The same Bible also says we were conceived in sin. We sin everyday that's why anytime we pray we always ask God for forgiveness. Let me ask u this. How does he(Kumuyi) know the sinners in his church to refund the cash to them. Does he have list of sinners and saints in his custody? What right has he to call others sinners when we all are. Baba no man on earth(including pastors) is holy. We all live by the God's grace and mercy. If kumuyi isn't a sinner,then why does the Bible says ' all will be judged on the last day'.
