well said. for once we found the chemistry in midfield. why temper with it? TheSuperNerd: Taking out Frank Onyeka was unnecessary. It moved back to midfield 2 instead of staying as a 3 man midfield.
I wonder why Chelle must alter a good and dominabt thing in the name of subs. |

natural winger when not fit put cross. We have to manage him.. we have no choice in bench. If we bring in Awaziem you wont see forward runs. Odunayaw: Osayi is not a defender abeg. Man spread leg like chicken wey de stretch wings 🤦🏾 |

Akor is solid. there was just one chance he should have probably cut back but he kept running forward. Besides that, I am okay with his play. The selection is good. I think the midfield roles are also well spelled out. mrwilliams9: You know ball!!!
I disagree on Akor though. He’s created chances and his defensive work is very good. I do think he’s been a great addition. |

Bro it is shameful. back to back WC qualification failure? that's incompetence. Of course I blame NFF more Dannyxy: because our last place is stronger than many peoples last place team, it’s embarrassing we allow South Africans beat us to first but let’s rest that talk of deductions, it’s the rules of the game, another day we might be affected, there is no shame, we qualify fairly base on the rules.
What’s shameful is NFF allowing South African play 7 games at home, and owing the boys… |

It is still a shame we are trying to qualify through play offs. Come to think if there was no point deductions among the runner ups from the respective groups. Bro it is a shame. Even people when no be Nigerians know this. CornOak: Yes, because they won via penalties. |

Yes DR Congo deserved the WC more than us. Who is arguing otherwise? But it's still a shame. Truidstarr: Senegal and DR Congo na the same scoreline with Nigeria. Una see say SE when plenty dey insult try. Na God save Senegal dem for lose. |

true words Odunayaw: Journalist asked him about one of his players, Coulibaly, and Tom narrated how Sassuolo wanted to restrain him from being at AFCON and when he refused they stopped playing him.
He also pointed out the disdain of Europe for the AFCON and the bending over for a quadriennial tournament. |

e really tire person. Mujtahida: This midfield palaver is a mystery. What exactly is the problem? Ever since Mikel said Onazi retired, we have been struggling with our midfield. Everybody knows we have midfield problem, still the problem persists - coach after coach, still same problem. I don tire.
Chrisantus oo, still, Akinsanmiro, still. I really don't understand. |

I remember that very well. His demands were made in the context of the NFF's failed negotiations with Renard. How much is Mali paying him now? I know exactly what he did then. E don tey when NFF dey show this man shege AndSunGorilla: I think he asked for a lot more money than Alhaji Eric. I also think he did very well with Gambia. They had their best afcon under him. |

Na that adaptability part I dey like. He contained them and didn't do it weakly. In another match he would switch things up I expect. That's dynamism. TheSuperNerd: Tom is a journeyman shaa. Had stints with Gambia for a bit too. His style is not as exciting as Chelle's Mali was but he seems adaptable. His selection today vs Morocco was aimed at stifling the Moroccan quality in the final and middle third of the pitch and it paid off. 5 natural midfield soldiers assigned RM, LM, CM roles and delivering just enough to contain and even match the Atlas Lions. |
