Well, if I were Otedola I'll simply approach the court to restrain the house from investigating my company for any wrong doing after being exonerated by a committee set up by the house itself. Two, I'll sue the house for even attempting to investigate my company after clearing it of any wrong doing it the report and insist that the earlier report be made to stand, and since the Ouse itself have said that they still stand by that report, then they lack the locus status to query my company again based on that report.

Now, come to think of it, how can you say that report still stand and yet you want to bring in a company whose name was initially cleared of any wrong doing only after the chairman of the committee was accused of collecting bribe?

It just appears as if the people will call our representatives can not think more or less than like a child. Well, which ever way they want to take this case, except and only if Otedola himself have something to hide, they will loose if this matter is taken to court.

By the way, like someone said on this matter in an earlier post, why must it always be the house of representative that should be investigating fraud cases, what is the work of the police, SSS, icpc and the efcc? Must they always wait until they are called in? What is the rule of law on criminal investigation?

To cut the whole story short, this one na just film we dey watch, it will soon end. Make one big thing just happen again now, then that's the end of this show. But serious, this people aren't ashamed of themselves. It's terribly terrible.

I think u re confused about dis matter, why not seek a better explanation. So the fact dat an adhoc committee and even d house had erroneously expunged Otedola's coys, he can now claim in court to be innocent? So d house has become GOD or a supreme court. Was d reason to expunge his coys not based on d bribe? An act which is wrong to which is now to be righted.

temmytanny: I DONT think shoul be carried away by this story. Was it engine,mechanical fault that caused the mishap or heavy rain storm. If its rain storm,it can happen to any airline any where in the world,because of poor visibility of the run way by the cabin crew.I am not trying to support AERO but we should be careful about propaganda stories now. If not for DANA,no body would have heard the story of AIRNIGERIA flying dead planes. Funny enough the story came from someone who has worked for them since they started operations. why didnt he complain why he was working for them? NOw that he is sacked and wanted for stealing,he remembers that they are flying dead planes.
Even the airlines with best most recent aircraft had issues while i flew it somedays ago. We had to wait for an hour in another country for it to be fixed before we could embark on our journey.
