Edgeoftomorrow: After you are done with the first page, you will see 'Move to Next Set of Applications', click on it and it will take you to where you will see where to upload the Federal Forms. Note that in that same place, you will see where you are asked to create screen for each dependent including your spouse, you create their own screen and upload their birth certs and passport data page. Wish you success in your application endeavour 2 Likes |

Etfash: 1) They insist on it being 3months before application and is 99% certain it will affect the outcome of your application 2) I've not seen anyone it worked for, they mostly insist on the 3months 3) That will be your decision to take. Research which professions are high priority in Ontario, skills that are in shortage and then see whether your own occupation has an advantage. Gather as many info as possible then make your decision 1 Like |

Woohoo!!! Someone I applied to SINP EE Category for this December has been nominated by the province already, left for him to get ITA when the next draw is done. Everyone who's interested should go to their website and familiarize yourself with the procedure, create your profile, fill the forms and attach them such that as soon as they announce it has been opened, you just enter and click submit. I wish everyone who's applied but yet to get a decision the best outcome. 8 Likes |

Wishing everyone Merry Christmas and may the New Year be a Happy one for us all in getting our Canada dreams fulfilled in Jesus name. Meanwhile, don't forget Jesus is the reason for the season. We celebrate Him on earth now but He will celebrate us in heaven soon. Give your life genuinely to Him today and you will be on your way to a place far better than Canada, which is Heaven. God bless you 11 Likes |

Awarri: The best age to apply is from 21 to 29, you start dropping points from the day you clock 30 so, I'll say you apply before then. If you have a Masters and can evaluate it fast enough, at least an accumulated 3years experience in your NOC and can ensure you score 8.5L, 8R, 7.5W&S, you should score up to 481 in your CRS and can be in Canada before you wake up from your dreams. Ensure you prepare for the IELTS and get that grade once. Meanwhile, the Canadian Deputy High Commission handles study permits while CIC handles immigration, so your study permit denial has no effect on your immigration paroles . Infact, I've seen people who were denied even under EE but when they entered the pool again the 2nd time, they got their visa I think in like 2months and the person just entered Canada yesterday or 2days ago so, you got no problem |

Edgeoftomorrow: 20. It's actually higher in evaluation than Bsc in Canada, MPNP states it as 2certificates of 2years each so, you should pick 20. Besides, even in Nigeria where we have so discriminated against it, it is still regarded as a first degree so, you pick 20 1 Like |

jugzy: No, that's incorrect. Its a six months bank statement with the current balance being the equivalent of the required amount, not that the balance must be there six months ago. You should get in addition, covering letter from the bank stating that the account is yours and when you opened it 1 Like |

jugzy: No you won't. You can go ahead and create your profile while you work towards getting the required amount for yourself or family size as the case may be. Its until after you get ITA that you will have to submit pof, which i believe for now you may not know when that will happen. One of the advantages of having your EE profile now is that an opportunity may show up for a provincial nomination that requires one to have an EE profile which if you don't have at that moment, you wont be able to take advantage of the opportunity |

zandora: What CIC said is that it should not have been issued more than 6months prior to submitting e-APR. This does not necessarily imply that a 3months valid PC as stated by the issuing authority will authoritatively be taken by CIC to have a validity of 6months(even if they choose to use what you presented to them) cuz they also said at the discretion of the immigration officer, he/she may request you to send a new PC. You may read the below: Police certificates Purpose To determine if the applicant or their family members has a criminal record or poses a security risk to Canada Document requirements For the applicant’s current country of residence, the PC must have been issued no more than six months before submission of the e-APR. For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the PC must have been issued later than the departure date of the last time the client resided in that country for more than six months. The PCs are required upfront and mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for six or more months in a row. This instruction is for the purpose of the completeness check under section R10. However, it is always at an officer’s discretion to request a new or additional PC. In some circumstances, CIC must ask for the PC on behalf of the applicant. In others (e.g., New Zealand), a client must complete a consent form to initiate a PC. Specific documents are required of the applicant for such requests and must be submitted as part of the complete application. In exceptional circumstances, CIC may accept proof of having requested a PC for such countries; or a letter of explanation of best efforts (not a guarantee of acceptance). Individuals who must submit this documentation The principal applicant Their spouse or common-law partner Their dependent children 18 years of age or older, including non-accompanying 1 Like |

MrsM: 2212 still seems the closest, I checked 7372 but it's totally off track while the remaining like 8412 I think, won't qualify. I guess you may have to find a way of tailoring your duties to 2212 as i see some of the duties are similar otherwise, you look for another noc that fits more of what you do but won't be in your line e.g, it appears some of what you do is administrative inclined. In addition, if you can let us know where you work and a full details of what you do, we might have a better suggestion |

ejijummy: What you did is way too bad, people like you are the ones not making those who truly qualify not to get a chance. For you to have gotten that LAA, it's either you claimed you have a close relative or claimed your occupation is regulated and you have the license to practice plus, possibly chose your destination is outside Winnipeg. Even if you get someone to support your application, how will you prove close relative with the person, as you must show birth certificates(could be that of either parents, and then the children or even for sibling which will require both of you have same parents and that's impossible as the person's details is already on their system) to declare the connection. If they eventually find out your claims are false, you may be banned from entering Canada for 5years or even more. What you also may not know is that these folks have a way of monitoring our online activities and may possibly find you out with this kind of post. Someone testified they actually went to check his LinkedIn profile. I suggest you look for other opportunities 5 Likes |

Momoluwa: You will only get 5points for having close family under FSW requirements, you won't get any point in your crs score though, we learnt the new govt is planning to award extra crs marks for those who have close relatives there. Also note that 'cousin' does not count as close relative under Express Entry, only grandparents, grandchildren, brother/sister, uncle/aunt, nephew/niece count as close relative |
