Oga shegzy pls I would like to ask a question. I have just finished the plan for a five bedroom mansion and I need to do the structural plan. I am not so good at doing structural plans so I would like to ask are there firms that can do the structural plans without necessarily affecting the aesthetics of the house?... Am sure it is quite obvious that I'm not yet an architect. I mostly just offer to do 3d renderings for architects. pls help me with your advice. Is it a must for an architect to do the structural plan by himself?

Please guys I will like to know the cost of building this 4bedroom boy's quarters.
Location is Asaba delta state, cost from foundation to roofing stage.
Mind you, i intend using the normal aluminum roofing materials and soil type is very ok.

Blocks = 6inches solid, there is water and sharp sand 30tons at the site.

Note........ I didn't want to upload the floor/ground plan for some reasons, but one of the rooms is masters while the other 3rooms share same bathroom/toilet

Wood trusses and labour should take up to 850k
0.45 stucco should be around 1.3 to 1.4m depending on the roofing height

It depends on roofing materials my dear, the cheapest should 0.45mm stucco aluminum roofing sheets. That should be 2.3m including the wood and labour.

Did you notice that my response to your question about karma was deleted in the property section, even your response to the guy that asked you question was also deleted, those guys in that section are funny, I have started losing interest posting their, some of the posters there are suffering from what I call inadequate personality, some of them are just mouthy and are they are out there to make you tow there line of reasoning, nonsense, I have nothing to learn their, all my buildings in Nigeria where handled by competent Engineers, I have never asked any questions there, I only go there to read and laugh, they take things too serious on that section and empty barrel makes the loudest noise, I am currently working on erecting another rental property in lagos and my team of Engineers are putting heads together to work out a good quote for me, why will l waste my time on faceless people to get ideas from, some contractors on their are con men, people like brabus, we still have some Still showcasing there jobs as a bait to drag and scam gullible people

If my clients don't have money for parapet, I compulsory them to do a roof beam.

I wonder why some people shy away from doing a beam since there is no fund for parapet.
A beam before the roofing is very useful, one benefit is that it prevents cracks from that axis.
I stand to be corrected though.
