So about a month ago, I saw this video on how future surface combat vessels might look like. There are some similar features to the design of the Ocean Eagle Patrol boat delivered to the Angolan Navy.
The ship's design looks odd and weird.......like spaceships.

That is not true. The level of disparity btw provinces is still very high. Schools in Western Cape and such white/colored majority are doing great versus the rest . There is still lingering apertheid that you're too embarrassed to admit let alone address. Of course kenya has regional disparities too...but it mostly climate related...remote/arid lag behind. It's not racial..like South africa...that condemns majority blacks with poor quality education.
