Gbawe: Thank you. How many times must it be repeated that the 1% fee is shared by SystemSpecs (0.5%), the commercial banks (0.4%) and our CBN (0.1%)? Why, in the first place, did Melaye , a cohort of the embattled Saraki, claim that one company is making N25 billion daily when this is entirely fictitious? Don't mind them. One thing am sure of is that Saraki will soon meet his waterloo. |

DeLaRue: No, the Minister's statement does not resolve the issue. It seems your priority is to clear the air on whether Buhari's government was at fault or not. That is not the issue that concerns most people. The issue is that this contract has all the signs of a shady PDP contraption schemed to funnel 1% of the contry's entire internally generated commonwealth into the hands of a handful of people. For this reason alone, I am in full support of the Senate investigating this contract.
The Presidency or Ministry of Finance must initiate its own investigation into the motive of the people in the previou.s administration who agreed to this fee. Afterall, the government is revisiting a number of other shady deals signed by the previous government otil1: I also thank for the clarification.... but my own question is, why would the current administration go forward with such a defective agreement, if you now want to blame it on previous administration. Did you not study it before pushing to go ahead with it?
Why should it be someone in far away legislative arm pointing out such an important matter to the leaders of the nation in the executive arm? Even if one per cent was agreed as charges, whatever accrues therefrom was meant to be shared among the CBN, Systemspecs (the owner of the Remita software) and the commercial banks, hence no single company could have collected 25 billion Naira as charges No single company is pocketing 1%. 1% of N1tr = N10b
10b divided by 3 = N3.33bnThat is about $15million for a software company is a very fair deal if you know the amount software companies around the world charge. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the deal. We shouldn't let our hatred for a particular party or person blind us to the truth that Saraki and his cohorts are real enemy of Nigerian citizens. |

"As terrifying and horrifying as ISIS is, they did us a great favour because they came and have shown them all the killing, saying that it's all in the Quran verses. So now we don't have to say much, we just say the truth," the director. Exactly what they want. Use their religion against them to chase them out of their country and introduce a new religion to them without having to waste time and resources to evangelise. Were these verses from the Qur'an too. But those mine enemies, which would not Want that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay [them] before me. (Luke 19:27)
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. (Matthew 10:34)
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. (Matthew 10:35)
Numbers 31: 17-18
17. Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. 18. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
The Jewish soldiers were commanded by “God” in the bible to keep the woman children (little girls) for themselves! In addition, they were commanded to kill every woman that hath know a man by lying with him. How these soldiers in those days know if the girls are virgin or not? Simply they verify it by raping them and if the Jews discovered that they are non-virgins then they kill them as they were commanded by “God”.
But the most outrageous is that the Bible imply that God is a Pedophile himself! (Astagfirullah)
Numbers 31: 25-40 (NLT)
25. And the Lord said to Moses, 26. “You and Eleazar the priest and the family leaders of each tribe are to make a list of all the plunder taken in the battle, including the people and animals. 27. Then divide the plunder into two parts, and give half to the men who fought the battle and half to the rest of the people. 28. From the army’s portion, first give the Lord his share of the plunder—one of every 500 of the prisoners and of the cattle, donkeys, sheep, and goats. 29. Give this share of the army’s half to Eleazar the priest as an offering to the Lord. 30. From the half that belongs to the people of Israel, take one of every fifty of the prisoners and of the cattle, donkeys, sheep, goats, and other animals. Give this share to the Levites, who are in charge of maintaining the Lord’s Tabernacle.” 31. So Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the Lord commanded Moses. 32. The plunder remaining from everything the fighting men had taken totaled 675,000 sheep and goats, 33. 72,000 cattle, 34. 61,000 donkeys, 35. and 32,000 virgin girls. 36. Half of the plunder was given to the fighting men. It totaled 337,500 sheep and goats, 37. of which 675 were the Lord’s share; 38. 36,000 cattle, of which 72 were the Lord’s share; 39. 30,500 donkeys, of which 61 were the Lord’s share; 40. and 16,000 virgin girls, of whom 32 were the Lord’s share. Now imagine using these verses to fight against none christians and even christians alike. When we have some that always go astray from what the Scripture says. They just act base on ignorance. You just have to be open minded Meanwhile, in spite of all the violence being forced on these people, about 5000 people revert to Islam every year in the UK without having to turn a whole country on itself. https://www.nairaland.com/2744252/around-5000-british-people-convertOr are they blind to the supposed "violence of Islam" |

Goandie: Bro dat the issue we av here in nigeria. We have 2 many natural resources that are being wasted here on a daily basis, imagine if we decide 2 use half of wht we have in nigeria this country wud av bn an over developed country but becuz dey know blacks are greedy an self centered, they encourage our leaders to loot nd discourage dem from developing their own country by helpng our leaders keeep the loote fund @their own bank nd d loot is now useto develop their own country while here is in ruins. That why I feel libya nd african mite not get anoda leader like Mamar Ghadaffi, even if he was not perfect he made sure his pple were very comfortable nd self dependant Thank you for this. Please try and download the book koleman recommended. Even though they're greedy, you will hardly want to blame the leaders of underdeveloped countries again because it is natural in human nature to be greedy. These leaders will have little or no chance against the mechanism these western nations deploy. |

Koleman: for sure. Sometimes i wonder which is better. Been free and living in caos or been in bondage and living in peace. But the answer rests with the brave military leaders who can run a military govt and yet be legitimate "Freedom" that is the word they use to cause problem all around the world. Science and nature never gave total freedom for anything there had always being restrictions here and there but the west keeps throwing the word around so that people can start demanding for it. It is the same word the devil used to trick Eve and Adam into taking the apple according to the bible. We all know the result today. There's no total freedom in North korea yet they live in peace and prosperity. China never really lived in freedom until recently but they have relative peace and they prosper. Prior to the second world war, relatively little was known or heard about the Arab nations. They were only known for their religion(Islam) and being historical nations of our Origin. They lived in peace and immense wealth with restricted freedom. But since the west started their freedom campaign in the Middle east, the region has never being the same. |

Koleman: we truly share the same opinion. I also feel the military has and is the only way to resist. But throughout history they have always found a way of breaking tru. Just like the book says. If every other method fails they then send in the military. And offcoz the might of their military is clear. You very correct. But a serious military government will have to move fast and enrich its nuclear power and make them have a strong believe that its not afraid to use it. I don't really know much about communism but they seem to hate that to. Also monarchy or emirate is usually hard for them too. All this system of government have one thing in common. Absolute power to the state/central government. Unlike democracy that gives power to the masses and that can easily breed chaos. |

Aromas: Abeg leave dat side bro, is quite obvious dat Fayose no too gallant in education but dat doesn't mean all what he shouting about REMITA account is baseless. It is actually very baseless. He accused them of syphoning N25billion when it is actually N8bn. He said REMITA is the only beneficiary of the money. Which is not the truth. It actually belongs to three parties REMITA, CBN and the BANKS. He accused the present FG of being the one that gave the go ahead. This is also wrong cos the contract was signed and sealed between 2011 and 2012. Was there anything like APC then? It is clear Fayose is trying to demonise the TSA to make it look bad to the public so that he can continue in his old stealing method. It is not compulsory for him to accept for his state, the terms and condition of the contract agreement between the FG and REMITA. He may decide to renegotiate the deal for his own state but let him not demonise the policy. |

Koleman: somehow i always knew third world countries were constantly at de mercy of de west. But i never how deep it was until i read dat book. Me am always of the opinion that military is the best opportunity africa has out of this mess. Its very hard to penetrate the Military with their spy network of EHMs. They know this and that is why they always campaign for democracy. It makes it easier for them to manipulate people. It is no coincidence that 80% of our monumental capital projects were constructed during the military. Democracy is a curse to third world countries. Iraq was doing quite fine under Sadam Hussein. He mentioned that they failed in Iraq. Libya was great under Mamar Ghadaffi until they over threw him. They were humiliated in vietnam under another form of government rather than Democracy. |
