If i may ask, the certficate is suppose to be a proof of education. The school has not denied the person of BAT and in the released transcripts, it was not shown any where that Tinubu changed his scores.

If it were to be a US certitificate, you can approach a vendor to do it for you since emphasis is placed on transcripts and certificates are just mere ceremonial documents.

It is called uncertified copy because it still has some grammatical errors, remember this is a direct transcript of the Deposition.

We have refineries, so why can we not get the refineries to work at 100 percent at least to meet local consumption. This will lessen the pressure on exported crude oil and eliminate imported exchange rate issues. There is a corruption side of why our refineries aren't working.

So subsidy has to go....no two ways.

Then, to alleviate the pains of subsidy removal....palliatives must be in place while waiting for the permanent solution which falls midterm to long term.
