Hello Please I need advice on the SINP application.

I am uploading documents against when SINP opens again but I can’t find where to upload the federal forms, passport for spouse/dependent and birth certificate for spouse/dependent might it be because the SINP application is closed.

Thank you.

After you are done with the first page, you will see 'Move to Next Set of Applications', click on it and it will take you to where you will see where to upload the Federal Forms. Note that in that same place, you will see where you are asked to create screen for each dependent including your spouse, you create their own screen and upload their birth certs and passport data page.

Wish you success in your application endeavour

Hello everyone,
Attention: JesusDWay et.,al.
More than 65% of my settlement fund has been on ground for a while (I've been gathering it since August grin) However, I am raising the balance from the sale of a property I bought long ago.

My questions:
1) Wouldn't the SINP's requirement for Settlement funds (funds must have been sitting in Principal applicant's account for at least 3 months before the application) negatively impact on the outcome of my application?

2) Do you guys think a convincing supporting documents would do any good?

3) What about OINP? I honestly don't even want to take a chance with those guys seeing they might just go ahead and swallow my $1,500.00 without blinking an eye.

I will appreciate your response(s).

1) They insist on it being 3months before application and is 99% certain it will affect the outcome of your application

2) I've not seen anyone it worked for, they mostly insist on the 3months

3) That will be your decision to take. Research which professions are high priority in Ontario, skills that are in shortage and then see whether your own occupation has an advantage. Gather as many info as possible then make your decision

Hello house. Compliments of the season to you all.

Please I need direction on what to do.
We have been able to create our EE profile and entered the pool and we received a mail from Ontario province asking us to apply.
Issue now is,we can't seem to find the link on their website where we are to apply.
Please can anyone in the house who has done this Ontario application help with this link or how to get the link. Also any additional information that can assist us will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

It's a paper application so, there's no link on their website to apply. Follow the guidance provided in the pdf application guide, you can gain access by using the below link:

From what I've been able to gather, the embassy provides it as part of their consular service so, I advise you contact the embassy.

Woohoo!!! Someone I applied to SINP EE Category for this December has been nominated by the province already, left for him to get ITA when the next draw is done. Everyone who's interested should go to their website and familiarize yourself with the procedure, create your profile, fill the forms and attach them such that as soon as they announce it has been opened, you just enter and click submit. I wish everyone who's applied but yet to get a decision the best outcome.

You have to explore provincial nomination programmes

Please, are these the only provinces that can nominate a foreign worker without relative or job offer in Canada? Is any one of them open now?

Zandora, Etfash, JesusDway, Shyee and others.

The rest aren't so open as these ones, they require you already there and have a job or must have schooled there or you have gotten a job in Canada from your home country

Wishing everyone Merry Christmas and may the New Year be a Happy one for us all in getting our Canada dreams fulfilled in Jesus name.

Meanwhile, don't forget Jesus is the reason for the season. We celebrate Him on earth now but He will celebrate us in heaven soon. Give your life genuinely to Him today and you will be on your way to a place far better than Canada, which is Heaven. God bless you

Ok thanks, I remember seeing that administration fell under a particular noc and from what u mentioned, think is 1221 or 1224. Wt abt my age bin 29? And pls I was denied Canada study permit twice, hope it won't affect me but I have usa b1/b2 visa now.

The best age to apply is from 21 to 29, you start dropping points from the day you clock 30 so, I'll say you apply before then. If you have a Masters and can evaluate it fast enough, at least an accumulated 3years experience in your NOC and can ensure you score 8.5L, 8R, 7.5W&S, you should score up to 481 in your CRS and can be in Canada before you wake up from your dreams. Ensure you prepare for the IELTS and get that grade once. Meanwhile, the Canadian Deputy High Commission handles study permits while CIC handles immigration, so your study permit denial has no effect on your immigration paroles wink. Infact, I've seen people who were denied even under EE but when they entered the pool again the 2nd time, they got their visa I think in like 2months and the person just entered Canada yesterday or 2days ago so, you got no problem

Unfortunately you cannot apply for FSW using your Administration job because it isn't a skilled job. Your job should fall under noc skill A, B or O.

She can apply. Administration is a skilled job, falls mostly under B. NOCs, 1211, 1221, 1222, 1241 and 0114 for Administrative Managers.

Any got an idea about this ?

20. It's actually higher in evaluation than Bsc in Canada, MPNP states it as 2certificates of 2years each so, you should pick 20. Besides, even in Nigeria where we have so discriminated against it, it is still regarded as a first degree so, you pick 20

Good morning gurus in the house.

Kindly assist on how to link EE profile to Job bank. I opened them independently.

Thanks

After submitting your EE profile you'll receive a message with an attached pdf. Open the pdf and you'll find a link that'll take you to job bank where you should register and hence get your EE profile linked.

Dear Zandoka,

I have been checking my yahoo since but I am yet to receive the PDF that will enable me register on job bank. Pls help.

You wont get the pdf message in your box. Log into your account and go to the page where your score is displayed, scroll to the bottom where details of your account is displayed, click on it, it will download the pdf for you. You can then open it and use the link to jobbbank provided therein to register your jobbank account

Thank you Jesusdway. Another question for you pls, if you dont mind. If i get ITA today being Dec 20, does that mean my POF should ve been in my account untouched since June 20? I read somewhere on d thread about d amount being in one's account for 6 months. Its for a family of 4.

No you won't. You can go ahead and create your profile while you work towards getting the required amount for yourself or family size as the case may be. Its until after you get ITA that you will have to submit pof, which i believe for now you may not know when that will happen. One of the advantages of having your EE profile now is that an opportunity may show up for a provincial nomination that requires one to have an EE profile which if you don't have at that moment, you wont be able to take advantage of the opportunity

No, that's incorrect. Its a six months bank statement with the current balance being the equivalent of the required amount, not that the balance must be there six months ago. You should get in addition, covering letter from the bank stating that the account is yours and when you opened it

The Nigerian police certificate is valid for 6 months not 3. Although it's written 3 months on the PC, CIC ignores this date and uses 6 months validity date for your current country of residence.

What CIC said is that it should not have been issued more than 6months prior to submitting e-APR. This does not necessarily imply that a 3months valid PC as stated by the issuing authority will authoritatively be taken by CIC to have a validity of 6months(even if they choose to use what you presented to them) cuz they also said at the discretion of the immigration officer, he/she may request you to send a new PC. You may read the below:

Police certificates
Purpose

To determine if the applicant or their family members has a criminal record or poses a security risk to Canada

Document requirements

For the applicant’s current country of residence, the PC must have been issued no more than six months before submission of the e-APR.
For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the PC must have been issued later than the departure date of the last time the client resided in that country for more than six months.
The PCs are required upfront and mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for six or more months in a row. This instruction is for the purpose of the completeness check under section R10. However, it is always at an officer’s discretion to request a new or additional PC.
In some circumstances, CIC must ask for the PC on behalf of the applicant. In others (e.g., New Zealand), a client must complete a consent form to initiate a PC. Specific documents are required of the applicant for such requests and must be submitted as part of the complete application.
In exceptional circumstances, CIC may accept

proof of having requested a PC for such countries; or
a letter of explanation of best efforts (not a guarantee of acceptance).
Individuals who must submit this documentation

The principal applicant
Their spouse or common-law partner
Their dependent children 18 years of age or older, including non-accompanying

Someone told me that every job has a NOC...but after days of searching..I'm so confused and almost ready to give up! I'm looking for the NOC code for a Senior Seismic Acquisition Specialist who works offshore on a ship. I keep thinking its NOC 2212 but the duties dont really align...or maybe its just english. Some of the duties are

• Monitor the recording of seismic and peripheral data to ensure that the quality meets contractual obligation
• Ensures logs are maintained at all times during data acquisition
• Monitoring the QC products and highlight any marginal or out of spec condition
• Operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems within the department to comply with manufacturers specification
• Conversant with Workboat operations as a Workman & Backup Coxswain.

Please I really need help! Help me figure out the NOC code.
Attention gurus and anyone else that might have an idea!

2212 still seems the closest, I checked 7372 but it's totally off track while the remaining like 8412 I think, won't qualify. I guess you may have to find a way of tailoring your duties to 2212 as i see some of the duties are similar otherwise, you look for another noc that fits more of what you do but won't be in your line e.g, it appears some of what you do is administrative inclined. In addition, if you can let us know where you work and a full details of what you do, we might have a better suggestion

Hello, Pls I need help, I submitted an expression of interest to the Manitoba provincial nominee program and I have been advised to apply. Now the problem is that I don't know any one that is residence in Manitoba that can nominate me as required. Pls I need assistance

What you did is way too bad, people like you are the ones not making those who truly qualify not to get a chance. For you to have gotten that LAA, it's either you claimed you have a close relative or claimed your occupation is regulated and you have the license to practice plus, possibly chose your destination is outside Winnipeg. Even if you get someone to support your application, how will you prove close relative with the person, as you must show birth certificates(could be that of either parents, and then the children or even for sibling which will require both of you have same parents and that's impossible as the person's details is already on their system) to declare the connection. If they eventually find out your claims are false, you may be banned from entering Canada for 5years or even more. What you also may not know is that these folks have a way of monitoring our online activities and may possibly find you out with this kind of post. Someone testified they actually went to check his LinkedIn profile. I suggest you look for other opportunities

Hello House,

I am planning to enter the EE pool and would like to know if this would suffice.

I got a three year diploma in ICT before continuing to get the degree after a year. So the Diploma was issued after three years of study and the degree issued after four years of study.

It's a Bsc you can claim, to claim 2certificates, the diploma would have to be post first degree
Will this apply to me? Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three years, where I could claim points for both the Diploma and the Degree separately?

Please help.

Please can anyone tell me how many point I would get for having a family in Canada.

You will only get 5points for having close family under FSW requirements, you won't get any point in your crs score though, we learnt the new govt is planning to award extra crs marks for those who have close relatives there. Also note that 'cousin' does not count as close relative under Express Entry, only grandparents, grandchildren, brother/sister, uncle/aunt, nephew/niece count as close relative
