One is yet to see a verifiable news outlet that covered this story. A whole high commissioner being tortured like that would have sparked serious diplomatic row. All news media will have reported this and not just YouTube by some wannabe bloggers. We're watching though. Modified! ChannelsTv just aired it. This is barbaric and a sad reality. This country would have killed many of our brothers on trumped up charges of drugs and other offences... Government if there is, should just brace up and sanction this Savage Indonesian govt. Do we even have the balls..!.Smh |
The rapist bahd gaan! He touched all axis the woman's husband couldn't have navigated all the while. |
RIP Champion. The last pic though. |
UCHIHAmask:Yeah, it does sums it up that this specific case was an unjustified punitive action. They might have been agitators or mere transporters just as mentioned, they don't deserve such treatment. So sad. |
I think people need to speak up against usurpation and abuse of power! This man's term is almost over, why not wait for four months more having waited all these long. Please give him a breather! Like its often said, these politicians never learn their lessons. Rather than avoiding pitfalls that brought the present misfortune to the party and re-strategize forging stronger alliances, noooo its aggrandizement personification. |
Human nko I need to know when it comes to that. I've got couple of names on my list for consideration. |
Unto what end? Nigerian govt and showboating are like 5&6. The prayer is that the Judge shouldn't succumb to arm twisting. From 4 sureties to 24, now they are still seeking for additional prayers of remanding some of the suspects including a female blogger whose job of blogging for the group has now been equated with concealment of weapon against national security. Let true justice prevail. Oracleforce:Its a sorry case. |
Ddokie:I know the news is in a strong state of dubiety, that was what informed my first paragraph. But then, we never can tell what some unscrupulous elements might want to use the opportunity to achieve. A lot of shhiiits happens. |
malakaimoscondo:You know what Malaka, we tend to celebrate when others are being "justly" or "unjustly" treated, depending on which side of the divide we found ourselves. But when same potion is being fed upon us, we start shouting "selective justice", "set-up" and all what nots! This happens to all ethnics here without exception. To your question, yes they decided to quickly vacate that scene knowing fully well they've broken the code. Those guys weren't armed hence they couldn't have justified that beyond blocking the road. In a sane country, not a banana republic now, A lot will happen! |
guy222:But these are unarmed people for crying out loud!! I thought the rules of engagement is when you're threatened and fired at and not when they blocked road with Tyres and planks, haba! |
If this is True and not just one of those dead and resurrected news and pictures from the archive, then it should be jointly condemned. This sort of act (burning innocent travellers in their vehicles) should have no place among reasonable individuals. |
Always thinking shooting is the answer..... mmmtchewww! What happened to simply arresting of non Armed agitators, nobody can tell. "Shooting and promptly disappearing" from the scene is cowardice. |
What a way to go for the two BIGGEST party in Nigeria and Africa. Implosion don ready to take over! Nigerians, start warming up for a new party that will wrestle power out of these lots! |
The guy may be saying the truth about his discussions with MNK. Let's not reject the message along with the messenger. |
That was a slack judgement. I think they deserved harsher punishment deterring others from doing same. This happens from unscrupulous bankers most times. |
manchinKY:Well my dear brother, I am not aware of this information that he detained people or his boys. All I know is everyone has a set date with death and all I can do is to bid him RIP. God knows what we don't know. |
This is disheartening. I thought due to the onslaught being witnessed in and around South East, these people have been put to check! Such brazen wickedness. |
May his gentle soul rest in peace. And may those he left be strengthened to bear his loss. |
The sight of True Justice is blind, hence no favouritism, no tribalism, no sentiment, no nepotism! Justice shall prevail either side of the divide. Faithfully we wait to watch how it goes. |
Sowore, Kyari really said this?? |
Ugh! This news, how real is it? Well let there be a wider investigation so that the Innocents if there be, won't suffer unnecessarily. |
It will end in Praise. Depending on which side of the divide, justice will prevail. |
Whom the gods want to destroy, they first make them deaf and blind! |
Oluolad86:Some believe in chariots and some believe in horses but we trust in the name of the Lord Our God Ps 20:7 As you believe in Prayer and miracles and never ashamed to identify with and requesting same from social media, may the miracles you so seek locate you from wherever you may be. You shall testify to His goodness. Shalom!! |
Great kudos to our Courts and this Judge in particular. It's refreshing to know they can still bark and bite irrespective of the lawlessness being witnessed all around. One wish more Judges can be this bold in administering fairness without caring whose Ox is gored! |
They yaff come again! Abeg carry your cross o! No be person do una. |
Amotolongbo:BUT WHAT DO PEOPLE REALLY WANT ![]() |
Some claim knowing how to read so much but fail to comprehend that the OP is not just talking about any US agent, but TOP ranking FBI agent, like their most decorated version of Kyari sort of. Base your contributions on this! |
Bundaweber:The thread was IF AMERICAN WILL EXTRADITE IT'S OWN TOP AGENT TO ANY COUNTRY? Jose Irizarry commited his drug laundering offence in Columbia being an American and was made to answer for the offence in US. So no correlation to the thread, that's my take. |
Bundaweber:These examples cited where convicted inside America! Even Garcia had been released after over 2 decade. The guy you quoted harped on non extradition of top notch American agents of repute to other nations |
yanabasee1:Yinmu! Meaning I stroke my nose! Many individuals who have clean record later got corrupted one way or another by the institution they serve! Not limiting this to Police or Customs worldwide alone, but all public service. They play along due to many reasons either in Africa or Western world, don't ask why but you should know it happens everywhere except you're not hitting on the truth. So don't say FBI can never employ a rogue agent! His initial record before comissioning him might have been clean and that don't make him forever clean that he couldn't compromise till he's decommissioned! To the bolded "WHO SAYS SOMEONE CAN NOT REMAIN CLEAN ALL THROUGH HIS STEWARDSHIP"! There's always sacrifice to pay therefrom though. |
For real, FBI wouldn't do that! Their primary concern will bother on national security. Because if such agent as Kyari is to Nigeria what the FBI agent is to US, a lot of damage can be done, so much horse trading will take place. They will eventually kill the matter before it gets out. There are more delicate informations that can be leaked if such FBI agent of top notch is handed out let's say even to first world countries like Germany, Russia, UK etc. America won't do this....just forget it. But then, it's not to say, the agent can't be relieved and mindfully tried. Between, my point is on the thread's question and not agitating for Kyari not to be legally profiled by Nigeria and sent to US to defend himself. |
