There have been several reports ever since Toke Makinwa and her estranged husband Maje Ayida shared a photo at the Future Awards. Many claiming that the couple are actually back together. This report led to serious blasting from Nigerians directed to the popular vlogger for going back to the man she reportedly slam in a video.



Latest reports however deny that the couple has indeed settled matters. According to a media personnel who was present when Toke and Maje took the photos, the formerly married couple didn’t plan on taking the photo. In fact the first report that the couple arrived at the Intercontinental Hotel together has been confirmed as False as Maje Ayida arrived some moments before Toke.

Immediately she arrived at the Red Carpet, Maje reportedly walked up to her and tried exchanging pleasantries then the photographer saw them together and begged to take a shot of the couple.. And the result…



But chance wasn’t done with Maje Ayida and Toke Makinwa… As they were once again destined to meet at the Pepsi Sponsored Corporate Elite event. After reports hit the net about their rekindled Romance as a result of their group photo, Toke Makinwa and Maje Ayida shared a table just for the media effect at the Elite event which worked wonders on Nigeria Social Media. Buh report says Toke barely paid attention to Maje Ayida and looked generally unimpressed.

Popular dancehall singer, Orezi also called Alhaji Orezi has revealed that the first part of that name is nothing but a nickname to him, even tho it is used to describe Muslim clerics. The beautiful singer in a recent chat with Genevieve Magazine, revealed that her husband, TeeBillz have been handly some of the motherly duties himself.

Talking about her husband and the baby, Tiwa said;

Oh my goodness! He was so excited! I think he was even more excited than I was while I was pregnant. Say for instance, we have a disagreement and I go downstairs to the living room, he’d ask me to come back upstairs because he wants to speak to his baby in my belly. And then, he would lay his head on my stomach, and the baby would move and kick every single time Tunji did that. There was an instant bond from the beginning. Tunji has also been very helpful. He stays up to baby sit when I’m sleeping. He changes diapers, makes his food and is very hands-on with the baby.

Mavin First lady, Tiwa Savage in a recent interview with Genevieve Magazine revealed how she abstained from sex for three years after giving her life to God on July 16, 2002.



She said;

“… for three years, I was not intimate with a man. I didn’t kiss or have sex. Every time I hugged a man it would be from the side.”

The Eminado singer said she never lived a promiscuous life in the first place, even before becoming a committed Christian.

Tiwa said;

“Even if I was not a Christian, I was never that type of girl. I was a tomboy. My mum used to think I would be gay. I am the only girl among four siblings so I used to wear trousers to feel like I was part of the boys. I never waxed my eyebrows and I hated high heels, which I still hate till today.

YBNL Boss, Olamide who is still in mourning of his late father, Pa Adedeji has been accused of copyright theft by music producer, Divine Austin porpulary known as Deevee.




According to Deevee who happens to be the official producer for D’banj and his record label DB Records, the popular indigenious rapper, Olamide copied the concept for his new single ‘Don’t Stop’ from D’banj’s song ‘Shake It’; exclusively produced by Deevee. Olamide’s ‘Don’t Stop’ happens to be one of the hit tracks off his new album, ‘Eyan Mayweather’.



In a series of tweets, Deevee said“With due respect Olamide, have you run out of ideas? Everytime you come to our zones you always gotta steal some idea. I won’t let this fly.”



Deevee wasn’t done with his accusations tho, he also claimed that this isn’t the first time Olamide has stolen from D’banj and DB Records.




He alleged Olamide stole slangs such as ‘Durosoke’, ‘Baddest Guy Ever Liveth’ among other from D’banj and his camp

Gay Kenyan gospel singer, Joji Baro, whose real name is George Barasa, has taken to social media to reveal his frustrations with life and declare his intention to commit suicide and this time(meaning he has tried before) he wants to make sure he is dead.



He posted another message that read;

"I have never been this heartbroken. I don't want to commit a murder. I don't want to kill myself. I hate this feeling. My heart is aching right now."


According to the Kenya Penal Code, any person who attempts to kill himself is guilty of a misdemeanor. The penalty is up to 2 years in prison or a fine, or both.

Joji's announcement may not only land him in deep trouble with the law but from his confessed failed attempt he may even attract jail time.

Records revealed how he left a lucrative banking job after just a week on the job just to further his music career.

In the chat with Naij, when he was asked about when he started his musical career, CDQ said;


I started music when I was much younger but I had to quit for a while because of school. I read economics at the University of Lagos. Then I was a backup singer for MI and Dagrin. I was much younger so I quit. After my NYSC, I got signed to General Record in 2013 to Mastercraft.



When questioned on the support he got from his parents, CDQ opened up that, his parents wanted him to be a banker, he said;



At first music was not something my parents wanted me to do. They wanted me to be a banker before my daddy passed on. That was why they sent me to school to read economics. I tried being that banker he wanted me to me despite the fact that he was no more. After my B.Sc I wrote for jobs in FCMB, Diamond bank they gave me the job. After a week, Mastercraft called and said CDQ I know you have passion for music and there is nothing in life like doing what you love to do. So, I quit my bank job for music.

According to a girl named Laura, who witnessed it, the content of the Eva bottle water looks like an acidic substance


She shared the video of the incident online with the following narrative;



"A friend of mine bought a sealed EVA bottle water this morning in a shop around d house, and I was sitting outside when she came back and went into the kitchen she opened d water to drink.


Immediately she poured it in her mouth smoke came out from her mouth and she dropped the bottle on d floor and tried throwing up d ones she took in and she quickly took d bottle of water back to d place and we poured half of d water in front of d woman that sold it to her and that's the outcome in the video.


The girl is currently in d hospital. 


The substance looks quite deadly, The necessary agencies need to act urgently as you can only imagine the amount of this substance currently in circulation.
