beneficiaries of grants without their consent.

“Section 14 of the FoI Act says people who receive social grants should not be published or made disclosed without pre-consent,” Uwais said.

Case closed! They thought they have perfected the sleaze!
If the leadership of the NASS fail to institute a powerful probe into this glaring fraud in the SIP, then they are truly rubber stamp as alleged.

I've seen videos of a handful of them receiving the fund on T.V, isn't that contrary to the same Act they're quoting?

You should be more worried about having enough cash to sustain you. Language barrier though important, won't stop your activities.
