South east poor
South east need help , south east small in land mass, south east big but the big part is a jungle, south east kidnappers, same southeast not utilizing the peace in the region

Who did this to black people?

Lagos is COMMERCIAL CAPITAL.. yet has no 'enabling environment'
Lagos attract investment because of her status ......And ogun state is a beneficiary because of close proximity

You ended up saying nothing but contradicting yourself.
So can we safely say it is the powers that be that let the status quo remain?
Anytime I find a reason to doubt marginalization of South east region, some funny article give me another reason to rethink.

Blacks are their own problem!

Oguta is another lovely Igbo village! The difference between them and Abiriba is that Oguta is a bit more planned....even noticed parts have that grid-system of streets we normally associate with Onitsha, Aba and Enugu!

Also, Oguta is semi-urbanised and hence isn’t as neat as Abiriba is or as serene!
You are right

When Obasanjo was President, did he give you a job?

Are Northerners not still extremely poor and destitute despite having Buhari in charge? Buhari has more in common with Jonathan and Obasanjo than with an average poor Hausa-Fulani man.

Don't go and seek your personal salvation, keep living vicariously through your more successful tribespeople
Lol. Well said brother.

Yaa. I bet you We may continue to be stereotyped to the normal sharing of federal allocation for the next 50 years ..
Blacks rise up and shine..

Pressure your governors to engage private stake holders while providing enabling environment (this is just one of the few things that make advanced countries great).

Manual assembly line........as opposed to automated, sad
You see. One of the things i noticed about we the blacks. We know that manual and automated are forms of technology. But we don't have automated therefore we don't have technology. Lol
All over the world, Even in advanced countries there are so many assembly plants.
AutosRe: How Innoson Military Trucks Are Manufactured (Photos, Video) by Jman24(m): 6:53pm On Aug 07, 2020
I have watched the video. From start to finish.
But my question to blacks is this:

Even if it were an assembling plant, is it not a form of technology?
Must everybody depend on oil money ? 'nawa for black people'

Nairaland is meant to be educative, devoid of rancor. At least we have learnt something new ; ' aba and umuahia are the only cities with a standard grid system in Nigeria. It is verifiable.

I never said Oluyole is the most developed part of Ibadan, never. The most developed part of Ibadan are those Bodija, Agodi and Kolapo Ishola area and they are in a separate local government entirely.

I am just showing you Google Earth image I can get easily for Oluyole LG because you claimed it is a slum!

Ibadan remains more developed than the entire Igboland...fact.

Igboland is tiny, undeveloped and gradually becoming a desert. grin

Look at the little 'full of brown roofs' babies you are comparing with Ibadan that has the largest number of GRAs in Nigeria.
Poverty is biting you skull eaters.
I hope you saw where I berated my state Imo for having a one city state?

Why do blacks like fighting themselves? Lol
PoliticsRe: Aerial View Of Aba (enyimba City) by Jman24(m): 10:39pm On Aug 06, 2020
Some of the streets being built by Gov. Hope uzodinma in owerri.
The only thing I hate about imo is it is a 'one city' state unlike other eastern states. Okigwe has a very captivating landscape and scenery with a cold/soothing weather, but previous governors had ignored the region .

If only we can get the tarring of inner street roads down, it would be hard to tell the difference.

I noticed that any neighborhood in the east that has well tarred inner roads tend to have that foreign look to it especially owerri.

LadySarah:
Bad governance is the bane of Aba. One of if not the best planned city in Nigeria.
You have no biz with traffic cos if there's a problem with this route, there are several other routes to follow immediately. The disadvantage is that it gives hoodlums alternative routes for escape.

If pH rd, Ariaria, ngwa rd! Ohanku, obiohia and the inner roads are completed, waste duly managed and geometric power finishes their work... Na helele.

BTW Ponponkon I never see you since. I need to meet your principal
Lol. But the funny thing is , a grid system may be a disadvantage to Nigeria ( room for escape for criminals) but a great advantage to advanced countries. A much coordinated security will benefit from a grid system.
PoliticsRe: Aerial View Of Aba (enyimba City) by Jman24(m): 9:36pm On Aug 06, 2020
Umuahia is also close in having a standard grid system.
PoliticsRe: Aerial View Of Aba (enyimba City) by Jman24(m): 9:27pm On Aug 06, 2020
Aba is the only city in Nigeria with a clear grid street (system) by international standard. But well educated blacks (especially in Nigeria) with PhD in geography will still disagree with me. That's how blacks are made. Something not quite right in their DNA.
