He is answerable to nobody except the electorates. If he decides not to appoint any minister, no one has the power to question him. Appointment of minister is not binding on him according to the constitution.

Even if his ministers is for whatever reason summoned by the Senate, it is still subject to his approval to appear.

The Executive, House of Assembly(Senate, House of Reps) and the Judiciary are all independent arms of government with none having controlling power over the other except for checks and balances.

There is reward for every deed either good or bad.
