Nigeria (in particular bight of guinea) will definitely run out of oil, but the world that is another question, I think that was what Yamani was referring to not Nigeria's depleting oil resources, FYI Canada has the largest oil resources in the world, to bad its mixed with sand and the process of removing the sand is costly.

But as the price of oil increases after the world ravages countries like Nigerias the "smart countries will start producing more out put as the price of a barrel of oil sky rockets. The militants are free to blow up as many oil installations as they want in their area and cut oil production to 0 after all its their land and environment that is getting destroyed while the parasitic Fulanis sit back doing nothing but leaching of off the resources in the South.
