Please I have been receiving an unwanted and unsolicited CNN WEEKLY Rubbish at a cost of N50 weekly. I sent CNNBREAK STOP to 700 but they told me I'm not subscribed (See Pics).

Kindly help me put an end to this please.

It is available only on MTN iPulse. We give you bonus to call the registered BFF number. Check the bonus account by dialing *559#. Normal tariff plan rate will then apply to call the BFF number after exhausting the bonus.

Juell: Pls is MTN bis having issues? Cos since morning I've not been able to use my MTN bis subscription. I've restarted phone many times still nothing. At last I used another service provider and its working.
As a result of multiple fibre cuts our customers may be experiencing difficulties using Blackberry services and/or making international calls. Deblow: @jidesm I loaded a recharge pin and I was given a bonus of 1500 on the line which mtn said was going to expire that same day. To my surprise when I made calls instead of deducting from the bonus account mtn was deducting from my main account until the following day wen the bonus expired! On my second line I have a 300 bonus which had been there for over a week now but which I have not been able to use. What is wrong?
Secondly I have been trying to subscribe to mtn bis on my android since yesterday but no response. I tried on a friends bb but same problem!

If your tariff plan is MTN iPulse, dial *390*1*number# to register BFF number. The bonus is to call the BFF number.
For other plans, dial *380*1# to register You & Me number.

Please be informed that Blackberry plans are strictly for blackberry devices. You may activate any mobile data plan to use on your Android device. Dial *131# to get started.

I rechared my mtn lin with #200 few days back n got anoda bonus of #200 wch I was expectin to expire @11:59 of dmse day buh didn't,then aftawerds was unable to call with d bonus.. Anytime I check my bonus act,it still reflects buh unable to use it.. Any solution to d problem?

I have called your customer care on two occations and they did not solve the problem eventhough they promised to sort it out, i just remembered i once saw this thread on the front page which prompted me to search for it.
