Controversy as a twenty year old stepson, Vladimir Shavyrin marries a step mother, Marina Balmasheva, a 35 year old Russian woman.

The woman raised the boy from the age of seven after divorcing his father.

Marina had been married to her step son’s father, Alexey, 45 from 2007 to 2010 and they lived in the western Russian region of Krasnodar Krai.

The lady noted this in a video as she revealed that they were expecting their first child, a baby boy.

A Nigerian man identified on Twitter as Savn Daniel has cried out for justice for a 14-year-old girl identified as Princess Micheal whose vagina was allegedly burnt with a lighter by her madam, one Mrs. Yemi Awolola.

According to Daniel, the victim’s father had taken her to the house of Mrs. Yemi who is a deaconess at Living Faith Church, Barnawa, and lives in the Barnawa area of Kaduna State in June 2019.

It all started few months after Princess started staying with her, her father called to speak with his daughter and was told he could only speak with her in English, intentionally knowing that her dad could only communicate in his dialect.

However, the inhumane attitude didn’t stop until Mrs. Yemi allegedly burnt the girl’s vagina with a lighter, and she and her pastor had covered up the case.

A Nigerian mother in the United States of America, Helen Adesuwa Uzamere, demands justice for her son after he was assaulted and imprisoned wrongly by the US police.

Nigerian mother with the hashtag #JusticeForSho alleged that her son had committed no crime except to have intervened when he saw police shoving a group of young people including a woman.

According to Adesuwa, her son SHO stepped into the scene to assist the woman only to be tased repeatedly for three times by the police officer until he fainted.

She explained that after the officers had committed such hideous crime, they changed the narrative on her son and said he attacked an officer.

The Nigerian woman noted that she has video proves of the scene as she demands justice for her son.

Nollywood Actor, Musician, and politician, Bankole Wellington in a controversial tweet on the microblogging platform, has suggested that child marriage should be stopped in Nigeria.

According to the tweet, the singer said that many Nigerians cover up the wrong act of molesting under-aged children under the guise of religion, tagging Saudi Arabia as a practical example of countries that have banned child marriages.

He backed up his claim by stating that Saudi Arabia is one of the most religious countries in the world, which is also a location for the popular Islamic worship center, Mecca but despite this, the country has constitutionally banned any marriage between children lower than 18years.

A retired U.S. Marine identified as Phillip Blanks said he has saved a baby thrown from a third-floor apartment that was burning.

The 28-year-old man showed a video on social media diving to catch a 3-year-old baby thrown from a three-story building in Phoenix, Arizona, Friday, July 3, 2020.

According to the video, he was going for a work out with his friend who lived next to the burning building and stepped into the scene on hearing people shouting that some kids were trapped in the building.

Ogun state police command has apprehended one Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), pastor heading Ogo Oluwa parish in Ogun state for allegedly raping his daughter.

The 44-year-old pastor was arrested after a complaint was lodged at the Owode-Egbado divisional headquarters by his daughter, whose name is undisclosed.

According to the victim’s report, the pastor, who is her father, had been having carnal knowledge of her since 2015 after the death of her mother.

It was shared earlier that a Nigerian brother living in Islamabad, Pakistan was abducted by some deadly gang in Pakistan over a crime his brother committed.

The video recorded moments when the young man whose name was not disclosed called out to his brother to pay up an alleged gang men before 10th of July in order to save his life.

A Nigerian lady identified as Deborah has appealed to a nursing mother who left her child with her in church, to come back and take the child.

The lady was captured in a viral video begging for the child’s mother to come back to her as she is not emotionally capable of raising a child.

In the video, the lady, Deborah, alleged that the mother of the child had abandoned the child with her since Sunday in the church claiming she wanted to get something from a nearby supermarket.

15 farmers have been killed by bandits in Yar Gamji village, Batsari Local Government Area, Katsina State.

Ekohotblog gathered that the victims were attacked and killed by bandits while working on there farms on Monday morning.

The Nigerian Police have arrested a man identified as Mr Henry for beating his nursing wife and inflicting injuries on her at 3 Mafo Close, Yaya Abatan off Abeokuta Street, Ogba, Lagos.

In a viral video posted by a man identified as OMO IYA ALAMALA on Twitter, a woman identified as Mrs Ngozi was captured with bruises all over her body including her eyes which was swollen alleged to have been inflicted on her by her husband.

The Nigerians In Diaspora Commission has received another set of evacuees from Turkey, Istanbul.

According to the report shared of NIDCOM’s official site, the air peace flight conveying 86 evacuees arrived Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport at exactly 10: 30pm.

The Ondo State, Deputy Governor, Mr. Agboola Ajayi, gives his boss Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s 21 days to hand over to him as Acting governor.

Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde on Saturday announced that another member of the Oyo State Executive Council has tested positive for COVID-19.

Makinde made this announcement on twitter while sharing update on the COVID-19 cases in the state.

He added that 169 patients have also been discharged making the total number of discharged patients 508.

He said, “169 confirmed COVID-19 cases received their second NEGATIVE test results and have been discharged.

Police arrest mother of six for poisoning four of her children in Naivasha, Kenya, and sharing their photos in the family WhatsApp group.

The Enugu State Ministry of Health on Friday announced that 72 health care workers in the state have tested positive to COVID-19.

The Commissioner for health, Dr Ikechukwu Obi, confirmed this in a statement while giving update on the total number of COVID-19 cases in the state.



It was also learned that the state confirmed 28 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday night making the total cases in the state 202, 154 cases on treatment, 43 cases discharged while 5 deaths have been recorded.

It seems the Party crises in the All Progressives Congress (APC), maybe be unending soon as National Vice Chairman, Hillard Eta, alleges threat to life by some political thugs. The claim, however, came a day after the Police sealed the secretariat.


Eta, in a distressed call to the Press Centre in the APC secretariat, said the thugs were sponsored from Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
