Raiders:
Why am I surprise? The problem with the Nigeria army starts from the admission process. 80% of most officers got into NDA because of connection from politicians or senior military officer. Getting into NDA is not by merit. We have so many half baked military officers that would drop their weapon and run from rag tag boko haram without firing a weapon. I have a friend who tried getting into NDA for 4 years but was not admitted because he didn't have connection. The whole system is corrupt and its time for the government to start allowing the right people get into the military

I saw this report online and to be honest I was shocked at how much this men who seem so playful are raking into their accounts just for making people laugh.
In the words of Ali Baba, the acclaimed father of stand-up comedy in Nigeria: “comedy is a funny business, a very big business.”
According to Naijabrain, this is the latest list of 8 comedians in Nigeria that tops the earning list.

HOW FAR WILL MORALLY BANKRUPT APC GO JUST TO WIN AN ELECTION?

The National Orientation Agency in Borno State on Thursday warned politicians to stop taking their campaigns to numerous Internally Displaced Persons camps in the state.
The State Director, Alhaji Yahya Imam said, “...it is ungodly to campaign to people who are suffering from physical and psychological pains at this point in time.

See proof that he was talking about APC

As 2015 election draws near, The Borno State Governor, Alhaji Kashim Shettima, has boasted that the All Progressives Congress will come out victorious in all the six states in the crisis prone North-East.

He further bragged that after the 2015 elections, the party would also become the majority in the Houses of Assembly of the six states as well.

Four states are currently under the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the geo-political zone; Adamawa, Gombe, Bauchi and Taraba.

Shettima's representative Alhaji Zanna Mustapha, made this known while delivering 100 bags of rice donated by the APC national leadership to those displaced by Boko Haram insurgency in Maiduguri, Borno State.

He used the opportunity to caution the people of the troubled Borno State against casting their votes for a party (PDP) that never cared about them during their trying time.

He said, “Many of these politicians, who are now regrouping to launch their political ambitions ahead of the 2015 elections, fled our state. They could not even come around to sympathise with our people in distress. I am urging our people not to support the political ambition of such politicians.”

The governor’s representative, who received the food items from the National Welfare Officer of the APC, Alhaji Dikko Umaru, while assuring that the items would be delivered to the displaced persons, praised the party for the donation, .

He pointed out as expected that the APC had been at the forefront of mounting pressure on the Federal Government to show more support for the three north-eastern states of Borno, Yobe and Adamawa against the Boko haram insurgents, insisting that the party leadership should be commended.

Umaru, who delivered the items on behalf of the National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, said contrary to rumors in some quaters, the gesture is simply a show of support and not politically motivated.

“What is important is the heart to do it, the motive behind it and not the quantity,” he pleaded.

Nigeria’s first lesbian wedding

The end times are finally here. Some of the things we used to say can never happen in Nigeria are beginning to unfold before our very eyes. And the latest is the marriage between two lesbians! Yes, two ladies just got married in this country. The ‘groom’ is an actress. Pretty and fair skinned, well built and always behaving like a man, her first name begins with letter M. From the South South, our investigation uncovered that she has been a lesbian all her life. “Oh, she didn’t just start now. She’s been into the act for like almost all her life.

PoliticsI Will Not Leave APC – Atiku by jchima14(op): 9:51am On Oct 29, 2014
Former vice president Atiku Abubakar has asserted that he would remain in the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) no matter the the outcome of his ambition in the coming presidential primaries of the party.

Atiku made this vow yesterday in a statement issued by his media office while reacting to a story to that effect published by a national daily (not LEADERSHIP) which claimed that Atiku would defect to the People’s Democratic Movement (PDM) if he lost in his bid to become the presidential candidate of the APC.
