NDTV is another TV station where they just play around with short coverage

Reality TV was Bola Iges Project while he was the OYO state Government and Osun was still under OYO, it was Bisi Akande dat started the Project, Oyinlola did his best and Aregbe is now commissioning it.....

So is radio there is OSBC, ORISUN, DIAMOND, GOLD and nw Odidere?
I think I 4got to add the fact that NTA that was the best TV Station in Osun had problem with Gov. Aregbe and their certificate of Occupancy was revoked and nw lesser ppl can watch NTA


I think this ppl lacks creative ideas, what if Osun State keeps one of these numerous TV station and they can lease the rest to private stations that are willing start TV business in Osun........
Osun can get more revenue
OSBC can still use the money (leasing) to make the station better
And thus create competition


Note Don't get me wrong I didn't say Aregbe isn't doing well infact he's doing great but I think in terms of TV/Radio stuff he's doing bullshiit

free R1: Scale of preference does not fly here. Let me educate you a little bit. Osun is a land locked state which is a serious disadvantage for any economy because of the restrictions of the mode of transportation to air, road and rail. The rail is clearly not there so this calls for good air and road system. If Osun can develop its agricultural sector which is clearly doing and make it as good as that in Kwara state, air system will definitely be needed. I will expect them to target the international market. People here have argued that the airports in Ibadan and Lagos is enough for this purpose but why should he create more jobs for the other states when he is not in "full employment economy" and why should he not maximize the state’s revenue generating from agriculture, mining and now aviation? Its basic economics, true!!

misterh: Are you done? I talked about scale of preference. Tell me how the airport will be of benefit to Osun state. I made my comment based on what the op posted, i did not have to go look for outside sources before i make my comment on NL. Apart from Osogbo, tell me which other town in Osun state that engages in Rigorous economic activites. Is it Gbongan or Ede or Iree or Edun-Abon or Sekona. I don't know who is ignorant between you and i when i said that majority of the people in towns in Osun state are low income earners? D'you consider that arrogant? If not for OAU, Ife would have been just one of those towns. I still maintain my point when i said that the fund meant for such capital intensive venture can be better utilised for other ventures. Remember that Osun state's federal allocation is low and the IGR is not so encouraging.

Creating a conducive environment for investors includes having adequately skilled and MOTIVATED workforce hence the need for the state government to set a good example by paying agreed, stipulated minimum wage.
