There is nothing like south south region. It is south east(8 cardinal points) or south south east /south south west (16 cardinal points)

Walk me through step 4, remember the UN is not going to want to break any country’s constitution or be involved in their domestic affairs.

- Nigerian government would definitely charge Biafra with treason and apply the use of force to to subjugate such rebellion. The best the UN could do at that point is send peacekeepers to monitor if there are severe violation of human rights being committed but they can do little or nothing to stop it (however it would be documented), Syria provides a good example of this.

- So now walk me through what happens next.

And you think UN forces coming into Nigeria is a good thing for the government? Don't ever pray for it if you hold your one Nigeria dearly .
