If after some days you still don’t see it try contact them it might be from their end... i once sold a domain and i was told payments as been sent waited for days and didn’t see anything i had to contact simon, turned out payment hasn’t been sent. He apologized and sent the payment. I received it hours later

- some buttons or all buttons not working
- a button keeps pressing repeatedly
- making sound at bootup

You have to replace the keypad, Sir.... For the second option, you can remove the button from it's lock and clean the rubbery surface if yours could stem from being dusty. If not, replacement is needed as keyboards are rarely fixed but replaced.
