Romance / Re: 16 year old Friend of My Brother Asking Me Out (I'm 21) by jenny247(f): 9:54pm On Nov 27, 2005 |
@ IAH, thats really harsh! the boy will never walk up to a woman in his entire life! it's just a bad crush he has for you and it would pass soon or at least he'll soon realize that he can't have you. maybe you should try hottie's advice... that might just do the magic or you might discover that this young chap is ready to go all the way for you and even cross 7 seas! |
Romance / Re: Women Get Pissed Off When I Meet Them by jenny247(f): 1:35pm On Nov 27, 2005 |
Hey IAH, oops you got him there. maybe you're too artificial. try to be a little more real and be yourself. guess you're too busy trying to please the girls and not letting things flow naturally. Relax, no one expects you to be perfect! |
Religion / Re: Ouija Boards: Experiences and Opinions by jenny247(f): 12:27pm On Nov 27, 2005 |
I wonder... These things are real but the have consequences. No one really communicates with the dead. Yes, you may communicate with someone but that's not really your dead relative. It works by means of farmiliar spirits, thats why the info they give may seem to be true and real. i know of people who have had experiences with such. It's not worth the stress. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Nigeria Ranked 2nd Poorest Nation in the World by jenny247(f): 11:21am On Nov 26, 2005 |
Whiteshark has said it. we have to begin to manage our resources better and ensure that wealth is more evenly distributed. the basic needs of nigerians should be met, hence the gap between the different social and economic class will be bridged. i guess those that ranked us 2nd poorest nation didn't mean absolute poverty but rather relative poverty. |
Foreign Affairs / Re: Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf: First Elected Female President in Africa! by jenny247(f): 10:53am On Nov 26, 2005 |
I agree with you legs. thats very true. this is one thing Nigerians have failed to realize. all most of us think about is gender and ethnicity, and this has not taken us anywhere! |
Family / Re: My Husband's Affair and the Bellview Plane Crash by jenny247(f): 9:38pm On Nov 19, 2005 |
I don't know if the story is true or not but funny enough i heard it two days after the crash. if it's really true then i must say what a blessing in disguise. yet, thats not enough reason for her husband to continue the relationship. he should see the whole thing as a warning to get his ways straight. if he is really wise, he would change. as for the lady. never allow the so called Moni into your life, she doesn't belong there! just cos he was with her on the night of the crash doesn't make her actions right. i don't advise she leaves the marriage. she has to keep praying for her man n fight to have him back. |

Family / Re: Best Way to Punish Kids? by jenny247(f): 2:23pm On Nov 03, 2005 |
Seun, I get your point well. the thing is you have to study your kids. you may not be able to know them totally but then thats life! it's a risk! you have to be sensitive and use your discretion. be tactful. you can't win all but you've gotta try. cos believe me some kids need it hard and if you play it cool with them, there'll be a problem later. |
