BusinessRe: My Take On The Slave Labor In Nigerian Banks - Cramjones by joseph1832(m): 8:45am On May 20, 2015
Brandnew2:
Yes sir..

That's the minimum global standard obtainable in the developed world.

An average laborer earns 7-8 USD/hr. That is approximately 1,500 NGN. 8hrs a day makes 12,000 NGN and 20 days a month makes 240,000 NGN. It's simple arithmetic.

However this is only obtainable in theory because productivity is marred by so many things here in Nigeria. Infrastructures like power supply is one of them.

The public sector on it's own part is even worse.

The economy will grow when more people earn better. Their purchasing power will increase.

What we have at the moment is a few crop of super wealthy Nigerians who splurge their ill gotten wealth luxury items while a majority of the population can't even afford their basic needs.
That's the developed world. Here we don't pay per hour, even per week is not done. Every department/government organization has its own salary structure.

If they can however unify it and make it one. Then may be what you said above can be obtainable. If not, I don't see it ever being possible because which Nigerian business man/government will want to per hour?.

The minimum wage for an average Nigerian worker who puts 8hrs a day should be 240,000 Naira.
At what level? Do you expect a level 4 worker with school cert to earn that amount?.
BusinessRe: My Take On The Slave Labor In Nigerian Banks - Cramjones by joseph1832(m): 8:20am On May 20, 2015
The banks are even better. Those who are worse at this slavery of a thing are owners of one man business. Where they are lord almighty.

They way and manner this people behave is appalling. The think and believe you're nothing. They will even threaten and insult you beyond reason and tell you if they fire you and put vacancy outside, within the tinkle of an eye you'll see many applicants file in.

And the amount the pay is just too worrisome. Some graduates even earn as low as 15,000 per month and the work from 9-5, Monday to Saturday. Cramjones, I tell you that the banks are really better than these bastards...

I pray the C in C listen to you and do something about this. Its high time graduates get respected in this country.

Do not smile yet lady. You just won a battle, the war is still on. You still have four more battles to fight. Do not engage in childish endeavors by believing the remaining battle will be a walk in the part. It gets harder as the contestants get narrowed down.

When you make it to the final battle, then and only, will you know who truly support you. Many you see throwing smiling emoticon your way will turn their back on you on that day.

Trust me on this, I know. So for now, just relax and start mapping out your next strategy. Believe me it doesn't matter whether you come first or last here, what matters is that you just make it to the final round. Then the real battle begins. Remember young lycan grin "The battle is won, but the war rages on".

Show me your gf, sister or niece with a verifiable evidence and let's compare them with any Miss World 5th runner up (not ist o) and let's see if she can measure up to 1/10th of her beauty. undecided Beauty is not 100%, but Biography is not even 0% percent. It's not considered at all.
Comments like this makes 5 syllable jump into my mind, 'Narrow Mindedness'.

Whoever you're campaigning for needs to have a serious rethink.

Its obvious you have a one track mind. There's no need for to further debate this issue with you.

Have a lovely campaign.

So when Agbani Darego or Leila Lopez won miss world, the judges gave them the title without seeing them in bikini shots strutting the walkways? So Agbani Darego won Miss World via her biography? huh
Dude, do your research well please. Agbani did not win miss world because she's beautiful. And did it even occur to you that there were more beautiful ladies there other than her?.

You should google the criteria for winning miss world!. And also what the judges look for.

I'm not saying beauty is not there, but beauty is not 100% like you make it sound.

I see people voting, and I'm like, who are they voting for and for what criteria? Pictureless contestants?

This competition voting should be based on what one is seeing, the pics, beauties, not on pictureless contestants. People voting on popularity and friends since 13BC. Thanks for people like Rokiatu and co that didn't vote because they don't see the pics.
Did it ever occur to you that some people vote because of what they've read?.

Now this people really have sense. Instead of we Nigerians to follow suit. We are busy trekking to celebrate our politicians just to get bread crumbs from them.

I say that we as a people need complete brain reboot!, because we as Nigerians don't think/reason straight. Our thoughts are usually clouded by, religion/tribal sentiment.
