I'm River born and Ikwerre precisely,I wouldn't say Portharcourt is Safer than Lagos or Lagos is safer than Port-hatcourt.I've stayed in both places but there are places in portharcourt that's a no go area.e.g Ahaoda,Obagi,Akabuka,Obogwu,Obite,Ede,Omoku..etc.its not as if its not habitable, it becomes hell for anyone that joins any of the cults either Greenlanders or Icelands.There in Lagos state we have cult groups like the aiye confraternity that terrorizes the neighborhood, my dear this cultism is everywhere.Port-harcourt city is Safe!Godbless Nyesom Wike and the good people of portharcourt
