Why will you raid a judge's house in the middle of the night? Police should be civil in their approach |
Governor Nyesom Wike in the early hours of (Saturday) today mobilised to stop alleged attempt by men of the Department of State Security, DSS and the Police to abduct a Judge at his number 35/84 B residence, Forces Avenue, Port Harcourt. The governor who fielded questions from newsmen in front of the Judge’s residence said he was manhandled by men of the DSS and the Police who came to whisk the judge away. “What has happened this night it is unfortunate. Even in military government it has never happened like this , you listen to people. Thst is why we are here. I said not under my watch will I allow this type of activity take place. “The DSS, Police they cocked their guns and said they will shoot me. And I told them I have never heard this type of thing happen before. Again this is to show that more of this will come. Wondering why the security men will choose 1 am to storm the residence of the judge the governor said their action portend danger for the nation’s democracy. He said all he expected the security men to have done was to invite the judge, adding that if he had ignored the invitation then other legal steps should have been taken. Continuing, he said he did not bother to know the name of the judge but he only had to come out to stop the attempted abduction of the judge because as Chief Security of the state he would not allow such lawlessness take place in his state. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/10/breaking-news-wike-resists-police-as-dss-attempt-to-abduct-judge-manhandled/ |

Eyewitness account had it that the victim met his untimely death when he rushed to rescue a member of his church who was electrocuted by a naked wire which was connected to the generator. It was gathered that the victim that was electrocuted by the generator wire which was learnt might have pulled out from where it was fixed in the church generator, mistakenly touched the metal substance which was embedded in the generator. It was also gathered that the victim went to rescue a fellow member who was trapped by the naked wire and was at the point of electrocution when the ill-fated victim died. Confirming the incident, the General overseer of the church, Simeon Chibuzor described the incident as unfortunate. When contacted in telephone to confirm the ugly scenario, the Public Relation officer of Abia state Police command, ogbonnaya Nta could not confirm the incident as the time filing this report. |
DOMAWOLEYE:Sorry about that my brother. But you can do the narrative while I help with typing. Division of labour ![]() |
Great story and twist. But this sparse update is not good Mr. Domawoleye |
Baroba:Please break down what is in the gluten and fiber foods within our Nigerian cuisine range. |
Doctors or any one that know something about this should tell me biko! |
You are trying to CATCH THEM YOUNG abi? Kontinu. |
Sometime last year after excretion of blood and subsequent admission. It was discovered that I had diverticulitis which I believe was the immediate cause of the bleeding and the reason I have been experiencing stomach ache for most part of my life. I have noticed that sometimes some food I consume lead to stomach upset and pain which results to bleeding. So I need the opinion of medical people on what foods or drinks I should consume or abstain from. |
I wonder why stag never join police force. He loves to investigate ![]() |
Brother stag. You are too much. Nice build up to a lovely story |
Take a selfie |
fretfingers:Bros tell them. |
I have just one question. Who get the house? Na you or her. If it's your house what to do is obvious. But I don't believe this story sha |
Kajiang02:Ebube isn't as supportive or such a strong character as you would want her to be portrayed. First, she allowed her circumstance to push her to two indiscretions. In my opinion, I haven't seen anyone who has a perfect life without challenges, does that mean we should take the cheapest option.? she takes the blame and don't forget this plot is set in Nigeria, I wonder how she would fight that. The odds are stacked against her. As part ebube's character flaw, she failed in her duties as a wife. I can imagine her saying she tried her best to find out her husband's problem. but come to think of it, since we were not given a chance to know about her husband's issues first hand, then she should have done more to help him sort out his issues. Patience is Still a virtue. As a friend she was quick to be politically correct which some would call understanding. She does not have a conviction of what's good or bad, which is why she got caught up in the act so soon. That is also a pointer to the fact that she is not sorry for her actions. She just regrets being caught. |
Desperation is all I see. I guess you've been telling that lie for a long time, so you didn't expect it to catch up with you. |
I respect the comments and all but it's necessary to note that the first ish the three friends have is that they don't seem to realize that they have come to the end of the road. There's really no vibe around them each one finds the other at the edge of one scandal or challenge. Point is twenty children can not play for twenty years. In addition to this, Nat's character has changed or evolved and her friends failed to see that. Ebube on her part has acquired or re-awakened dormant desires and no one seems to notice. my opinion is that a broken Bond can lead to change in perception, I would bet that Nat wouldn't have been judgemental if she had found out about her friends while in school. Great work fantasy Island |
Most of the rape news are scams Any news about rape should be careful investigated, I know. What I'm saying. Bros you should not generalize. Do you know how many rape cases go unreported,? I quite agree that 'careful investigation' be carried out |
Stella, is good at what she does. refusing to release what I think she regards as speculative reasons behind the problem is quite mature. And I didn't see where she casted aspersions. |
I won't ask how old your friend is but he should understand that the words of one's parents should not be taken lightly. Celeb or not he has no business living in with her, of course there is no guarantee that she would allow him concentrate on his football if she lives up to her promise. Use and dump. He can always make it with determination and God on his side |
Hope your friend has gone for hiv test |
Your happiness should be paramount. Relationship isn't a do or die affair. If your current girl friend does not value you then change |
Mtn is seriously taking Nigerians for granted. They just want to hold the country to ransom instead of fashioning out ways to settle the matter with the state government |
I wonder why you need our opinions when you have stated clearly that you don't care what she does. However, you have had advice from friends and you shunned them. So good luck in your search for advice man |
For junior mind him mama na James Bond. Mothers are da bomb |

The girl no wan cook for you joor... She had to use that to discharge you |
Sometimes it's hard to stand by people who only think about their happiness. |
