Your post is a tough read as you have no paragraphs but regarding the above, vote buying was still possible because people were still receiving alerts.

Emefiele and Bubu's canal were wicked to the extreme in forcing out their Ill thought out policy.

Maybe you are not in Nigeria or read or see the suffering that people went through but never again should POS operators, in connivance with bank workers, blatantly be ripping people off because of a policy that the people that issued it didn't prepare for.

In the end, the courts had to step in to save the ordinary people and let the old currency still be used.
he only had two count charge, possession of single barrel gun and ammunition, where re all the corruption charges (common sense) they re not fighting for you and me.

I agree about the criminality you listed having to stop. We must also ensure that the ones perpetuated against our brothers, sisters and children under a "sit at home" Order in the South East must also stop. We shouldn't be selective in that regard.

Per Primary and Secondary school results, even Peter Obi hasn't challenged that so the Tribunal cannot deliberate on it.

And of course, a Forfeiture in the US is not a conviction or Fine so that is also not a basis for disqualification.
I dnt support criminality of any sort, any one found wanting should be brought to justice, in fact shot at sight if found with assault rifle, police and army re in south east countering the sit at home criminality, but I have not seen the police ask asari who gave him or what he was doing with all those assault rifles, he is not a police , military or any law enforcement agent, so what right does he have? Common sense will tell you it’s because the can be standing on the coat of arm and insult Nigerians or tribes he wants because he is supported by agbado, also the judiciary is one of the biggest problems of Nigeria, it’s shameful even the western world re the ones helping us out, Lawal and akpabio did not participate in senate primaries but won the election, uzodinmma came 4th in an election but declared winner, even if votes in other polling units were counted uzodimma was not the only person voted in those polling units, the Supreme Court did not tell us in numbers how many votes uzodimma got in those polling units and the one other candidates got that made him winner, all this judges has been blacklisted from entering America, just like the charges of emeifele posssesion of single Barrel gun and ammunition, and you think they re fighting for you and me, what all what emeifele did that was the charges agbado govt took him to court for, common sense will tell you it’s because the cashless policy of emeifele made vote buying impossible, and inec rigging visible, Obi is not in court because he thinks agbado will be removed but to expose the criminality and rascality of inec , which anyone with common sense and not blinded by ethnic and tribal sentiments can see, I dnt care who is president if things re going fine, but a man with a lot of negative baggage is the worst of it all, from educational backgrounds to drugs, corruption etc, the society you abuse today will take its revenge on your children 2moro

even if this election is nullified, Obi will not be in the rerun bilot. I hope you're aware of that?
if some one is disqualified for drugs money forfeiture and no traceable primary and secondary school result, you think he will be in the ballot for rerun, that’s why he is threatening anarchy , that’s why a criminal like asari will go to aso rock stand on the coat of arm and insult Nigerians, that’s why he can show Ak 47 and assault rifles on live tv, with his gangs threatening Nigerians and nobody has arrested him, but the masses protest rightfully and peacefully the send soldiers to shoot at them, that criminality and rascality must stop, nobody including agbado or asari is above the law or constitution.

the election should not be cancelled because not scoring 25% in FCT cannot invalidate the election. Meaning scoring 25% of FCT is not compulsory. I hope you understand his argument now?
is that what the constitution said or what you said?
Politics › Re: Obi: Failure To Electronically Transmit Results Nullifies Presidential Election by Jlow2: 11:29pm On Jul 23, 2023
Abdul4trust1:
This your analysis is very laughable. Take a look at this "2/3 of all the states and FCT is describing the whole of Nigeria that is the sample population where 25% is required.

All the States and FCT is the totality of Nigeria.

Nigeria is made of all (36) states and FCT.

There is no comma before the AND (and), as such the rules apply at once to what has been described.

If there was a comma before the AND (, and), the rules will apply individually firstly to all the states, and individually secondly to the FCT.

The comma being absent means the (all states and FCT is together as one description of Nigeria)".
so you mean it’s 2/3 in 37 states? “And “ is there because fct do not have same status as a state, that’s why it has not governor, you te the one that is laughable, even tinubu in his final address through his lawyer said the election should not be cancelled because he did not make 25% in abuja, so why crying more than the bereaved? He admitted he did not get 25% in fct,

tell us what you already know that we dnt know, re you saying abuja will be changed to a state, or the constitution will be changed which one??which ever one it will be changed to conform with what agbado president got in abuja, are you saying it’s the right thing?? you must have 5credits including English language , if you like have 7credits without english , you did not meet the requirements , common sense is not really common.

Oga, I said the constitution should be throw away?

The issue here is Abuja will be treated as a state and that is what will throw the case into the trash bin.

Mark my words by God's grace.

Obi has no case, he has failed to proved to court how he won, how is results were swap for another candidate.
so when will be the governorship election for abuja, rep members and remaking 2 senators, since the constitution will be changed to accommodate agbado president

Obi have no case if these are his claims.

It is very clear we do not operate electoral collage in Nigeria as such no particular region votes is superior to the other regions.

The court will throw this 25% of FCT stuff into the trash.
so you mean the constitution will be thrown away, even agbado himself has agreed that he did not make 25% , should the constitution be thrown away or apc and agbado re above the constitution?

We must reduce the cost of governance by 50%, the rascality of using 30cars convoy must stop, the society we abuse today will take its revenge on our children 2moro
- Niger state is 3times the size of Netherlands and the exported 350billion from diary and agricultural products alone, we have to go and ask them how they did it, there is no shame in that
- when I started as governor I used to travel with 30 aids and securities to abuja whom only go there and cos confusion, after all I was the only one invited to abuja, I reduce the aids to 5 and when I get to abuja I ask the ig to give me securities that was one of the ways I saved 75billion for Anambra state before I left office
- when the politics becomes more lucrative than all bizness and enterprise then your country has a problem

Brace for 1200 per liter in the next 3months, when people like Obi and reasonable Nigerians was giving analysis and statistics based on global economics you called him names and helped in the rigging, though it’s not agbados fault buhari set a heavy trap for him, we need a disciplined leader and new set up to turn things around not the types of pple you find in apc and pdp, cost of governance has to be reduced by 50%, tighten all loopholes, you can’t get that from this set of people, in the midst of all the suffering of Nigerians and hardship billions have been budgeted for bullet proofs cars in the National Assembly , rascality everywhere, hunger and hardship knows no tribe, somebody has to save and salvage this country or we te doomed,God has done his part, we either chose to sink while they runaway with their kids to their mansions abroad or we do the needful

The burden is on obi to prove his allegations not tinubu
so what did tinubu and inec lawyers prove? The first 3witness ran away, first fumbled when he was ask to read out in numbers how tinubu was declared winner, in his word it’s blurry and can not read, so how did inec chairman read it out and declared him winner, bamidele who came as second witness only came to polish his ego because he was made senate leader, as a former registered lawyer in USA that tinubu s forfeiture was a civil matter and not criminal, when he was asked to quote what part of USA law says that he quoted and when it was check it was actually criminal forfeiture, the pressure is on the judiciary, most of them have been banned of the United States, Lawal and akpabio never contested for apc senate primaries only apc magic new how the won the elections, uzodimma came 4th in an election but apc supereme court justice made him first by saying his votes in sumone polling units was not counted, she did not tell us in numbers how many votes uzodimma got in those polling units that she added, and how many votes other contestants also got in same polling units, or was it only uzodimma that was voted in those polling units? It’s rather unfortunate this is the country we find ourselves, as Sophisticated some tribe think they re look at the negative baggage the man they re dying for is carrying all over its a pity.
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Unconstitutional Presidential Petition by Jlow2: 8:06am On Jul 17, 2023
Inec can not even prove how tinubu won the election by majority votes, because the inec witness was asked to read the numbers by Labour Party lawyers and he could not saying they were blurred, then inec should tell us how the came up with the winner and subsequent announcement, why this election is the worst of all is that some previous elections, there were elements of rigging but the winner won by all calculations of majority votes, 25% in 2/3 state and fact, now tinubu did not win by majority votes because inec has been asked to show us how the arrived to the majority votes and they have been running from pillar to post, and if you dint win by majority votes I dnt know how he made 25% in 2/3 states , after losing his own state or origin Osun, adopted state Lagos, and the fct, it has never happened before, and did not also make 25% in fact, we re not talking about the drug money forfeiture in USA, his certificate, age , primary and secondary school ,Nigeria should be too advanced for all these baggage, we have become laffin stock in comity of nations, Supreme Court justices were banned from USA because of uzodimma, lawman and akpabio s judgements, look at what apc has reduced Nigeria to, it’s very unfortunate most Nigerians re only interested on how to get their daily bread, may God save Nigeria.
