APCsupporter:Saturday it is. Did you see Kwakwanso rally in Kastina by election? Go and searxh for the pictures. ![]() |
Let me tell you a story. In 2015, my preferred governorship candidate in Rivers state was Tonye Princewill of The Labour party. On getting to the polling unit, I checked around and discovered that Labour party (which was the third most popular party in Rrivers State as at then) didn't have a party agent in my polling unit. I walked to about three other polling units within the same community and it was the same thing. That was when I realized he couldn't win the election. If you can't organise polling agents from your supporters, how can you win an election? That's the same thing happening with the aforementioned candidates. Despite the fact that we all want a new Nigeria with youths at the helm of affairs, it isn't feasible in 2019. Who will be Sowore's polling agent in in Akwa-ibom? Who will be Magholu's polling agent in Borno? Who will be Fela's polling agent in Ogun state. The truth is that these people can't win the election. Voting for them, no matter how honorable it sounds, won't have any effect as thay can't win the election. Even if all of their supporters decide to become polling agents fro each candidates, the number may not still be enough. I will stop here. This election to me is about: . •Getting Sars out of the streets •Stopping the military from killing citizens •Bringing peace between herders and farmers, instead of threatening them to release their lands. Having a government that listen to Nigerians when they protest instead of Sponsoring counter protests. You have yours.

The same poor that are being killed by sars? The same poor that are jumping into third mainland bridge? The same poor whose farms are being ravaged accross the country by herdsmen? |
APCsupporter: ![]() I hope you are not speaking for the thousands of Shite members. I hope you are not speaking for the millions of christain communities? I hope you are not speaking for the muslim fellows who truly want a peaceful Nigeria. I hope you are not speaking for the Kwakwansiya group. I hope you are not speaking for the thousands of Igbos accross Kano? Bros Chill, this election will shock you. |
rhymesnoni:Haba, either you are sense-less or you are just naturally dumb. Wasted sperm. Spits on him. |
We need a president that would be sensitive to our plights. • Sars are detaining and killing young people without reasons. The Vp ordered them out of the streets, but he cabal reversed it. • Thousand of shite members were killed, and the president justfies it. • The price of dollar doubled and the masses are suffering. Instead of the government to wprk it out, they created a separate exchange rate for them their friends and family. • Almost 20 people have died in APC rallies, yet no word or condolence from the man they went to see. We say NO to lifelessness #AtikuMyVal |
Around 2013 in the hostel, use to buy a paint of rice for 600 in the hostel. Fast forward 2017, after the inflation a paint of rice is 1800. Thats the major issue (Food). Lot of family are suffering, the government doesn't care. |
Atiku made a live video chat on twitter, where he urged Nigerian to come out and vote irrespective of their political affiliations. Here's a link to the video https://twitter.com/atiku/status/1095955874848268288?ref_src=twcamp%5Ecopy%7Ctwsrc%5Eandroid%7Ctwgr%5Ecopy%7Ctwcon%5E7090%7Ctwterm%5E3

StupidInyamiri:At least in 2014 a Police Armoured tank could scare bokoharam. What about today? They ransack military bases. Take hostages as they want. Force villages to pay tax. Shoot at the convoy of a governor. Not to mention the untouchable Herdsmen. We prefer PDP. |
TechCapon:Then keep that to yourself. Stop dissuading others. |
There's a topic on the front-page about how Buhari constructed the road leading to Otuoke. The funny thing about the claim by Silva is that the road to Jonathan's Village (Otuoke, in Ogbai LGA) isn't actually a federal government road. Its the responsibility of the state government, which is in PDP. So how can the president construct a road that isn't a federal government road, when there are thousands of federal government roads seeking for attention. I was in Otuoke a few years back and I didn't notice any road construction. I however comfirmed from a friend that the news making rounds is actually the dualization of the Yenagoa road (This is a story for another day). These are cheap lies by APC. Its just like Fashola claiming to be building a road to Obasanjo's Home, while he is working on Lagos-Ogun road. Is Lagos-Ogun the road to OBJ's home? This is just a mere campaign talk and nothing more. |
NgeneUkwenu:Lol, is the 3000 capacity for those standing on the pitch or those sitting on the stands? Think again. I said, think. |
cosse:Keep shut.. I don't argue with the lowest ebbs of zombies. Your ogas at the top are frightened, you houseboy of the lowest order is boasting. Haba.... But if you can stake your monthly 30k that Apc wont lose apapa, you can send me a message. |
Modphase:You are just trying to sound smart. Your party, president and ministers failed. You completed airport terminals and so what? There are governors who have built Airports. Warri and kaduna dry portz that have already been confirmed nonexistent. The railways are PPP projects, already agreed before Bubu came in. All he did was to pay (as APC claims) the counter fund for the Chinese to complete the project. Talking about jamb remittance shows you are a complete zombie. |
Lagos would be 50-50 If you are on twitter or went to last year experience, yoi would know that Apc would find it hard to win Lagos. Even Sanwolu is working extra hard after realizing this. No sane lagosian will vote Buhari. Their latest tanker charade also automatically means Apc have already lost Apapa and environs. |
OmoManU:Why didnt you advise Olamide to do the same? Zom-bie |

The war of words between the Lagos governorship candidates of the All Progressives Congress, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and the Peoples Democratic Party, Jimi Agbaje, continued on Friday, as the APC flag bearer promised to retire his rival after the March 2 election. Sanwo-Olu said he was proud of being called a puppet of the national leader of the party, Bola Tinubu, adding that it meant he had mastered the art and science of governance. He spoke while reacting to a statement by Agbaje, in which the latter described him as a puppet. The APC candidate, in a statement by his media team, said he sympathised with Agbaje over the “imminent disgraceful defeat awaiting him at the March 2 poll, and consequent retirement from four years electoral cycle contest.” “Sanwo-Olu described Agbaje’s recent vituperation, where he described him as a puppet to the national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as a not only complimentary, but an affirmation of the notion that he is the most experienced for the job, having been properly schooled in the art and science of governance. “He further reminded Mr Agbaje and his co-travellers in the journey of political ignominy of an incontrovertible fact that he (Mr Sanwo-Olu) has been part of the progressive social, economic and political trajectory of modern Lagos, which started with Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and was passed on to the actualiser, Mr Babatunde Fashola, who in turn handed over to the incumbent governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, for consolidation. “Mr Sanwo-Olu’s private and public experience is not what the likes of Jimi Agbaje could buy over a supermarket shelf, and would take them at least two decades of quality experience to place them on the same pedestal like him,” the statement said. The statement berated Agbaje for promising to spend 50 per cent of the state’s budget on education, saying he was a learner for leaving out several critical areas of daily eexistence. https://punchng.com/being-tinubus-puppet-a-compliment-sanwo-olu-tells-agbaje/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

mrvitalis:If supporting Atiku is not campaigning against Buhari, then what is it? You expect him to start raining curses on Buhari? I think you should endeavour to watch PDP campaigns, they don't rol that way. |
The states the President had always won with ease in past elections when he had no men and means are clustered in this region. They are Kaduna, Katsina, Kano, Kebbi, Sokoto, Jigawa, Zamfara. Except for Kaduna which Buhari lost in a close shave once, in others, he is god! This is all I need to know this was written by a zombie. No responsible Journalist refers to a man as "god". |
This photo was all over the internet after the rally and was also posted by Fwstus Kayemo. Notice how the guy on yellow is on top of the broom? Photoshop gone wrong. ![]()

seunmsg:You guys pushed him to the wall and he has to pay back. Am not sure you follow Rivers politics. |
Just google the same thing you typed here and you will find a detailed tutorial on how to go about it. Its a very simple process. its not technical. |
donphiilopus:Yes you are right. The fact that it was a senatorial election meant that not every member of the Kwakwansiya who came for the rally, voted in the senatorial zone. However, this is a presidential election and every Nigerian is eligible. So your sentiment doesn't count. |
Stupidity. Atiku is introducing technological concepts, while these archaic lots are introducing dance steps. No wonder we went into recession. |
I hope Xombies notice the red cap. Later they will say Kwakwasiya wouldn't vote for atiku.
|
jumper524:My dear go on twitter, its everywhere. You guys only liter here on nairaland disturbing the peace of this great forum with your ignorance. |
This rally is for south south as a whole, yet the stadium is empty. Checkout photos from other parts of the stadium.
|
MyVILLAGEpeople:Atiku knows how he manages his wives. They all know their places. |
Babzrockman:Because people or electorates have seen that his plan for NNPC is far better than what we have today. His model is to place NNPC in the NSE, with Nigerians owning shares. The issue has been clarified long ago. Anyone still talking about it is just lazy to read. |
