Ellexy: You miss the point. If a Christian enters a mosque to shout Jesus is Lord, it's understandable cos he's an infidel[to the Muslims] the consequences non the less. What is not understandable is when your fellow Muslim keeps shouting Jesus is Lord in the Mosque or your fellow Christian keeps shouting Allah akbar in a church While I understand this but the indoctrination in religion is different from football. As a soccer lover, you can like Kdb, modric and other world class players even tho they're not playing for your club. You can pick your player even if it's not from your club and it's no qualms. So if there's a leverage in choosing your best player from anywhere, why do you think someone overall best player should come from his own club? And we know religion don't permit such leverage Cc: lostmyzeal |

nitrogen: Well, the main point is your club should come first. But we’ve seen people on this thread prefer football first, then their club. (which indirectly means they can stan their goat when he plays against their club). But Patrick.muf and Exper.t always make man u come first na. No issue here if one praises Ronaldo without including messi. The real issue arises when in the process of praising Ronaldo now trolls messi. I was here around 2017 abi 2018 when messi scored man u. I never saw Patrick.muf gloat that messi scored man u |

And whether people like to hear it or not, a true United fan can't be caught stanning Leeyo. Lol.. Maybe to you. I know 2-3 man u fans offline who love messi more than Ronaldo for reason best known to them. It might be weird to you, but yeah it happens. It's just that you guys attack someone for his own favorite choice of player but expect them not to attack yours or castigate them for attacking yours. Where's the spirit of agenda or trolling there? |

Ronaldo is free to celebrate after scoring against Manchester United but I should hate Messi who does not have any ties with Manchester United for scoring against Manchester United...
The same set of fans that spend most of their time criticizing other Manchester United players will all of a sudden remember loyalty to club and players when a certain Ronaldo is the subject of the discussion...No be madness? The bolded is what is surprising sef. E dey funny walahi |

Ellexy: But why will a United supporter be a staunch Messi stan
That means even before Ronaldo left for Madrid, they have been supporting Messi against us, you sef reason am comrade, e make sense?
Just like an Arsenal fan stanning RVN over TH. Lol.. No. The bolded doesn't mean you support messi against your team. You can actually like/love a player without supporting their team. I for example, I love klopp and I Stan him die(I even wrote epistles here about him when people were calling him fraud/bottler), but you'll never ever see me support Liverpool/Dortmund against my team. Tho I can support Dortmund when they're playing bundesliga. And that's how it is Nobody loves a player over the team. If he does, then he shouldn't be seen supporting that team at all. I don't even think Patrick.muf or expert even follows PSG matches judiciously sef |

It's funny how you guys here drag lovers of messi who are man u fans because Ronaldo plays for man u. This is like a 'handicap' match on messi fans cos it's unfair. If messi loses a match, the first point of call is to drag Patrick.muf, expe.rt and co like say dem be PSG fans. But if man u lose match, they dare not talk anything about Ronaldo cos it's wrong to troll your team. And the worst part is that it's Mostly Ronaldo fans or messi-haters that will always bring alerts about messi here causing the beef. Na wa oooo |

At least we Don see say Arteta has been vindicated on Ozil issue for now Lol.. True I remember when you said it then But you no go too blame guys then. Emotions was high, results wasn't forthcoming and our play was insipid so the one person making such major decisions as that will bear the brunt of the fans. The good thing about all these brouhaha is that he's getting vindicated and we're seeing the results of all his actions(both off pitch and on pitch). That's one thing I'm happy about. But I'm disappointed about Ozil's action cos I personally liked that guy. I thought he'll hit it off and retire peacefully there like Van Persie |

Spy360: This is not true. I have seen posts if not from you self that he should get a year or so.
You see, I am not the type that condemns players, people here know me for this. I defend our players a lot. For example Giroud.
I can also defend Laca, but not that he is good enough but that he is doing his best.
This argument started when you said he offers more than ginger, that's where I took the matter up. Maybe someone said it that I did not see, but I've not advocated for his contract extension. I'm very very sure of that. As for the receipts I won't deny that. You talked about him bringing Ginger ONLY, which was what I countered. I brought you other facets of his game but you went on and on about him not scoring. I remember one of my quotes here asking you weda ginger is an attribute of football. You told us how he is useless without his ginger cos he doesn't score goals which I countered you that the team don't solely rely on goals from him. That's the origin of our back and forth argument regarding Laca. Even at that I still maintain we shouldn't renew his contract (I've always maintained that) Anyways, let's just call it truce on this argument after all is the best for the team we're giving our opinion on. |

patrickmuf: It was here I asked if Hannibal will get the same attention since he choose to represent Tunisia but some folks played it down. If Hannibal for English, he'd be in our first team.
The same thing happened with Hakimi at Madrid, if he had chosen to resent Spain, he'd be playing at Madrid right now as a starter especially after his successes with Dortmund... Hmmm... I didn't think it from this angle. But then, aside Hannibal due to his perceived nationality switch, isn't there another midfielder that can even be seeing cameo roles with the prospect of taking over in the future?? |

Spy360: I am not attacking Lacazette. A man cannot do beyond his capacity. I am attacking those who rate him like he is what we need when in fact he is not. This is the issue I wanted you to see since which you refuse to acknowledge. I have already known Laca is not a good goalscorer so I'm looking at the other aspect of his that will improve our game, I am not even rating him as one of the best player in the team. On the contrary you are not. Nobody is even rating him anyhow. Nobody here is advocating for his extension, everyone here knows he isn't the future, nobody says we need him even for next season. But you will look for anything to criticize him even when the team is winning, gaining maximum points and playing well |
