I have been dating this gal for quite a while now. We're both currently in our finals in one of these federal universities.
I have had a good number of dating experiences with several women in time past; so i can possibly say im not a newbie in these Whole dating thing.

It all happened i met this gal sometime in 2022 and we got talking, she seems too good to be true. Talking about someone who's extremely pretty, sincere to the core,very intelligent, religious but rationale (not stupidly religious), Neat, soft-spoken. Talking about someone who despite she came from a struggling backgroung wouldn't collect money from a guy even when the offer is on a platter(when i ask her why so, she always tells me she would wait on her family till they can send something across. That she's contented even with her brokness even if she is starving).
Just too many good virtues i just cant mention omo. Just too many of them...

At first, as a real nigga i felt all these where just facade asper she's trying to impress me or something (possibly i've always been with fvcked-up gals in time past the reason all these attributes looks too good to be true).
Months after steady texting and stuffs, we started dating... At this point i realize a lot about her. She's actually not just what i thought about her earlier. She possesses all that good virtues and mooore.
She sincerely for the first time made me see women in general from a different perspective of how soft and loving they can be.
I also need mention how transparent and all she is. Her phone is never for once passworded, she's not active on any social media but just watssap. Even the guys that texts dont go out of context because they all know she dont entertain all those shit. If you try going beyond boundaries she put you in your place asap... like, it was after meeting this gal i realized how much trauma i suffered from past relationships and insecurities of maybe my women cheating or something...


As a guy, when you meet someone like her. You already know she's for keeps. But here is my problem.

Her dad somehow found out about me and he's strongly against watever it is we have.
Threatening to arrest me if i dont abstain from his daughter. He claims i jinxed her or something. To set records straight. This gal is an adult. She is 21 while i'll be clocking 25 in couple of days. I believe she's old enough to make some decisions for herself.

I love this gal and she feels crazily same way about me (possibly the reason the dad feels i jinxed her) ... its been one year plus of dating and watever beautiful thing we share seems to be waxing stronger as the day goes by.

Im still a young guy who is not anywhere close to being stable just yet. But still she chose to stick and build with me. I'm striving and hustling but still hasn't found stability.

Please my question; Is it proper for her dad to do all that?? The threatening and all. It hurt so much realizing the much effort he's investing to ruin the beautiful thing i and his daughter share. She's an adult and i personally think he should at least not dictate everything that goes on in her life at this point.
