Sincerely, I did same in 2014 December. When I came home my parents were shocked but they did not tell me what they were thinking. Physically, I went from driving an SUV to taking taxi. But the good news was that I was never disappointed because of logistics because there would be God sent. Now the good news is that today, as I write, I God moved me to USA and within 2 months, God provided me a job in a first in GE and then in multinational oil company in the USA. When I open automobile sales website, my choice keep changing from big to bigger cars. I have the desired job i fantasized decades ago, it came to pass. When you pay sacrifice, do murmur and do not let people confuse you. Stay in the word of God and you will come back with testimonies.

As far as I know, Rivers state is one of the unsecured States in Nigeria. Infrastructure development is not visible. It has been all about borrowing and buying cars for the judiciary system officials. No investor I know has stepped into the state. The city of oil and gas still lack electric power. There's been incessant killings and kidnapping. It doesn't matter who orchestrated it. Fix it. That's why the governor was elected. Democracy in river state has been bastardized.

Let's look at state like Anambra, a state that's not owing workers, no borrowing, export of food is increasing, robbery is reduced, construction of roads are ongoing, at least we have seen pictures and a lot of us admired it here on NL. A state without oil and gas and yet is very competitive.

My state Government promised the Civil servants gift of Rice this Christmas , they announced that they will give them 50 Kg of Rice for Yuletide, then another magic started.
They went to Abakiliki and bought Rice, then printed a Rice bag which is 25 KG in size, they wrote ANAMBRA Rice on it, even though there is no place in the state where we have Rice Farm, unless we talk of Coscharis Rice, the one at Amichi (STINE Rice) is a bagging centre.
Not only did the Governor promise them 50KG of Rice but instead of giving them Rice as imported from Abakiliki, so they will enjoy the sweat of Igboland, we rebagged it and call it Anambra Rice, and instead of the 50kg ,we printed 25 kg, now instead of packing 25kg in the bag, they packed into some 8 kg, some 9kg and some 10kg ,the highest weights 15kg .

This govt cannot continue to fool people. We accept that the previous govt never did a good redemption work for the country but we counted on the present govt to do that and that's why it was voted in. But if they can deliver that mission, it is as good or even worse than the previous govt. They say, if you are born poor is no problem but if you die poor, it is your fault. There's been any sacrificial effort done by this govt to show steps of redemption but all have been calculated steps to mistakes.

FG wants to do everything and yet they do not do anything. In this kind of time, give money to the state govt and let them execute capital project that will provide jobs and cash to the people.
