It's so unfortunate that what appeared to be an understanding of some sort have turned out sour even before the proper deal in prospect.There's no single step towards admission and Study Permit application that have not been discussed exhaustively on this platform......but what do I know.....just wait for advice from this esteemed community

Long post and please don’t mind my typing errors.

Ok so guys. I don jam person wey don chop my money oo.
So I met this agent on this platform, I won’t mention his name just yet. He has always been answering my questions and all until we started charting privately. He’s Always answering my questions still and made mention to me that he can help me process my visa application. I doubted it so very much that my spirit didnt go with him but he persuaded me that he is good and professional etc and because of the questions he answered and showed he has ideas I agreed and he charged me 350k and after so much persuading he agreed to 200k then said I should pay for commitment and it would be Half of the money before he can continue answering my questions then I paid 100k after which he shared informations about the process and all then fast forward to few days later he started getting busy and doesn’t want to answer some of my questions. Sometimes he leaves my messages on read. Then I started complaining and told him I dont think I want to continue with him because of the reasons mentioned. It even got to a time I was not free to ask him anything because of how he might respond. Then he said he’s sorry that he’d change and always be available to answer my questions and tell me what I need to do and mot know in the process. Mind you I haven’t gotten my documents ready to start the process sef still waiting on some of my documents before we start. We moved from there but still my spirit wasn’t working with this guy but I kept pushing. Until today that I told him i dont think I Would be able to balance him up the remaining 100k because of some finance issues im starting to have, that I’ll like to do this whole thing myself since this informations are even online. I have not even asked for the 100k I paid.
Naso baba start to threaten me that I’ll see what he would do to me in few weeks bla bla bla that he has my informations already and he’ll get to me sending me threat voice notes that I stole his intellectual property that is more thank 200k that I must balance him up even if I am not interested again ooo egbami ooo lol . Now my question is must I continue with somebody i dont want to continue with because he has advised me and given informations on how I’ll go about thr whole thing after my first 100k, we didn’t even sign any agreement that I must complete the job with him funny enough we’ve not started yet.
Please house what do you advice I do

You need to fund your USD card from your Dom account if you are using the card for the first time.

Why not drop the advice here for others to learn how to go about it rather than messaging you only.

If you are applying for family, use GCkey portal, not the new IRCC Portal.You will be required to upload your passport photos on this portal.

The issue is the age falsification allegation. But Boys BVN records and immigration records match.

*SOME QUESTIONS TO ANSWER*
1.)Who acknowledged the letter he claimed to have sent to the British High Commission because the document flying around was not acknowledged at all meaning it could have been released and backdated as soon as the Ekwerenmadus were arrested
2.) Was David accompanied by either of his parents to sign of documents in the Hospital before the surgery?
3.) Are the Blood group of Sonia and David compatible?

The only way out is to submit an updated Statement of account (SOA) ASAP......that will clear all doubt.Visiting or engaging the bank will not make them rewrite Thier response to IRCC.. QED

What are they (IRCC) after in their letter of bank statement confirmation please.....eg. account balance, Inflow/outflows within the period and or genuity of the bank statement? Could you please shed more light a beg?......we dey learn everyday.... waiting to hear from you pretty soon.rgds

It can only be God almighty. No one else!!! This journey has taught me patience and I'm glad it's worth it.
I applied since January 13th 2022 and was supposed to resume in May but God had different plan for me. I tried deferring to Sept but there was no space, so I did January 2023.
My husband is the sponsor and I only submitted my salary account( I work in the bank) and my savings that had only 500k.
Canada sent my husband's statement of account to my branch on 10th of June for confirmation and I made sure the confirmation was swift.

Just yesterday someone posted emails of ircc office in different country and I made sure I sent mail to all of them one after the other and just about 9:24am, the Eagle landed.

The Lord is good!!!

An agent did all the application and even gave me logins to everything I wanted.

I pray the voice of favour mention our names into the ears of our visa officers. Favour will speak for everyone!!! This prayer is powerful, just say it all the time and see wonders

I wouldn't advice a married man with kids to submit a "deed of gift" in his application. This would raise concerns that you're not sufficiently well-established in your home country and the officer will question your intention of wanting to study in Canada when you've to seek for external bodies/relatives to help you fund your account. It further increases doubts that your family will not be well catered for in your absence.

***** Can a Deed (Cash) gift from him suffice upon transfering the fund without presenting his company's bank statement?......

**** The company bank's statement is not robust as such that's why I'm trying to see if I can avoid presenting the statement.

****I would have loved to use his personal account but the inflows/outflows are not good enough..

But every other company relevant documents with CAC,FIRS, PRACTICING LICENSE, CERTIFICATES (Medical line) are okay

Your sponsor is supposed to move whatever amount he intends giving you to your account and capture it in his affidavit of sponsorship letter and not the other way round..........gurus in the house will have more to say here....na just my take.

Hello house, I submitted my application in December but I’m worried about whether my proof of funds is sufficient.

I submitted bond fund investment papers worth around 40m and explained in my letter than the investment can be withdrawn to cash at any time. But I’ve come across several articles that says IRCC does not consider investment papers as proof of funds.

But alongside the investment papers, I submitted three bank statements of my sponsors with a total closing balance of 10m.

Though my tuition for one year is CAD 8,096.. Plus living expenses of 10k, totals about 7million in naira.

My question is even if IRCC doesn’t consider the investment papers, will the 10 million bank statements suffice? And also will the investment papers have adverse effect on my application?

His passport was not marked as someone who was given PTA when his PTA request was consumated at the Bank, that's why he could represent it for the second time probably in a different bank or

He accessed those PTA twice within 2 quarters

Of course we know you are not entitled to PTA if you don't present return flight ticket to the Bank.

Its also not strange when you have someone working within the Treasury department of a Bank.......na serious business. Na 9ja naw

To access it you must have your visa and also two way flight ticket.Fund your Naira account and apply through your bank for PTA.
