GOD HAVE MERCY. And the guy is still alive bleeping another lady as if nothing happened.

Well the irony is that im not writing these to gain admiration or any form of attention from ladies because trust me at 40 i have passed the age of lies, fantasies and wishful thinking.

I have been in the marriage institution and there is always room to learn more but my advice to every lady is to read every thread i created as regards relationship issues and take every letter to heart.

Its a wicked world of men and any lady seconding the contrary assertions of guys towards this thread does so at her own peril.

A guy knows if you are the type he can marry the very first time he sees you and it will do you good to maintain proper decorum and watch him closely.

As i have written, this write up is not about sexually loosed teenagers who are still seeking sexual fantasies but its about a disciplined young lady who does not want to be taking advantaged of. I married the lady i made a woman and even if we are no more, she can never say i wasted her years so reasonable ladies should brace up and don't allow any guy turn you into unofficial wife in the name of courtship but if you want to remain foolish then please ride on.
"You married the lady you made a woman", so you disvirgined your wife out of wedlock and still have fingers to type crap!!

I was dating a particular LADY, but the moment I saw my WIFE , I knew she would be my wife.

One GOOD thing I did was to make sure, I gave out ALL MY GALFRIENDS to my teaming guys and fans before getting married.

And I attended all their weddings.
Though almost all the ladies I dated were marriageable, but I just needed one to prove to me she could be my wife.

When I break Up, I ensure we still maintain resourceful friendship with every incentive at her disposals maintained apart from intimacy and most adored me for that.
One had to name her first CHILD after me.
I ensured, I broke their HEARTS in conformity.
You saw your wife and knew she was your wife? like seriously, or your pastor told you so? What if you met her married would you have taken an oath of celibacy for the fact that your "wife" had been taken?
How many people did you give a description of her to assist in the search since you knew her before hand?
Most of you talk nonsense with confidence.

I do not ecpect guys to like this write up and would have taken this as your personal opinion but the derogatory remarks you made has turned it to a rethorical, historical, and ecclesiastical mombo jumbo.

Now sit ur ass down and tagg everyone who seconded your opinion to come learn.

First n foremost it is apparent that you are oblivious of the fact that indeed im a mature man both in age and life experience and i stand to be challenged that long courtship is a facade.

Any one who comprehended the write up will agree that i stated clearly that LONG courtship is the bone of contention n i nver wrote NO COURTSHIP.

Be as it may, have you ever come across the word due deligence? infct it was due deligence that made you observe the recuring death cases in that guy family which the lady refuse to see.

It is the same due deligence that gave the mArriage of old a better precept because they diig real hard into details of that person before going ahead into marriage.

today guys no longer cares afterall all they want is free sex so who cares to do any due diligence but if you really want to know a lady for even a month its as easy as going to people close to her,the area she lives her friends family members school mates and so on.

A year of sexless courtship is enough to really get to know the rudimentary facts about anyone if you really want to.

This writeup is not for a lady who also wants a sex rump or a teenage girl living out her sexual fantacies but its for a lady of substance,a lady who places value on herself and a lady with focus to understand that a man truly interested in marrying you will nver waste more than a year before proposing marriage to you.

i will stop here
You called my observation due deligence, I call it experience, how long do you think I lived to acquire that and how long has she lived to be looking the wrong way?

I careless how old you claim on a faceless forum, the opinion you wield today is one I wouldn't consider as a teenager regardless of what your biological calender says, based on that, you are a teenager as far as I am concerned.

Now, If you had any experience, you would have met with family councillors who will show you statistical evidence that sex has destroyed more marriages than obstinacy. So while you are free to downplay it in your courtship advise based on your inexperience , the fact on ground speak otherwise that it means a lot to most people in marriage hence they equally prioritize it while courting.

You can see that your advise can be likened to the Roman Catholic celibacy for priests while their leaders are indicted for child molestation .
With this position of yours, you are not an Authority in any relationship subject because your observancies are parochial.
If you had any experience, you will have a more panaromic view.

Lets put your experience to a test, what will be your strategy to determine a defective recessive gene of your spouse?
With your answer, we can assign a time frame to confirm your theory.
I am waiting.

@OP

I wonder where you guys roll out these JS3 opinions and toss it around as emperical observancies.

First, you are very immature and no where close to taking a wife so hush!! will be more appropriate on issues that you have no idea how it plays out.

In the interest of the ignorant few who may likely take you seriously this is what reality keeps on the table.

You hinged your idea of courtship on sex alone, that is very naive and to believe a man sees a lady on the road and decide to marry her only plays out in nollywood.

courtship is a fact finding mission, what you will find depends on where you are looking. Like you erroneously said that it is no guarantee for marriage with your Angel and demon illustration, well, what I can tell you for a fact is that most men & women dont know what to look for let alone where to look for it, when they fail, they tell people like you that they thought the individual wasn't what he or she thought, when in reality the signs were everywhere but he simply chose to ignore it or too dumb to realize it as a red flag.

Another area you fumbled big time was when you likened our society with that of our parents, my advise for you is this; " He who refuses to change with changing circumstances end up a social pariah"

How many ladies flount their sugar daddies in the social media during the days of our fathers?
How many ladies abort pregnancies monthly in the days of our fathers?
How many ladies have acquintances for every need of theirs in the days of our fathers ?
How many ladies push their careers with bottom power during the era of our fathers?
How many ladies sleep with married men unconscionable during the days of our fathers? .
My people say that a prostitute hardly knows that Adultery is an abomination, once it is registered in an individual's sub conscious, the red flag is always there.

How many men involve themselves in occultism to make money in the days of our fathers?
How many men earn their living in irresponsible mannerism during the days of our fathers? kidnapping? drugs etc

The life and history of every individual you dont know is a Pandoras box, your duty in courtship is to design workable startegies to decipher whether or not it meets your moral standard.

I attended a marriage occasion sometime and the guy has lost several members of his family mysteriously, I asked the gal who happen to be an associate at the time, if she has any idea what is killing them, she was shocked that I knew the guy had such a problem. She had no idea why they were dying like that and as usual committed the situation in the hands of Oluwa

Honestly nobody told me, looking carefully at the entrance of the compound lay several visible marks of removed obituary posters, it still looked fresh, meanwhile the guy lied to her (or she lied to me) that the last death was several years ago.

November 12th will mark her 2nd yr as a widow after just 1yr in marriage, isn't that red flag enough for a sane person to take a decision?

What was she told about the situation and how much did she do to find out what was going on?

It is only an extremely dumb person will think that courtship is about sex alone.

I met my boyfriend online. We were in a long distance relationship for a 2 months before I moved back to his town.
Before we met, he told me he smoked cigarettes but socially. I was ok with that. I thought that If he needed a cigar to calm his nerves , its alright. I do not smoke.

After we met, It turns out that he's a chain smoker. He takes at least 3 packs of cigarettes a day. After a month of dating him, I just couldn't take it anymore. After we visit each other, I reek of cigarettes. My clothes, my purses, my hair, the bed-sheet. Everything stinks. Sometimes I have to re-do my laundry. He smokes inside the house and car so the smoke is directly on me .

I talked to him about this. I told him that the smoke stinks everywhere up so bad and that I have to wash my clothes after I visit him. He got really mad and we didnt talk for days.

I love my boyfriend but I cannot take the smoking. Its also starting to affect him medically , his teeth is rotten and he coughs chronically. I tell him to stop at least for his health and he starts to give examples of non-smokers who died early or smokers who live long.

I am at my wits end because everything and everywhere stink and cigarette butts are everywhere.

How do I tell him to stop?? Or do you think its time to end the relationship.
Dont leave him but Save for his burial.

Am a well dedicated nairalander but I created this new account for this issue. I have been married for 4 years now with 3 children and since the 2nd year of our marriage my husband has been constantly cheating on me.

The way he goes about it is even heartbreaking, he does it like his into a love relationship with them and not just for fun.

There is this particular girl that he calls like 3 times everyday because I check his call log and saw they keep in touch more than twice everyday. I stupidly called the girl and warned her to stay clear off my man and she confessed he didn't tell her he was married, I confronted my hubby and he was forming defensive and was telling me dat am accusing him wrongly and he will soon start cheating. I called the girl back in the evening and she told me that even as am calling that his call is entering her phone, that he called earlier to beg her to give him chance to explain..The next day I left with my children to a far away state and he pleaded that he will change and all that. The issue is that he continued with this shameless behaviour, our live-in nanny later confessed to my cousin last month that he approached her and I was so devastated. He knelt down and begged and I easily forgave him..

Forgive me for my long episode but I really need your help on how to punish him cos I went to his call log yesterday and saw the same girl that made me take the risk to leave with my children to another state calling him again and he is reciprocating the calls..his a very jealous person, he goes crazy when a male friend calls me..I want to make him pass through all the pains I have endured all these years.. What do I do pls?
Punish him you want? just get pregnant for the security man.

All the narrative you wrote was at best nothing and an exercise in futility to substantiate why subsidy must be probed and audited. Your first gaffe was insulting the (former) Minister of Finance and secondly, you mistake depot owners for importers of PMS. I have corrected you on these issues yet you do not want to take corrections. I had used Capital Oil as an example of a depot owner who warehouses petroleum imports on behalf of the NNPC. Here is an excerpt from the GMD of NNPC and note how he canvassed for the complete removal of subsidy as against your Mr. Buhari who initially said he knows nothing about subsidy on to be - after been sworn in - said subsidy will stay.

Another exercise in futility. No cogent reason for why there should be a lean "government" and restructure of the "NPDC". Note the words I quoted. With specific reference to the "NPDC", maybe you should re-read your news properly as it appears you are mistaking "NNPC" for "NPDC". Let me help you:

Even in your essay, you did not give specific units that needs structuring and the possible processes.

Lastly,

Funny guy!

The turn around maintenance of the refineries have since begun, quietly, unlike the loud mouth you and your people represent.

I am monitoring events pretty closely arguing with you is a mistake I will not make again.
Just to let you know, Kachikwu is considering a JV agreement for PH refinery for now which is the primary focus of stage 4.

""He ruled out any plan by the federal government to sell off the refineries, stating that instead, government might consider joint ventures.
“There will never be a plan to sell the refineries. There might be a plan to have joint venture investors, but that is going to depend on how the refineries are going to work on their own. Obviously, we are going to be looking at all options to make the refineries 100 per cent efficient,” he said.""........GMD NNPC

* PRCN, WRCN and KRCN will have their operatorship Licence revoked, NNPC will award operatorship license to qualified refining companies to manage her operations, agreement should be one that gives room for operator/NNPC expansion of refining output.............JP PHILIPS (June 1st 2015)

@jpphilips

I don't like back and forth argument. You don't know what you are saying if you think Buhari has integrity or he is serious. Someone that can't even declare his asset. You are also on a long thing if you think the cabals will allow "Phase 1"

For you to say Obj will "blackmail" NASS members shows that you are ignorant of the political workings of Nigeria.

For your "Osinbade is building it" claim, I laugh at you. Nigeria has lots of briliant plans on PAPER since the time of Gowon but implementation is another thing. I'm not thrilled by brilliant proposals on paper but by executing brilliant policies.

You should know the difference between system restructuring and policy overhaul. In system restructuring I mean the adoption of "True Fiscal and Regional Federalism" not policy overhaul that are usually Dead on Arrival within the present system.

You are banking 90% on assumption, this isn't a good way to plan.

Fyi: Buhari is a product of the cabals. Don't worry, you will soon come to terms.

I'm done bro...

Phase 1: You may not know what you are up against (Trust me) and I see no possibility in Buhari achieving it.

Phase 2: Brilliant on paper but implementation?

Phase 3: The cabals will rise up against you and instigate the masses. Expect labour strikes and that will mark the beginning of the end.

Phase 4: You will need to amend existing laws. Trust me the "cabals" and friends of the cabals in the NASS will never allow it happen even in the next 5years
Phase5***

Phase 6: The previouse phases will have negative effect on phase 6

What we need is system restructuring not all these tactics that are Dead on Arrival.
