Your first post was about uniting with ur dad whom you asserted to be a citizen in germany. Later, it's no longer family re-union, na work permit. Do you even know the kind of proof you need to provide before getting a work permit? For your information, work pemit takes longer time than student visa because after your file is sent to foreign office, it will once again have to be sent to the ferderal employment office...

I wrote My WAEC as an external student in a school which has now liquidated due to poor management. However, I didn't collect my testimonial from them, of which i am not entitled to since i was an external candidate. Now, I have my WAEC result, and every other document on the student visa checklist except the secondary school testimonial. Can the absence of this testimonial negatively affect my visa application? By the way, i am an undergraduate student who have completed 3 semesters in a university already.

In order to avoid any malpractice only one appointment can be booked per person. A new booking can only be allocated after a period of one month. In case you do not show up on the day of your interview the Consulate General has the right to bar further bookings for a period of up to 6 months.

In case of incomplete documents you may be rejected on the day of your interview. You are requested to submit your complete documents even if you are a regular visitor to the Schengen states. Please refer to the visa-website of the Consulate General for information on necessary documents.

Will I have to wait for one month before i can book another appointment? or can i immediately choose another date, if available. By the way, this is for the student visa.

It wasn't stated on my letter from uni assist that I can use the letter to apply for visa o,but they informed me in the letter that they will send my application to the school.is uni assist going to send me anoda letter which it would be stated that I can use to apply for visa or is it until I send them the top priority form that they will send it?

Using a confirmation letter to apply for german student visa is called a STUDENT APPLICANT VISA, it's a 3 month visa that can be used to enter Germany when you get ur admission...But I DON'T think such option is available in Nigera.

More so, In many other countries, you can open a german blocked account with a confirmation letter only. However, I don't know if such option is available in the German Embassy in Nigeria

Just like Godson said, you are not likely to be given visa if you are going for a language course...There is a german institution in Nigeria where such can be learnt.
