Foreign Affairs › Re: Six Embassies Damaged In Russian Attack On Kyiv by JuanDeDios: 8:16am On Dec 21, 2024
Homiesjinxbank:
You guys always say who attacked first, forgetting the the whole thing started when the West instigated a coup in kyiv (maiden coup)

My advice for you is this,if you know your neighbor is cooking jollof rice with your enemy , switched off the cylinder or scatter everywhere before the food cook finish, this is exactly what Russia did! Mind you Russia occupied Crimea after the maiden coup.

So you really think Ukraine has the weaponry to withstand 3 years of Russia's bombardment??

Trust me Ukraine is not going to join NATO!

At least not in this generation!

They're even saying Russia is too big, it's needs to be divided into pieces lol, Putin responded USA is too big also, it Should return Texas and California back to Mexico.. two can actually play the game bro.
A majority of Ukrainians wanted closer integration with the EU. President Yanukovych wanted closer to Russia. He was ousted. What's your proof that the West was behind Y's removal?
Show me any US president's statement or government policy statement that said Russia should be broken up.

So if your neighbour is friendly with another neighbour (who you're not on good terms with), that's enough justification to scatter his jollof? ? ? Did you read that post before hitting "submit" at all?

And your achievement is that Ukraine won't join Nato soon? ? ? Really? Was Ukraine in the process of joining Nato when your mass murderer attacked them? Do you know how many countries have now joined the same Nato as a result of Putin's dumb miscalculation and how much these events have pulled Nato together?

Ukraine is saying Russia must vacate these regions Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Luhansk, Mykolayiv, and Zaporizhzhya Oblasts, but Russia is shey bi e sure for you ni!! Ukraine shouldn't have gone to war against Russia!!! E no easy.. Russia is fighting the whole NATO and EU combine!!!! NATO is donating money and weapons, EU is donating money and weapons.. Abeg Tuale for Russia!!
Hmm. So it was Ukraine that went to fight Russia.

Not like that. When a territory is engulfed in war, you are expected to vacate such territory, because of collateral damage.

Why remain in a war zone in the first place.
Maybe they thought Russia's "high-precision" weapons were high precision and won't hit their embassies.

No wonder anytime I eat beans of any kind, it must purge me the next morning. Even after rinsing, parboiled and rinsing many times again. It must purge. Now I know why🤔🤔

Had to quit eating beans because of this, because it happens every single time..🤔🤔
If you soak and parboil beans, that should reduce the chemical to safe levels. If you're farting or purging from eating beans, you're probably eating cold beans. Always serve your beans HOT.

Lady Shares How a Beans Seller Advised Her to Use Chemicals to Preserve Beans.

A Nigerian lady has raised health concerns after a conversation with a beans seller who suggested using certain chemicals to preserve beans. She explained that she had complained to the seller about finding weevils in the beans she had previously purchased from another vendor. In response, the seller quickly brought out a chemical, claiming it was what they used to keep their beans looking fresh and free of weevils until they were completely sold.

The lady noted that the chemical had an overpoweringly harsh smell, which she found unbearable. She expressed her fears about how Nigerians might unknowingly be consuming foods laced with harmful chemicals, potentially contributing to the rise in health issues across the country.

So you're finding and buying beans without weevils and you don't know it's chemical you're eating. SMH.

What an ignorant sensational report. This is not daring the President. It's even good for the incoming AG because it adds to his profile before assuming office. The announced incoming AG is for now an appointee like you have for tenured offices and he will one day be an outgoing AG too wink

The current and outgoing AG still has 3 months and for as long as the President has not fired her then she's in charge till then.

She will use the remaining months to ease her exit and handover. Here's wishing her a successful retirement life. She served her fatherland meritoriously and I celebrate her!
You saw this:

It would be recalled that the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Mr Bayo Onanuga, announced Ogunjimi as the new Accountant General of the Federation in a statement on December 10, 2024.

“His (Ogunjimi) appointment is effective immediately following the pre-retirement leave of the incumbent AG-F, Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Sakirat Madein.”

“And when the action starts – we are scared,” giggled Putin.

Year on year? It's possible. I expect inflation to slow down in the coming year – if they sustain the momentum of increased oil output and the CBN sustains its monetary policy measures. Agric output should also be high, reducing food inflation. Then, there should be refined PMS export and, hopefully, a reduction in the price of PMS, even if marginal.

Anyway, the economy has been to the bottom. Hopefully, the only way to go now is up.

Softmirror:
What people don't also know is that you can cage goats in a place and feed them too. Now, to feeding, unlike cows and rams. Goats can each so many things, they are not that selective. The give birth twice in a year and multiply very fast. The secret of being successful and making good money is with choice of breed. I have first hand experience from my uncle.

His choice is a cross breed of the tall Fulani he-goats and the dwarf she-goats from the South their out put is fantastic.

You can sell one for as much as #250,000 and especially during festive period the price is even higher.

You get quick returns from goats if you have them in large numbers.

They are a special delicacy too, and well sought after.

Most of all is the ease of feeding them and they are a very neat animal too.
You mean Sokoto reds (the ones we call Hausa goat)? I don't think there's any breed called Fulani goat. Or maybe you mean Sahel goat?

Further investigation showed that most schools increased their party fees by over 50 per cent, making it impossible for parents with two to three children to pay.

Mrs Folakemi Ifaleke, a banker said: “These school authorities think parents pluck money from trees.
“How can you increase party money from N5,000 per child to N15,000? Isn’t that terrible?

“I just told my boys to pick between Christmas clothes and the party. They gladly picked the latter. They even told me they weren’t interested because many pupils didn’t turn up with payment.”

Your reasoning though. They're mentioning it now because Kemi's contribution is trending and people are talking about it. And how does dying hair make someone bad? You don't understand self-expression, do you?
Food › Re: What I Bought With 9,500 Naira In Russia by JuanDeDios: 9:50am On Dec 16, 2024
mushroomFarm:
When it comes to food items, Yakutsk, Russia is probably the most expensive city in Russia.

Seven hours ahead of Moscow's time zone, eight hours ahead of Nigeria's, logistics of transporting food to Yakutsk adds up to the cost.

Also, at minus 63 degrees Celsius lowest temp. Yakutsk is the coldest city in the world.
Farmers can only farm for about three months a year and livestock's farming requires considerably high amount of energy to maintain temperature requirements.
These factors ensures that food prices remain high in Yakutsk especially in winter. But how expensive are these food items exactly?

One Turkey leg 108 Rubles About 1,550 in naira

0.5 kg Pig meat 227 Rubles About 3,200 in naira

One Whole chicken about 1.5kg 180 Rubles about 2,550 in naira

0.7kg Onions 66 Rubles About 950 naira

1kg Sweet Potatoes 94 Rubles About 1,350 in naira

Note: that Naira/Rubles exchange rate fluctuates between 14 to 14.5 Naira per Ruble

Also, even though these were the costs of these items, the supermarket still gave me a 5% discount on these items because I have a student ID card.

Note that these I purchased these food items in a retail supermarket. Also, things are expensive in Russia right now dues to sanctions which is the irony of the whole thing.

Despite economic issues and sanctions, Russia is still able to provide a quality standard of living to foreigners and their citizens even in a remote city like our Yakutsk.❤️
M.i.n.u.s. 6.3. ? And YOU are there? I'd rather take novichok.
