I hope we all know the impact of Tbills on the economy today. Checking the Pros and Cons we can conclude that Investing in TB is better than recouping your investment in property but looking at chain of those who would benefit when you build or invest in properties vs when you jst dump your money in Tbills.

Over the last 2 years giving the poor business climate in Nigeria pple are dumping their funds in treasury bills because of goverment policies and uncertainties instead of investing in the economy. We can now understand why CBN is doing it's best to push down the rates to make it less juicy.

If you can ommit Egun from Lagos and Ogun I can conclude that this long dossier is trash.

Firstly;study the cause of the cracks !
Secondly : Identify maybe structural or minor problem.
In reference to posted picture!
If the crack occur only one side as you said, that seems not to be structural cracks.
Then remedy shouldn't assume!

Note: Their's electrical piping works along the cracks which can also cause the cracks, if the pipes are nt well patch up with cement. As a result of these, still a minor cracks.
Try to figure out the above information for the proper remedy.

I was told its a result of differential settlement. A couple of this occurred before roofing and what they did was mending d crack and introducing a concrete beam over the block work
The concrete beam was casted on all the external walls(ring) and the internal walls only where there was crack.

Only for this to occur after roofing, plumbing, and plastering has been done

The crack is from top to bottom.
You need to show more of the picture, at the top so we can really see the cause.

From the little l can see:
- it is a structural problem, most likely caused by the weight of whatever is on that side of the block wall (may be a slab or decking?)
That Wall cant carry the weight on it.
Possible suggestion is to:
1) Break the wall along the line of the crack and intorduce a vertical Column. Let it be wide say like Nine inches by six inches (if the block is 6",
otherwise make it 9" x 9".
2) After the Column is dry, introduce a horizontal beam on the wall, in-between whatever is ontop of the wall and the wall itself. Fuse this beam's iron with the irons of the Column you did earlier) so they form one solid T-Structure to support the weight of whatever the wall is supporting now.
That crack is not going to stop if you dont act quickly.
Structural defects are dangerous and could cause building collapse.

This has been tried on brick/block especially non load bearing walls. Roof slab in considerable, careful and professional way. I did that of cube test myself and was considered with pure concrete one. It has head advantage of less weight and low cost to concrete cubes.

The real story is not what the headline portrays.

Freetown the capital of Sierra Leone has it current International Airport outside of the capital due to lack of space for a airport ( Freetown is largely hills and valleys a reason while no airport can be cited there).

The current airport outside Freetown is connected to the city via Water or traveling by road for over two hours.

The new government cancelled the new airport project because it would rather invest in building bridges from Freetown to Lungi (current airport town).

The government is taking this decision in order to open up the capital that is congested. This will pave way for tourism and real estate as Freetown is so congested and the terrain (hills and valley) is a huge contributing factor.

The government will still rely on the Chinese in achieving the bridge project.

If i am correct Measurement should be Length(m) × Breadth(m)= Sqm. E.g From drawing 2500 by 3000=2.5 x 3.0 = 7.5sqm
