Please ooo i want to ask dis. My ds is 13 months and has only four teeth(2up and 2down) since he was 7months, up till nw no sign of teething again. Should i b worried cos i see babies nt upto 1year havin 8teeth. Is der any cause gor alarm? If yes, wat shud i do?

Tell them simply: you do not believe it is relevant factor that determines how effectively you will do your job.

Jokingly tell them that marital status is hardly a qualification.
Except the job is for marital councelling and even at that the years of experience will still be a determining factor, even at that that does not make one an expert.

It is almost like asking people to add your s exual orientation on a CV... who cares if you are celebate, straight or gay?

I personally do not even put date of birth on my CV anymore. I do not put title of Mrs sef just my full name ( it is unisex, i add middle name as initials and a double barrel surname - that is the only indication that you may think that i may be a married female) . And any other proffesional qualification titles you have.

I know of people who put a small photo( passport type but fine oh) rather than sex. But that i think is not necessary.

Even when it comes to kids, if they ask: yes you are a mother but you do not foresee how being a mother will affect you doing the job as advertised. Turn the question back at them and ask if there are any expectations of the job that have not been provided in the job description that that you should be aware of. Such as your expected contractual working hours, if the job requires regular impromptu travel etc.

If they ask if that will affect the job, be honest. tell them ofcourse you have a young family, that needs to be considered as there is a limit to impromptu events that you can accomodate, tell them you like to be organised and you will like make adequate child care plans as required preferable in advance to meet the demands of the job.

if it is an office based job with regular hours between 8am and 6pm with the odd times that one stays late it should not be a problem. If you are however required to work late consistently then there is a problem, it is either a case of too few staff for the workload or loads of ineffecient staff faffing about and forming activity.

Thats wat my hospital gave wen i delivered my son and its pretty good. Bfor 4-5days his navel fell off. Appy morning and night, do nt cover d navel with diapers. Wen bathin lo, use his hot(warm) water to rinse d site

It was a gradual process, i started by reducing the number of times he breastfed till we go for once a day (esp early morning hours). Then i decided to stop, so i subtituted the morning breastfeeding with water or tea. Any time he feels like sucking i will jus distract him with water or tea or even sing around or dance dis children music, he might fall asleep or forget it. Atimes i give him biscuit or bread to keep his mouyh busy.

For my breast engorgment after weaning (that tin hurts mehn!) i'll jus wear a tight and comfortable bra. During siesta i'll free the bra. Then took paracetamol. After 3days all pains vanish. Thank God ooo

hmm.. in summary I was booked for cs course of babies weight but as God would have it she came earlier in a kinda supernatural birth. Water broke in my sleep, got up discovered I couldn't put my legs together, called doctor baby came out in less than 30 mins of course I was given a generous tear by the doctor. But thank God it healed very well. I did the sitz bath religiously. Healed very well.

Don't be angry eat normally you're already there or maybe cut out Milo, refined carbohydrates etc Just to encourage you my first weighed 4.1kg and 2nd 5.5kg both VD no complications. You can do it by God's grace. Be encouraged. NOTE for the 1st I ate anyhow for the 2nd I was extra careful almost starved sef.

For me, it was agbalumo. I sucked on it all day everyday and it saved me from embarrassing retching in public.

Exercise and eating right. That's all you can do. But before you do exercises, make sure that you are not suffering from Diastasis Recti. This condition is simply the separation of ab muscles when you were pregnant to accomodate the baby.

A lot of people don't know this and all they notice is that even after the baby is 2years old, their belly still looks 5 or 6 months pregnant. I had it (I asked my doctor, and he said I have a minor one. I also checked myself). Mine was 4 fingers wide before I started doing dedicated Diastasis Recti exercises to correct it (I also go to the gym and do normal exercises) and when I checked like 2 days ago, I could barely fit in two fingers.

One last thing. STAY AWAY FROM CRUNCHES!!!! People tend to think doing crunches will help cut belly fat. Yes it might, but doing crunches with diastasis will only worsen the situation by making the Ab Gap wider. There's tons of info online.

He did mentioned induction but when he did v.jay examination he said baby head is yet to engaged. so he will give me 2 days extra to see if labour comes naturally if not then he will suggest elective c.s... So I want to ask if maamas that have been induced babys engaged b4 d induction.

Bfor i was induced baby head was already engage. Please increase ur walking skills not leveled ground rather start climbing stairs cos dat wat my doc advised during my 1st preggy days. Also dont cease your urine wenever u feel pressed.
