the law can be funny a times, if you have a good lawyer who will sell your good attributes and also convince a judge Hw u have brought succour to people because of the high office you are occupying.

The judges are not to blame rather the intention of the culprit and the yahoo boy differs.

The yahoo boy had an intention from the beginning to defraud while that politician had an intention to serve.

You can substitute Motive for Intention.
LMAO! You and I both know whatever the yahoo boy did doesn't really affect the economy of Nigeria, because the money he steals isn't owned by Nigeria, on the other hand...

Saying a politician doesn't have an intention to defraud is like saying you don't know how I hate your guts and narrow mindedness when it comes to political matters.

Just who is deceiving who? Imagine!

And you, stop saying amen, when you were told about what some members of the PDP did to sabotage this country economically and military, you refused to listen, rather, you started opening threads left, right and centre.

Now that the truth have started revealing itself, about the level of impunity and theft that went on unhindered in the last administration, you're singing a new tune.

The PDP, under OBJ, Yar'Adua, and worst of all, GEJ were the worst thing that ever happened to the people of Nigeria, and I'm proud to be among the people who sent themback to their village!!!.

the judges only act on what is brought to their table and also we need to look at the constitution to know if there should be a review in the criminal justice system

I'm not holding brief for the judges but remember in law court facts with irrefutable evidence are used to determine cases.

Do you know that if by peradventure dasuki is found guilty he won't serve more than four years because the penal code has not yet been reviewed. Bode George comes to mind
Yes Bode George, funny if this same convict a yahoo boy he will spend way longer jail term than George.

Our courts are very well known to give selective justice when it comes to matters that affect any member of the political class. It is very easy for them to twist and delay the judicial system because they have the money to pay thousands of S.A.N to do so.

For me, Dasuki and his elk should remain where they are.

@op. The article you are writing a rejoinder to clearly spelt out that the 2.1billion naira is the amount of money budgeted for the ONSA, part of the funding for that 2.1 billion naira is from the Abacha loot.

Nobody is calling dasuki a saint but we want a clear seperation of propaganda from facts.

I will implore the op to read the charge against dasuki and see that he is being charged for less than a billion dollars while propaganda has made us to see every thing as black
Be it black, blue or green, money was allocated for a specific purpose and that purpose wasn't achieved.

All those responsible need to pay. Plain and simple. Stop saying propaganda.

Like I've said earlier... I do research before creating a thread. I don't just open a thread, because I want to.

I don't need to write 7 paragraphs of advice on infidelity before YOU understand.

Many people don't have the time to read a whole page of whatever you decide to type even if it's meaningful.

It's not my fault that you find it difficult to understand.smiley

I created this topic to help people overcome infidelity. I've achieved my aim already.
So there's no point arguing further. undecided

Age doesn't matter when talking about family issues, experience matters.
You wey dey talk sef, how old are you?

Do have a nice day dear. smiley
How do you know you've achieved your aim of helping people cope with the effects of infidelity? Girl, you are very funny!!!.

At the emboldened, I must have, what experience do you have in this subject matter? Are you a product of broken home, or is your dad cheating or did he cheat on your mum? (No offense intended) what sort of experience are you talking about.

And just so you know, I'm by far older than you. If at all you are old, which I doubt, you're not more than 26 years of age. tongue

Wake up dear, listen to news, ask people around you, search the web and you'll get almost same result.

Okay I said 70% before, I was quite sure of that based on my experience, but when I gave it a thought again I said 50% or 70%. I said that, because I've not traveled around the world to ask every children.

You were talking about doing researches on this particular topic..Lol

I think you need to visit...www.daily beast.com and www.book.Google.com to see how wrong you are.

In this case of infidelity, Adult children of cheaters often struggles with trust issues of their own.

When children find out about an affair, it's not just the cheating, but how parents deal with crisis that can have the most profound effect on their children's future relationship. Says sex and family therapist..Dr David Lusterman

According to Lois Braverman the president of Ackerman institute for the family, "Infidelity's impact depends heavily in the parent- child dynamic established after the affair."
Children who are made confidants by the betrayer, or the one's left to comfort the betrayed, tend to struggle with anger the most.

Also...Ana Nogales said "young women tend to suffer more when their fathers are caught cheating"

Pls do your own researches well before you counter people's opinion on a thread. smiley

Thanks.

I know what I'm saying, you don't.smiley
On the contrary my simple-minded friend, you're the one who don't know what you're talking, because if you did, you would have added all the people you quoted, to give your thread substance, but did you add it? Nope, it only took my intervention before you could even add it, and here you are saying, I don't know what I'm saying. Like I earlier said, how do you people pass exam in school.

Just so you know, the people you quoted are professionals in their field of study and they've actually carried out research about this subject, so I ask you, are you a professional? What is your academic qualification? Is it related to the matter being discussed here? What and what research have you conducted? And how and how is the research you conducted carried out? Which method of research did you use?, and what is the conclusion you arrived at?

So my dear, posting different links here doesn't mean you conducted any research, and here you are saying you know what you're talking about huh Wetin you know? Like I said, are you an expert in the field of divorce/marriage/family and how it affects a child's psyche?

Please and please, refrain from saying things you know little or nothing about.

Imagine dis pikin, becos you read online article makes you an expert. Una no go kill person for this romance section. LOL.

Thanks.
OMG! How do you people even pass exams in school? Who is talking about satisfaction? Or even creating a counter thread? This seem to be the norm is this section, where personal opinions are taken as facts and shoved down our throats for all of us to swallow. Good riddance.

What you wrote up there is clearly just you expressing what you've heard and you coming here to say it as fact! Which its not! You said 70%, then said if not 70 then its 50%, this only show you are not sure of what you're saying. If you had done a proper research, you wouldn't have that, because your research finding will do the talking for you.

Using your opinion as fact without proper evidence to back up your claim is tantamount to you showing everybody that you don't know what you're saying, thus, your thread is a fallacy!.
PoliticsRe: $2.1 Billion Arms Money Is Biggest Propaganda Of 2015 by joseph1832(m): 7:15am On Jan 14, 2016
rhymz:
This is 2016 now and it's a new government, I know asking the right questions is not relevant especially to people like you that are very quick to run off with the news they want to hear.
And indeed its 2016, people like me aren't people like you who will never find fault in anything people the love and adore do, even if they physically kill you.

Like I said in my earlier post, people need to argue with the proper perspective and with facts and common sense. Unless you have a proof or a credible source that alleged that $2.1 billion dollars was borrowed by the Jonathan led government for the purchase of arms, then you do not have any valid argument.

The whole bloated figure of $2.1 billion like the OP had already argued are accumulated monies allocated to the office Dasuki occupied which spanned from the time he was appointed to the time he was removed from the office. Even Jonathan gas repeatedly said said there was no time he approved such amount for the acquisition of weapons. Anyone with common sense knows that it us not possible for any government to allocate such amount in one fell swoop to be managed by one man.
So I believe you have or know more than the FG for you and the OP to ascertain that all what Dasuki is being accused of I mere propaganda? Because that's what you're clearly saying, and I'll like to know how you came about this.
www.premiumtimesng.com/news/168645-jonathan-gets-approval-to-borrow-1billion-to-fight-boko-haram.html

It is obvious from the way and manner the the Buhari government is using arbitrary powers that they have no strong case against Dasuki, while the media is busy peddling $2.1 billion and everyone is shouting Ole, kill am, in the court of law where the real prosecution should take place they are charging him for misappropriating Nigeria N13 billion which the man is saying is still a lie and wants his day in court. All I am interested in is the facts of the case and not propaganda and playing on people's sentiments.
Still, you never fail to amaze. I would have expected that you asked what on earth did Dasuki use the money given to him to do, because we both know, nothing what done with that money, given the way Boko Haram clearly used the army to play ball.

Or even, you should, where did the so called money, Dokpesi and co receive came from, what was it meant for cos its clearly not meant for 'sharing' to some people just so they can give some people their support. The $1 or $2 dollars GEJ requested for, was it borrowed?, if it was, what was it used for etc...

Mr man. These are the right questions any man who is clearly thinking straight will ask. Not screaming witch hunt because that's what you're clearly insinuating.

Good morning sir.

Well if not 70% then it's 50% I'm quite sure of that. If we're to open a thread on this, you'll know I'm right.

I've had the opportunity to speak with lotta people who are product of divorce or bad marriage.

Sometimes, when I create a thread, I talk out of experience and what I have seen nd heard.

Some children grow with grudges against their father or mother, because they were there when everything happened.
It's easy to forgive, but very difficult to forget.
missp.icy help expansiate abeg.

Pls do justice, I can't argue alone.
You still fail to even grasp what I'm saying, that this is clearly your opinion and it lack proper evidence.

You said 70%, now you're saying if not 70%, then its 50%. My question still remain, how did you arrive at that 70%. You said you've spoken to a lot of people who were divorced or product of divorce, tell me, where did this "a lot of people come from?" What's their tribe, religious, academic and financial background?

Like I said earlier, this thread of yours is opinionated, and lacks merit. If you've spoken to a lot of people and they said what you typed above, I too have spoken to a lot of people and they said the opposite of what you said, and so did obontami, allnaijablogger etc.

Everybody coming with their personal opinion based on what they've heard doesn't make it a standard fact!. So please, kindly remove that 70% or 50% you put up there, cos that is the basic proof that YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING.

And good morning to you too.
