With Mat 22:24 "LORD" is referring to God and "Lord" is referring to the Word of God, who of course is God also as other scriptures show as well, and the word for both "LORD" and "Lord" in that verse is the same word "Kurios"

Jesus called God "Father", He never once called Him by name
it might be disrespectful to call our Father Jehovah, we don't call our earthly dad, Bill or George or Sue, and especially as it's not even known for sure the arrangement of the constants and vowels in God's name, it could be Yahweh or other.
