Yes, the above verse says they should bring straight ng drink and other things to the temple, but does it say they should drink it? No.

The alcohol they were told to bring to the temple is not for them to drink. The priest uses it for drink offering to God. See the link below to see lots of verses about alcohol used for drink offering.
