1. Russia's own is just as bad. They maintain numbers in their forces by using the draft system. All the other European countries ended draft systems by the 1960s. Usa ended it by 1972.

2. As for Israel, they and south Korea face existential threats.Millitaty service is mandatory for almost everyone. In Israel's case, women inclusive. That's why they have a strong army.

Well said. Thanks

Fighting world war 1 and 2 is what weakened the UK army and also the french , German and many other European armies

Especially world war 2.. millions of men died in that war. That had a long term impact.

Also, no more empires to maintain. UK had a large army when it had a mighty empire. Since the 1960s,that empire has been dismantled. It would be a waste of kudi to keep up the army.

Do they lost more men than Russia or Israel? Over reliance on America and woke culture is what is weakening them.

I would advise that you keep an open mind, mingle more, desensitise your mind from some of the gospel preached on nairaland about women. This way, you can be able to see certain virtues....

I have over mingled and done with mingling. Until today, I ve never seen a woman values intelligence above money. Maybe you grew up amongst boys, you are not thinking like a girl

Please speak for yourself. A real woman would hardly ever pay attention to your money.

Also speak for yourself, I have never knew a woman who values intelligence above money.

Maybe white women o but I m not used to them but Nigeria women money first

You are a rare womanhood to have score intelligence very high above money and sex

Travelling is are for hustlers and thrillers. People that don't have that spirit cannot survive.

As Nigeria bad reach, you cannot die of hunger, your friends and families will turn up for you.

So as you are travelling leave Nigeria mindset behind and research how Nigerians living in UK survives.

Iwobi is more than a man..

In that single act,he showed empathy, remorse, character and a lot of strength

People have different ways of showing these things.. imagine some people were calling him out for not coming on national tv to cry his eyes out to show how sorry he was

Action/deeds is better than words..

I hardly apologise when wrong but when I make it up to you,you stay made up

Berra than empty bird chirps

In today's world, it's a sign of depression. A sign of not being strong emotionally. People have committed suicide with a sign like this

That's why his teammates are rallying around and giving him encouragement.

franchasofficia:
If you are rich or successful listen to me.

Never you travel by helicopter, if you can, avoid boarding a helicopter at all cost.

And if possible reduce your traveling around to the barest minimum and employ a trusted relative or friend to act in your capacity as PA to represent you in crucial meetings that involves traveling outside the shores of your country of residence.

The richer you become in life the more risky and delicate your life becomes; what ordinary poor and average people do and getaway with will most likely send you to the great beyond and you know why?

It's because as you climb through the ladder of life, as you grow financially in life, the more your enemies and the more forces of nature align against your life, and the more negative spirits hovering the earth want to use you to show example and shock others to take some glory.

Therefore as you grow richer, reduce the risks you take with your life.

avoid frequent traveling whether by road, by sea or air, just reduce it. Don't mind those jumping around snapping luxury photos to show they are living large, you don't need to show anybody how large you are living, your investments and the lives you are touching will always suffice.

avoid staying alone if you are rich. surround yourself with enough security details whether in Nigeria or abroad, if that guy that founded GoKada surrounded himself with security aides, his useless staff wouldn't have ended his life in that gory way some years back.

forget what people will say, employ a PA, it could be a trusted family member, a friend or someone dear, but avoid being alone.

Even that Ataga of a man killed by one useless Chidinma wouldn't have died if he had surrounded himself with aides.

Even if you want to do some crucade movement as a big guy, it doesn't matter go with one or two of your trusted aides dont go alone, there is nothing new under the sun so there is nothing they will see you do that has never been done before.

Lastly, as you get richer, avoid traveling together with your wife and kids, it has never paid off, it always end in big tears, if your wife insist on doing everything together as a family in the name of love, show her the too many examples of where satan used such opportunities to showcase his existence.

I pray God protect all rich and successful men helping to lift others up, may God cancel every sudden death your way and may you always make the right decision that will not leave those that depend on you stranded in life, amen cry

In addition, with enough money you can enjoy your life Nigeria. Just stay in a safe place in Lagos.. There is no enjoyment travelling around the world. Travelling is only for hustlers and thrillers

Iwobi plays a silent role people don't see.

Take him out and see how we get some pressure and error from the substitute.

He might be lazy but he has accurate passes.
So far he's doing what he's asked to do but needs to add energy and Mark the ball a little more and most importantly stop loosing the ball and dangerous places.
Otherwise he has good passes.
The coach sure knows what to do.

There is a reason he keeps using Iwobi.

Check his replacements.
They caused us problems whenever they came on the pitch.
Aribo has been useless.
Yusuf caused a penalty.
I didn't see any improvement bringing him in.

You have point. Let's no forget we don't have a good replacement for iwobi. That Yusuf tackles without sense most times. And VAR is watching .

The winning lineup should still star, no change
