Dear nairalander Spanish visiting /tourist visas can be obtained in two ways either by invitation or by self application, Spanish visiting visa is usually for a short period of 7 to 30 days. Spain is a member of the schenghen state of the European union for you to be able to obtain a Spanish visa all your documents must be Spanish which is translated by the embassy, There is nothing like non appearance while applying for a Spanish visa and its done at the Spanish embassy here in Lagos. Dear nairalander Be informed that Finland is a Nordic nation and also a member of the schenghen states in the European union. First and foremost if your friend is a bona-fide student of the university and he's on a student visa he can't send for you simply because he's does not have the requisite funding for your trip. If your friend have a working student visa then your friend can invite you over. Also your friend needs to write you an invitation letter stating why he's inviting you to Finland and how long you will stay in the country. You too on your own you need to get a good financial backing to fund your trip for the duration of your stay in Finland. Finnish visa takes about 30 - 40 working days to get and it's usually through VFS global and which must be done at the Finnish embassy in Abuja. Dear nairalanders Good day to you all, please I took my niece and nephew to go get an international passport here in Lagos but I was told that they both need get the national identity card registration number before they can apply for the international passport. These kids are just 7 and 4 years old and we all know that the standard world wide is from 18 years and above I want to know if this assertion made by the immigration office is true or not. As for me I have done mine and both father and mother have done theirs doesn't it count for the children? |

I'm 28yrs, working and I had a gf of 21yrs. we are very good together and I love her so much. we started dating a year ago and I told her what can make me breakup with her which is cheating. she swear never to cheat on me coz she loves me. (she's a virgin when I met her). But after 6months of dating, I suspect she's still attached to her ex.. they are very close. I warned her but she said she'll rather break up with me than to cheat. she swear never to do that. I accepted but I keep watching and been sensitive. Fast-forward to last month, I checked her fone for the 1st time. she don't expect it. I notice she's eager to get her fone back but I don't care. I checked and I notice she and her ex are having romantic affairs (no sex though) .. I confronted her but ever since den she kept begging. her friends keep begging. I'm a type that if u cheat on me, no matter how much I love u, d love will dropped totally. one of my ex did same, despite our relationship is 4 years, I broke up with her. She's so afraid and keep saying she can't leave me Coz I'm d one that disvirgin her, but I wish to leave. She said she never mean to do all those bull'shit with her ex, but I let her know that she still have feelings for him. Today 31st July officially marks it 10 years of boko haram attacks in Nigeria, to commemorate the day of humanitarian day the United nations decided remind all of us of the deadly and incessant attack on Nigerians in the northern part of the the country. A failure of the government to nip it on the bud has led the deadly sect to carry out their bombings and killings unabated, government have also failed to proscribe the sect as a terrorist group has even made them stronger because it's been use a political weapon, the group's dastardly act was the abduction of the almost 220 chibok school girls from their school up to this very day no meaningful head way has been made to rescue these girls. Also let's not forget about the deadly bombing of the United nations office in Abuja in 2011 and the Christmas day bombing of a catholic church in magdala, the displacement of millions of nigerian citizens in the 3 most affected states of bornu, yobe, and adamawa. As we commemorate let's remember to say prayers for the almost 28,000 people killed and millions displaced and rendered homeless. |

The first step to be clean from alcoholism is admittance, the second step is self control and restraint, the third step is separation from your circle of friends who indulge in it. Good day nairalnaders Allow me to share an experience that occurred to me ,on this day 12th Dec 2018 was the much anticipated day of my life where I was to proposed to my future wife and which also was her birthday what beautiful surprise it was supposed to be. On the said at exactly some minutes past midnight I called her to wish her happy birthday which she was excited about and I told her about taking her out to celebrate her birthday she was thankful and we ended the call to my greatest chagrin her countenance changed in the evening as about 5pm where guests and family are already trooping in to venue for the big question to be asked that she started getting unnecessarily angry and insulting to me I tried to phantom why the sudden change of heart and character towards me,her boss came and my boss with both families present to witness this as we both have been dating for a year and six months. Up to this very moment she's not given anyone any reasons for this attitude neither is she answering my calls or that of her boss. Am not angry at the money I spent to put this thing together am angry at the time I have invested in the relationship, now am left shell shocked how I wish I can go back to work and forget this tragic event cos right now am on leave . Please I need matured advice from the house on the way forward thank you and God bless you |

Scammers on rampage some people will still fall prey to this tricks . simply ask who ever is in charge of customer care unit to tell you the name of your bank,what branch the account was opened,how much is your closing balance,headquarters of your bank etc . you will see they will hang up. This scams are carried out mostly on weekends so be wise |

Sorry dear friend but to be honest you got yourself to blame,you could have notified your bank about your stolen sim card and all other documents concerning your bank identifications. Well there is still a gleamer of hope for you walk into your bank where you opened the account they will help you tracked who eventually received your money all you need to do is to be polite.
