Am just laughing in 3d.... Hahahhahaha...... Pay tight, pay levy, offering here and there. I pity those brainwashed followers of that church. This man is a business man and not pastor and for record, this is the richest businessman pastor in the world. Lauging again...... Richest and there are poor people in your church? How many people can afford that school fees? No seriously if this list is real then we are finished. And he said God ordain the school fees list? Shame on them.
Sorry, If I should ask you, what university did you attend? how much did you pay for school fees and other fees? I will suggest you be more logical analyzing some topics.
EducationRe: Covenant University's School Fees For 100 Level Students; 2016/2017 Session by jinxet2000: 5:41am On Nov 07, 2016
This topic resonates over and over. First let me start by asking anyone, how much do you pay in school fees when you go to Europe or America to study? even in Ghana. That is always Nigeria problem, never appreciating what she has. Now, the point I want to make is this, education is not a penny venture and that is why a lot of our fathers did not make it to schools. Even in Bible, God say buy truth (knowledge) and never sell it (Prov 23:23) that being said, Covenant university was not established as a charity home. It was established to impact knowledge that government cannot offer and that is the same reason other private schools exist. No bad! Scholarship is a common thing institutions do, and even organizations and government do. Covenant gives scholarship too. If anyone thinks that because he or she worships in Winners, pays tithe and offerings qualifies the person to be a student in Covenant Uni, then the person can keep his money or leave the church. Church is the body of Christ and therefore God grows His church and not man. Wisdom profiteth and if anyone still thinks Convenant university exploits anyone, then ask for wisdom. With or without man God will lift His church up. But not in my generation shall God raise stones to worship Him.
FamilyRe: Should I End The The Relationship? by jinxet2000: 12:40am On Oct 28, 2016
Billiondoe:
What are the characteristics of a good marriage, am 25 and single and staying in a relationship is like world war 2... seems like love is not all it takes... am in a relationship with a 27yr old man and we r In love and we are both university graduates but I dont think we can make it to the alter cos it's a different drama everyday, never caught him cheating and he respects me but his family controls a better part of him and he isn't ready for marriage anytime soon and I have this ex who is very willing all I have to do is tell him am ready and am no longer in a relationship, he is rich and has different cars and houses but am not so into him but he loves me for sure....
You didn't need to explain his wealth because we may have to make decision based on his wealth.
I must tell you and others, this is why it is not good to fall in love while in school because it could get you into a hard dilemma. Like you rightly said, you are not sure if you will get married in the future. Besides, a lot of people fell in love while in school either because he is mr. handsome or he is brilliant or he is providing you your needs which includes keeping you warm. All that is school romance.
Now let us get into the real gist, your EX, we don't know why he became your ex, maybe quarrels or cheating. Has he matured over those or his wealth is your consolation. I tell you friendship is better than wealth for them that understand but for them that do not know, it is another subject for quarrel. Know that your lover and ex are not the only men in the world so do not feel stuck in between. Search your heart for what pleases you now and in the future but do not base your judgment on the lover-boy and the wealthy ex. Another thing that can please you is your studies. Know Nigeria is in recession and soon you will be graduating. Study hard and join a fellowship so that when you graduate, you will be among the first set to get a job. At that point, you can make better decision. You are still young but not so long, any carryover or strike can add extra years to your age, be wise. I did not make any decision for you, I just helped you to catch the rhythm so you can flow in the right direction.

I wish Donald J. Trump becomes the next American President.

The US has a history of foisting useless leaders on countries with great potentials. This is usually done after toppling populist leaders of those countries. Now, it is time for the USA to have a dose of it's own medicine. grin grin
People without evaluation skills should learn. If US has history of useless leaders, how come the country is the best in the world and many inventions come from US. Why do people from all countries take trip to US for living, work, tourism and childbirth? Why is it the world power?
If other countries are better, why shouldn't the citizens stay back in their country? Rarely would you see American travel to other countries to live, work or for childbirth, even tourism. So, think twice before you draw conclusion.

YorubaStinks:
have something nice i want to tell you

I will buy a brand new used brain for you

Why won't you marry a guy who earns 50k per month ??

Why can't you get off your lazy ass and go get a high paying job and help your husband and stop looking for Dangote to come marry you

Gold digging Hoes

So, men who earns 50k per month doesn't deserve a wife because they're poor ?? God, please destroy this world make everybody go rest

Just look at useless females who doesn't earn 60k in a month airing their opinion on who to marry

If you are a female and earn 80k per month, you don't have the right or opinion on a hard working man who earns 50k per month, why don't you work hard and support your husband ??

My father was earning 5k per month when he married my mother and 40 years later they're still married and my old man is now a millionaire

This is the only reason why i will never get Married, i will just go find a girl, get her pregnant she gives me 4 kids and we live together for ever, i don't want rubbish from Foolish girls

The only people i blame are men, they fall mumu to women, that's why these females who have nothing and are broke have expectations on the type of guys they wanna marry

*Spits

*Spits again on money hungry hoes who only wants a guy for his money

Bros, you dey vex oo! different people with their opinion. If you earn 50K and you can stick within budget monthly, then you can marry (marriage which includes a woman whose expenses is within 50K) but if your budget is more than 50K, why should you marry. Put yourself in a lady's shoe. Some may not be working, but they are not suffering, why put them in suffering mode? If a lady chooses to live with you under such salary, then be careful because she may seek alternatives and when she does, do not complain. In Nigeria, there are places 50K salary can sustain you and there are places it cannot. Because you accept such salary, ensure you are within places of sustenance.
PoliticsRe: Aliyu Saidu Abubakar Presents One-year Diploma Certificate To Senate by jinxet2000: 9:57pm On Oct 20, 2016
For this kind of portfolio, I believe and should expect that certificate is very important. That's why people go to school to spend 4-5 years studying. If you think certificate does not guarantee competence, I will believe that there are others, in fact many with certificate and as well competence, to add to it, who have practiced privately that this position best fits. I support Buhari govt but not in cases like this. Well educated people should occupy critical positions in this country. Enough of this rubbish.

Do not be mistaken, nobody is against him. I think he has been allowed to monopolize the market by government. Why should only him be the biggest merchandise in Nigeria? Certain things should initiate questioning. How can a country grow with only one man being given the gift to prosper without questioning.

See them hypocrite blaming Dangote for acquring a Gas Plant in Neitherland. Bloody effing hypocrites !!

I can't imagine dinning with this kind of person. Let's take example from Bible, when a sheep out of a 100 was lost, the shepherd left the Ninety Nine to seek for just one lost soul. In Heaven, there is joy when one soul is won. Now out of the quoted number, 21 was found. This is someone children we are talking about. I don't mind the hunger in the country. I celebrate with the parents of these children. Meanwhile, when they were abducted, Fayose was in the govt and he didn't talk. many months after, 21 released, Please let's all join in the celebration. Thank God for their lives. When you thank God for what He has done, He will do more. God will surely release the others. Praise God.

If you want to know the truth, why look at people's face to know if they like you or not. do your own thing. be matured, nice and kind to everybody. Do not be dismayed about your color. One thing I have realized about some Africans living abroad is that they show themselves too much. On the road, this category are the ones that blast music with all windows of their cars open disturbing the neighborhood. There are Africans that are seen as leaders. Just respect them because you are in their land. Akon said something sometime ago in one of his interviews, he said that America is built for the whites, ppl misunderstood him. He meant that they planned and built their country the way it will suit them, eventually, it happened that they started having visitors. Just as you may want to build your house and you do not add boys/girls qtrs. Just chill, have fun in abroad, it is worth it. If you choose to come back to Nigeria, know that there is tribal segregation too in Nigeria. So, have fun, be meek and be wise as serpent.
CareerRe: HND Holder Vs Third Class Degree Bsc Holder: Which Is Better? - EDUREGARD by jinxet2000: 2:21pm On Jul 08, 2016
The way people view credentials in Nigeria is horrible and may be linked to one of the reasons our society is academically poor. HND or BSc, what matters most is the quality of your credential. I know fully well that businesses who have clear understanding about the two make use of them very very well. For example, the place I work, the business require a certain positions to be occupied by BSc holders and some for HND holders. BSc holders are known to be students who have theoretical and in-depth calculative analysis of knowledge whereby HND are theoretical and practical knowledge. These two classes of credentials are need in a very productive societies. But in Nigeria, most businesses consider HND holders as people without knowlege, people who cant pass JAMB and people who did not get adequate intellectual knowledge. In general, HND holders tend to get job more and faster in industrialized societies because, practical knowledge are required more than in-depth calculation activities, most especially in this century computer is doing most works. If we continue to judge who' who, the world will continue to forge ahead while we keep deliberating the importance of BSc over HND. Above all, your certificate can only give you a job at the moment and your content can move you in and out of good jobs.

Why do you have to wait until his account was frozen to quote law for us? eeeh! when he was talking anyhow, you didn't quote law. Lawyers in Nigeria should either do a good job or quit because Law in Nigeria has never got Nigeria anywhere. When the politicians are stealing and looting, whats the difference by the way, lawyers are not quoting but when freezing of accounts starts happening and politicians are tortured, that i when the law is visible. His properties should be confiscated also. phew! meanwhile how cn he have up a billion in hi account, is he a business man?

How would people only think of evil? Why did people not remember that Tuface Idibia and Ani wedded in Dubai and their marriage is still ongoing. Now, my problem is that even as people shout things are tough and the economy is poor, they still run to expensive places just to attend wedding. I do not mean the couple, they can go anywhere. But to see people flock to Dubai just for a wedding makes me think that economic jinglers are deceits. Meanwhile, I can't believe that a cup of garri is 100 naira when farms are lying fallow, just to get people to cultivate cassava. A good stem of cassava can yield 1/4 bag of garri. Does it mean I am the only one who knows the solution to every problem? I see why the rich gets richer and poor gets poorer. Even Bible said it in a parable way. The parable of the talent.

CareerRe: How To Have A Happy Retirement by jinxet2000: 2:36pm On Aug 12, 2015
It is very simple.
Your pension will not take care of your retirement days.
While working, set up a business and build it gradually and by retirement year, it must have grown big. When you retire, you must have got people working there already, do a staggered visit and give directives and you enjoy your retirement in wealth and in happiness.
However, still save some money with a pension company, after all, that is government policy which pays at the end of the day.
Don't ever ever believe that your pension will save your retirements. Always get busy.

PoliticsRe: 1 Dollar = 1 Naira: Buhari Approves An Exchange Rate Of N160 To $1 by jinxet2000: 2:11pm On Jul 31, 2015
Think about this your statement and ask yourself how soon such promise would be realistic to get 1USD = N1. You think it is what you jut use calculator to punch or go to CBN and tell them oya make naira equal so so dollars. Understand that for the fact that Nigeria still imports refined fuel and pay in dollars, dollars will continue to be a precious currency and this will make it high to purchase. Let me site a simple case to you to understand naira and dollar. If you go to a market square and raise a dollar up for auction people will bid and bid and bid to the point you may have somebody biding 300naira because the dollar currency has a very high purchasing power but let us say that we refine our crude and use our own products made in naija, same person will raise the dollar in the market and people will turn away and you may just have one or two person bidding 50-100naira. This is how the naira is devalued.
The question is how much imported items do you use? how can we improve refining oil in nigeria? how much do you travel abroad? the first and second questions are the reasons naira is so devalued. Now, how has the economy played out so far? I heard that warri and PHC refineries have started producing at a low output meaning it will increase with time. Power is improving i trust and will increase local manufacturing. All these gives good idea where we are heading. The question for you is what are you doing to get yourself prepared for this transformation/change? Would you harness your talent or keep updating your CV to work in one company or the other? everybody has a role to play in Nigeria.

I would like to use this opportunity to address some issues. The problems of Nigeria deteriorated over time probably became worse in the past government. That is why it was voted out. The present government just started and it will take probably a little crash before it takes off. It is expected in every system, the reason being that there is gap created for learning, changes and building in new strategies that have not been spread across. So, let us have some patient and follow with cautiousness and participation. If at the end of the four years, no improvement, then we can vote out and vote in the right person.
Use USA as an example, the fight against ISIS has not ended, even with the whole forces deployed.
All these showed that Nigeria was actually sitting on a time-bomb which would definitely explode one day. Greece problems started long go but now is their deadlock and they are facing it today.
WebmastersRe: Pls Advice: A Developer Has Refused My Access To The Website Database I Paid For by jinxet2000: 2:17pm On Jun 23, 2015
subset:
Good day all.

I paid a developer to build and host a website for my company. The website was hosted with the developers name, which was the initial agreement, after which, he will transfer the account to my name.

Right now he is the only person that has full access to the hosting and has refused to give me full access to the account. His reasons, he said, were because of the database and codes he used in building the website.
This, I don't have any interest in 'cos I'm not a developer. Even If I'm one, I have made the complete payment for the website.

The access I have to the account only enables me to pay the hosting fee from my end.

This is a summary of everything that happened before we got to this point.

I brought this to Nairaland because, I contacted the developer here and he is a Nairalander. I haven't seen him before though. He is a Nigerian but doesn't reside in Nigeria.

Pls advice.
Such move is not a good one. The lessons is that when next you want to engage any contractor, state all agreement clauses and sign an undertaken. The risk associated to this move is that the developer may put in a code that if your site is an online store where people pay in money, can be deducting a certain amount into his own account. Another risk is you having to pay him for routine updating and maintenance. Another, is that he may not be readily be available to update your site, you are just at his feet. it is no-no-no. This was the problem between Mark and his co-founder. Don't find yourself in such under control. Solution, I would advise you either press for the control or you abandon the site. The reason is this, if you have millions streaming into your account through the site, the developer can siphon you. You may have spent hundred of thousands but this little overlook can cost someone hard earned efforts in the future.
Finally, I would suggest you go learn basics of programming to understand these things so you can track your online activities even though a developer built your site.

PoliticsRe: Igbo Groups Asks Deputy Senate President Ekweremadu To Step Down by jinxet2000: 2:55pm On Jun 22, 2015
Jayclinics:
A pan-Igbo group based in the United Kingdom, Concerned Diaspora Enugu West, has urged the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, to step down immediately.
The group said in a statement by its convener, Mr. Ignatius Ozoilo, that Ekweremadu had been the Deputy Senate President since 2007 but had failed to make a mark in the Senate.

The group also berated Ekweremadu for saying that his emergence as the Deputy Senate President despite being in the opposition would be beneficial to the people of the South-East.

The statement read, “We have been deeply worried about the outcome of the leadership contest in the Senate on June 9 in which Senator Ekweremadu, representing Enugu-West senatorial district, put himself forward for the post of the Deputy Senate President

“While we concede that the interest to become part of the leadership of the National Assembly is a legitimate aspiration, we are of the view that it is not a right political decision for Senator Ekweremadu to become and remain the Deputy Senate President of the 8th Assembly.

“Senator Ekweremadu held on as Deputy Senate President for eight years and did so as a member of the then ruling Peoples Democratic Party. He had ample opportunity to use that position to improve the political, economic and social prospects of the country but regrettably he failed to demonstrate any particular sense of legislative acumen for the benefit of his constituency in particular and Nigeria in general.”

The group said Ekweremadu should not have run for Deputy Senate President but should have toed the path of honour like Mr. Leo Ogor who refused the position of Deputy Speaker in the House of Representatives when he was offered the position.

The group said Ekweremadu’s emergence as the Deputy Senate President was a great disservice to Nigerians because the people of Nigeria wanted a change and Ekweremadu represents the old regime.

The group said there was nothing exciting about the South-East producing the Deputy Senate President because the zone was not given any special consideration from 1999 to 2007 when it produced five Senate Presidents.

Meanwhile, Ekweremadu, if indeed you have not done anything, you better wake up and start doing something now. I'm watching you.

The 10 year old Nigerian Math Genius, Esther Okade has enrolled in Open University, UK. Esther who is a British-Nigerian hails from Walsall and enjoys the normal things every 10 year old does: dressing up, playing with dolls, and going out”.

The only difference is that instead of dealing with simple 2×2 problems, the young star is interested in extreme algebra and calculus.

Speaking on her current class level, Esther says;

“It’s so interesting. It has the type of maths I love. Its real maths – theories, complex numbers, all that type of stuff. It was super easy. My mum taught me in a nice way”.

Speaking on future endeavors, she says;

“I want to finish the course in two years. Then I’m going to do my PhD in financial maths when I’m 13. I want to have my own bank by the time I’m 15 because I like numbers and I like people and banking is a great way to help people”.

I’m sure you’re wondering how the parents feel about the rapid growth of their daughter, well Esther says;

“I actually wanted to start when I was seven. But my mum was like, “you’re too young, calm down.”

However, after three years of begging, her mother, Efe, finally agreed to allow her. It is so heart warming to see our younger generation growing up to be so smart and independent.

I can see she is solving quadratic equation using almighty formula at the age 10 years. At that age some people did solved such equation. However, that is great for her and trust she will build such at that age. But what actually motivated her? Bank?
