Chilexeve: Don't mind him. The VSF is at Ikate bus stop. From CMS, take a bus to Ajah, stop at Ikate bus stop, (it is not the last bus stop), cross to the other side of the road ask those okada people there, they'll direct you. It's a walkable distance. Lol… make person no go enter lion’s den. He should have been silent if he doesn’t know the address. |

Lamideyy: I would suggest you ignore the NSE request Not submitting the required documents does NOT mean that the decision on your application would be affected. NSE just hastens your application timeline. If you do not want to take IELTS, no need to submit a waiver. Just let your application be God’s Favour and blessings! Thank you Boss! |

Uzomachukwu: Regardless of how bad things are in our country, and how diplomatically useless our government is, this wide gap between the processing time of Ghanian and Nigerian applications is totally unfair to Nigerians. I feel we need to start calling out IRCC on Twitter for this unfair treatment.
I know some people will think that Nigerian applications take so long because of the so-called timewasting hurdles in verifying documents originating from Nigeria, however the very fact that IRCC started its NSE pathway and made the claim that they could process the applications in merely 20 days tells us otherwise.
The existence of NSE totally shows that much of this delay is intentionally engineered against us. I concur with you. We need bring IRCC attention to this ill development on Twitter. Last week I checked, Ghana processing time was 10wks while Nigeria processing time was 20wks. |

Spectro: It baffles me too. I'm nice, but I sometimes get somewhat impatient and irritated. When I see people who can be so tolerant and helpful, it confounds me.
I guess they happen to be blessed with such rare nature. I believe they deserve all the kindness and goodwill that nairalanders can possibly give them. These two and few others like them deserve more than their oral gratitude. @Spectro to be sincere eh! I submitted my visa application 7th April 2021, went for biometrics 9th April 2021. I have been waiting for an email requesting for my medical result and i haven’t gotten it. I’m really tensed about it. How long does it take to get a request for medicals after biometrics. Meanwhile, can a study visa be approved without medicals? I would like to know pls. Thanks |

@Frankrobbn1 and @lekiboboe I do not know the both of you, but the way you take your time to attend to questions on this platform baffles me like you both are been paid for the job. Your answers are been broken down to the littlest understanding one could get. Both of you alone are made up of 10 Visa Officers each cos you best know how to tackle their questions. I really appreciate your effort and I pray God in Heaven will reward you both for your selfless service. Thanks alot |

Jermaie0009: Good morning, I was told by an agent that to get study visa 2 to Canada that my chances are slim because I am 29 .... want to apply for a postgraduate diploma, how true is this ? Your agent is not God neither is he the VO who will attend to your file. Agents are dream killers, At age 29 there are 101% chances of you getting your study visa if you are able to gather the right documents. From my point of view i will advise you search for a school yourself and follow up with the admission by yourself because one thing is getting the admission another thing been able to gather the right documents. If you are able to do this, relax and see how God will surprise you. I haven’t gotten my study visa, infact, I’m waiting to be called for medicals, but at the same time i will not allow any agent discourage anyone from their dreams. Mind you, Agents are after their personal pocket and nothing moreIt shall end in praises. |

Chilexeve: Hello everyone, please for the upfront medicals needed as an NSE requirements, when is the appropriate time to go for the medicals? Is it before submitting the study permit application or after submitting it before you get the NSE request. please it's urgent. Thanks Some people prefer upfront medicals because getting a close appointment date when you are asked for the medical result is usually difficult. While some people wait until they are asked for the medical result. I submitted my application 7th April 2021 without upfront medicals, I was advised to wait until it’s been requested for. For now, I’m yet to go for medicals. However, if you are not in Lagos or Abuja, it’s advisable you do book for the medicals as you are coming to Lagos or Abuja for Biometrics. Just saying to save cost. I hope my little contribution helps. |
