obviously tactics and strategies are not public but doctrine is more than that, you can see doctrine in force composition, equipment, training ect ect.... Obviously as civvies we won't know everything wrt doctrine but you can get a good idea of it.

US doctrine for example relies heavily on air superiority, SA doctrine again on high mobility

When we talked rugby, I didn't exclude anything; Men, women, 15s, 7s, under 20s, etc--- all fall in the same bracket. You, on the other hand, have to pick 15s because Kenya doesn't do well in that... The former is not cherry-picking.
When we talk athletics, we don't specify the area of dominance! Yes, we have BOTH_ fastest men for both long and short distances. We have marathoners and sprinters who are doing very well.

On swimming, crickets, Ice hockey, baseball, tennis, boxing, volleyball.... we are good. For instance, OKUTOYI is the only African woman to reach that far in Australia opens --- she won the main cup for her category. She is a dominant person in her area of specialty.

Coming to Olympics. Now, this is the gauge of everything. Kenya is dominant in Africa.

This just this week - Kenya Rugby Union - with dearth of sponsors are struggling. There was time KQ was doing great job - flying them all over - they left KQ for another sponsor but now SportPesa (betting company) died, Safaricom stopped.
